The group fitness instructors are terrible – it feels like being in a developing country. Their training is nowhere near the Les Mills standard. They should lose their licenses.

I still couldn't find out the price. It's unclear whether the cost is consistent for everyone or varies for foreigners, which might explain why it's nowhere online, not even on social media.

The cost is way too high for what you get. It's absurd... Check other reviews and stay away.

The service here is the worst I've ever encountered. They advertise Black Friday discounts, but the prices don't actually change – just another trick from what's probably the worst gym in Georgia. Check out other reviews for confirmation. It's a terrible place, and the staff discriminates against people based on nationality.

Pleasant atmosphere and great facilities.

At 8 pm, the upper floor was crowded with people using the equipment in this stunning building. At the entrance, a man of my age (50s — I'm the one in the picture in front of the gym) simply shook his head and said “No...No” when I inquired about entry. I tried asking in "English, Español, Deutsch, Francais?", yet he just shook his head. “WORLD CLASS”?! I've trained in gyms globally... this guy is an exception, and he definitely shouldn't be employed at a place claiming to be WORLD CLASS.

Terrible Customer Service! As a long-time member, I am deeply disappointed by how you handled recent events. The gym was shut down for two days, maybe more, without any prior notice or announcement. I spend 30 minutes every day driving from the outskirts to find it closed. No one answered the phone, and your Instagram kept posting workout videos, tricking people. Apparently, your staff went on a team-building trip to Kakheti and didn't bother to inform your clients. This is the most disrespectful behavior I've ever seen at a gym. I'm leaving and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money. I can't tolerate such negligence and disrespect from a service I pay for.

I asked about the prices there, and the saleswoman informed me that a day pass costs 85 GEL, and a 2-week pass is 225 GEL. I told her these prices are absurdly high for Georgia, and she just smiled and nodded.

Стоимость была выше, чем в других клубах, около 350 лари, но за чистоту и отличное оборудование было не жалко платить. Приехала в Тбилиси ненадолго и хотела посетить зал пару раз. Позвонила уточнить стоимость, так как на сайте и в инстаграме её нет. Оказалось, разовое посещение стоит 85 лари. Это меня поразило, ведь за такие деньги можно провести индивидуальную тренировку с профессионалом. Путешествовала по разным странам и видела, что такая цена не оправдана даже в элитных клубах мегаполисов. Раньше здесь тренировка с тренером стоила всего 40-50 лари, а теперь простое посещение зала стало в два раза дороже. Очень разочарована, ведь хотела заниматься только здесь при каждом приезде в Тбилиси. К сожалению, больше не буду клиентом из-за такой ценовой политики.

The lounge is situated on the building's top floor, offering a beautiful view. The gym feels a bit narrow inside. The equipment seems quite new, but there's a shortage for some key areas like abdominals and back. However, the number of treadmills and other cardio machines is sufficient and modern. The view while using the cardio equipment is lovely. Overall, I like this gym.

I always head to this gym whenever I'm in Tbilisi. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it. They've got top-notch equipment, a really supportive staff, and a wonderful sauna. And the view of the city is just spectacular. I absolutely love it. Can't wait to go back.

Здравствуйте. Я хочу поделиться своим опытом посещения клуба World Class в Тбилиси. В целом, я доволен условиями тренировок, оборудованием и работой тренеров. Однако, недавно у меня возникла неприятная ситуация, о которой я хочу рассказать.
На днях, на территории клуба, я столкнулся с неприятным инцидентом. Другой посетитель клуба (грузинского происхождения) начал материться и угрожать мне физическим насилием из-за национальных разногласий. Что беспокоит меня еще больше, так это то, что администрация клуба была свидетелем этой ситуации, но не предприняла никаких мер.
После того, как я вызвал полицию, меня попросили воздержаться от этого шага, чтобы не вмешиваться в дела клуба. К сожалению, мои попытки связаться с администрацией клуба были безуспешными, и я чувствую недостаток реакции со стороны клуба.
На данный момент я пытаюсь добиться административного наказания для этого посетителя через полицию и требую реакции от клуба. Все мои попытки связаться с администрацией клуба, к сожалению, приводят к обещаниям перезвонить, но дальнейших действий не последовало.
Я обращаюсь к головной компании / держателю франшизы с просьбой принять меры по данной ситуации, так как она может негативно сказаться на репутацию всего бренда. Этот фитнес-центр - полное разочарование! Обслуживание на уровне нуля, сотрудники администрации не умеют общаться ни на русском, ни на английском, а их отношение крайне холодное, постоянно на тебя косо смотрят. Обещали вводную тренировку и фитнес-тест, которые я жду уже месяц. Каждый раз обещают перезвонить, но я уже 7 раз пыталась записаться у администратора, и никто не отзывается. А вот массаж - это вообще отдельная история. Записалась за две недели, пришла вовремя, а мне говорят, что я записана на полчаса позже. Как такое может быть? И цены просто зашкаливают! Откуда такие цифры? Даже бассейна нет! В раздевалке всего два фена, один из которых сломан. Душевые кабины грязные, не все шкафы закрываются, а за карту для входа ещё и отдельно платить! Неужели её нельзя было включить в общую стоимость? Пришлось самой спрашивать, где полотенца, вода, раздевалка... Администратор все время в телефоне, и им всё равно на тебя. Впечатление от посещения этого спортзала отвратительное. Хорошо, что абонемент всего на три месяца. Лучше заниматься дома - дешевле, веселее, и никто не портит настроение. Где же тот знаменитый грузинский дух гостеприимства? Это все просто сказки, в реальности здесь серо и уныло.

I really enjoy this gym. It's great that the trainers can speak English, and the classes are bilingual, making it easy for everyone to follow along. The changing rooms are spotless. The gym area is tidy, and the best thing is that it never feels crowded.

Great gym with well-cared-for equipment. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. The sauna is a fantastic bonus in the cold Georgian weather.

The worst gym I've ever been to. Prices are way too high for the subpar equipment and services offered.

Avoid this place. Seriously.

The gym has an impressive variety of Technogym equipment covering most needs. It's almost perfect, though it loses a star because there’s just one squat rack and a small area for deadlifting. Otherwise, a really nice place to work out.

Great place overall, but it's on the expensive side and not as quiet as it used to be. This might be due to more people coming in from Russia and Ukraine, and it seems the gym is capitalizing on the situation. For instance, massage prices increased from 75 to 95 lari. I'm not certain about membership fees, but they were 420 lari per month before, with discounts for longer commitments. The staff is friendly and fluent in English. The sauna offers a lovely view, though it's disappointing that there's no pool, given the membership cost. There's also a cafe offering coffee, light meals, and reasonably priced sports supplements like protein powder and creatine, although the cafe itself is a bit pricy. For example, creatine costs 60 lari per package.

This gym is okay, but the membership is way overpriced. It costs £90/$110 per month. There's no pool, and the sauna is tiny. The equipment is mid to high range. The staff were... fine, I guess. Honestly, I wouldn't pay more than £25 for a place like this.

This gym is the largest option for residents of Old Town, Sololaki, Mtatsminda, Vera, and East Vake. The view from the top, near the concert hall, is quite stunning. There’s a decent selection of machines, though it would be great to see more available, especially considering the high membership cost. The men’s locker rooms are maintained regularly, but unfortunately, the showers can have an unpleasant odor at times and the toilets could be cleaned more often. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of hygiene. On the positive side, the sauna is a nice addition, as are the free towels and water dispensers. While I haven't tried the classes, sports massages, or personal training, they seem promising. The gym tends to be pretty empty, even during the busiest times in the late afternoon and evening.

Уже целый месяц жду, и никто не перезванивает! Каждое посещение спрашиваю у администратора, когда запишусь, и в ответ только: «Вам перезвонят». Вот уже месяц эти звонки идут, и абонемент вот-вот закончится, а меня все игнорируют!

Это худший спортзал, в котором я когда-либо была! Обслуживание отвратительное, сервис отсутствует начисто. Администрация не умеет общаться ни на русском, ни на английском и выглядит неприветливо, постоянно косо смотрят. Обещали вводную тренировку и фитнес-тест, которые я жду уже месяц. Говорят, что перезвонят, но после 7 попыток записаться никто так и не позвонил. На массаж записывали 2 недели, в итоге назначили на 15:00, я пришла, а оказалось, что запись на 15:30. Цены слишком высокие, а ни бассейна, ни дополнительных удобств нет. В раздевалке лишь два фена, из которых один сломан, душевые грязные, шкафы не все закрываются, а карта для входа стоит 15 лари сверх цены абонемента. Всё нужно спрашивать самой: где полотенца, где вода, где раздевалка — администратор постоянно в телефоне и всем безразлично. После посещения осталось мерзкое ощущение. Хорошо, что абонемент всего на 3 месяца, лучше заниматься дома — и дешевле, и никто нервов не портит. И где здесь знаменитое грузинское гостеприимство? На самом деле всё серое и унылое.

Самый неоправданно дорогой спортзал. Персонал неприветливый. Дополнительно взимают плату за пластиковую карту или браслет для входа (о браслете никто не предупредил, а заниматься с картой неудобно). Всего один фен, и никто не сообщает об изменениях в расписании. 115 долларов точно не стоят этого.

Pushy sales tactics. Limited space. High prices. Uninviting atmosphere. Quite a letdown in a city like Tbilisi, known for its hospitality. They even make you pay extra for a magnetic entry card. If you can look past these issues, the gym is centrally located, offers a nice view, and has decent equipment typical of a large gym chain. But overall, the negatives outshine the positives.

The gym is decent but quite overpriced. A monthly fee of 100€/360GEL/120$ seems excessive for Tbilisi. There are other gyms available with more affordable rates.

Great gym with a variety of Technogym equipment and a reasonable selection of free weights. Complimentary towels for the showers are available. There's a small café inside, and free WiFi is provided. I got an entry voucher from my hotel, Iota. They insist on clean shoes or provide plastic covers, which helps maintain cleanliness — a good practice. The showers are decent, and they offer lockers with NFC wristbands as well as key lockers for day visitors. The view of the city is a nice bonus.
