According to the menu, they only offer sweet caramel popcorn. Yet, they tried to push salty popcorn on me. When I said, "well, don't then," the cashier looked at me like I was the one trying to trick them with different popcorn. I ended up without the popcorn I wanted, and they also gave me the wrong size cola. It was hard to find some halls, and there were no direction signs for half of them. Their website doesn't clearly show where the rows start, so you have no idea if you'll be sitting too close to the screen or far away. There were 20 minutes of ads before the movie. Paying to watch so many ads is ridiculous. If you don't count the movie itself, it was the worst cinema experience I've ever had. Shockingly bad.

Incredible experience!

A nice spot to spend time with friends. There’s a cinema, fast food options, restaurants, coffee places, a variety of shops, and a gaming area. It’s a good place overall, but there’s room for improvement.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly, preferring to play games on their phones instead of helping customers. As a visitor, it feels like you're an inconvenience to them. They don't even know the schedule of their own movies, and you have to repeat yourself since their English skills are very limited.

The tickets are pricey, but it's a fantastic spot with a nice atmosphere.

No films in English. Not even subtitles were available. Wasted our time going there.

Paying 39 lari for VIP seats at an English screening isn't worth it if you can't understand about 30% of the movie. 'Conclave' has many dialogues in Italian, Spanish, and Latin, but English subtitles were removed and replaced with Georgian ones. It seems like nobody paid attention to this issue.

The 3D movies are awful. The screen is dark and out of focus. We walked out after 10 minutes of watching Wicked.

An excellent cinema experience—definitely try the VIP seats as they're extremely comfy. The theater is top-notch with delicious popcorn, an immaculate and modern hall, and courteous staff. Some movies are available in English, and it's easy to purchase tickets online.

The new Hellboy movie was abruptly switched from English to Georgian.

The sound quality was terrible, and we couldn't understand most of the movie. We watched Deadpool, but it was hard to follow the dialogue. Eating popcorn made it impossible to hear anything. Missed a lot of the jokes, which are the highlight of Deadpool movies. The background sounds and music were too loud compared to the dialogue. I really want a refund.

The sound system was terrible. While watching Deadpool, the music was way louder than the dialogues. We couldn't understand half the movie because of this. Paid 45 GEL for two tickets just to mostly hear background music. They offer 3D movies but you have to buy the glasses separately. I’m definitely not returning.

An absolute disaster of a cinema experience, sound quality was atrociously poor.

Наверное, худший визит в кино за последнее время. Купили билеты на грузинскую версию фильма по ошибке, так как одновременно шли показы на английском и грузинском. Когда попросили поменять билеты, нам сказали, что это невозможно, и предложили купить новые (несмотря на то, что фильм уже шел и были свободные места). Фильм был в 3D, и хотя билеты стоили дороже обычных, очки пришлось покупать отдельно. Персонал был недружелюбным и не готов помочь. Попкорн был несвежим, как будто его приготовили еще вчера. Очень разочарован, настоятельно не рекомендую посещать этот кинотеатр.

A convenient shopping center in the heart of the city. Prices are high, but you can find most of what you need. There's a nice supermarket on the lowest floor.

No ticket checks at the entrance; 30-minute ads; popcorn scattered everywhere; filthy toilets. We bought tickets for an English movie, but the first 15 minutes were in Georgian. Then they realized the mistake, turned everything off, and restarted it in English. Completely unimpressed.

На втором этаже доступен бесплатный туалет, однако он не слишком чистый. В мужском туалете все писуары сломаны: в одном из них скопилась моча, а смыть невозможно из-за неисправного механизма. На некоторых этажах предусмотрены платные туалеты, стоимость использования — 1 лари, оплатить можно только картой. На минус первом этаже расположен продуктовый магазин.

Overall, a positive experience. The sound was great, and the screen quality was impressive. The seats were generally good, though they were a bit uncomfortable.

Sitting through 25 minutes of ads before the movie is just unacceptable.

В кинотеатре удобные кресла и отличный звук. Немного не хватило сырного попкорна. Экраны могли бы быть и больше.

ბილეთის დროისთვის ფილმი ჯერ არ დაწყებულა, რადგან 20 წთ რეკლამები გვაყურებინეს. ბოლოს კი დასკვნითი ტიტრები დაწყებულზე მალე აანთეს სინათლე და ფილმი ბოლომდე არ დაგვატოვებინეს.

Посмотрели фильм «Бедные несчастные» на английском языке. Обязательно выбирайте места заранее. Всё было удобно, понравилось.

Отсутствие русскоязычных фильмов — огромный минус. Особенно с учётом того, что много туристов говорят на русском.

В зоне с боулингом немного тесно.

Before the film starts, they bombard you with 25-30 minutes of advertisements. The ticket prices aren't exactly cheap. It's incredibly disrespectful to make me waste 30 minutes of my life when I paid to watch a movie.

საზიზღარი სუნია! ჰაერი არ ვენტილირდება. ეს პირველი კინოა, სადაც ასეთი საშინელი სუნი იგრძნობა. შეკვეთას საათობით აყოვნებენ. რამდენჯერმე თუ არ შეახსენებ, ყურადღებასაც არ გაქცევენ. ცოდვა არ არის, მიუხედავად ხალხმრავლობის, ბოდიშს არ გადაიხდიან.

It's a relief to have places that show films in English! The smaller theaters are mostly available, but they come with excellent sound and comfortable seating. Can't wait for the next great movie!

I'm in the cinema and I've been stuck watching commercials for 19 minutes. It's terrible. It just keeps going.

ужасное обслуживание и неприятные сотрудники. купил кока-колу за шесть лари, но сказали, что нельзя вносить напиток. предложили выпить снаружи или вылить. как можно так обращаться с клиентами, если тут же покупаешь за такие деньги? даже воду нельзя пронести, если не купил у них.

Fantastic cinema experience. They often screen films in English. To avoid disappointment, it's best to purchase tickets online in advance, as they can sell out on weekends.

For 3D movies, be prepared to pay extra for the glasses. This feels like a cheap tactic—selling tickets and then charging additionally for 3D glasses.

Extremely long line at the bar. When I arrived at 23:04, the bar was already closed and I couldn't buy popcorn or a drink. The bar at City Mall stays open at this time. Huge disappointment. I won't be coming back.
