I can't comment on the gym itself, but their system is ridiculous. I arrived at 10:20 pm just for a single entry since they claim to be open 24/7. However, they turned me away because it was "too late" to register. What a great way to lose potential customers!

Я понимаю, что занятия имеют приоритет, но остальным членам зала тоже нужно оборудование! Залу стоит закупить достаточное количество пеноблоков, чтобы хватало всем. Я крайне недоволен тем, что не смог выполнить свои упражнения просто из-за того, что на занятии по йоге держали все блоки, даже те, которые не использовались. Пожалуйста, приобретите достаточно оборудования для всех членов. Платить за абонемент и не иметь возможности нормально заниматься из-за предпочтений, отданных классам, очень расстраивает. Это плохой сервис и показывает отсутствие заботы о нуждах всех посетителей.

It seems they don't welcome foreigners. I tried to sign up for a membership. They made me wait a while, only to tell me it's not possible. When I asked for a reason, they said it was due to hardware issues. Seriously? 😂

The gym is fine, but there's this weird guy in a gray sweater and shoe covers who just wanders around staring at girls. He doesn't even bother to work out. Please address this issue.

It's obvious the gym is completely empty, yet they still tell foreigners it's "full." It's clear they're just avoiding letting us in. They might as well rename it to something more honest at this point.

The staff at the reception is extremely rude and unprofessional. Have you ever encountered a gym where they say you can't purchase a membership because their software won't allow it? If you continue offering such poor services, it might be better to shut down.

Gyms in Georgia seem to have very low standards. They focus on making money, not on creating a serious training environment. I've tried many gyms in Tbilisi, and they're hardly worth the cost. I love training, so I try to adapt, but it's tough. The gym on Kazbegi Street offers a decent atmosphere, service, and cleanliness. However, the Technogym machines are terrible. They seem to focus more on group training, which isn’t great if you're into hardcore training. The weight stacks are ridiculously light, between 40-60 kg, which doesn't cut it. The heaviest dumbbell is just 40 kg—far too light for most serious lifters. The cables and machines feel odd, and Technogym’s reputation speaks for itself; it's better to avoid these. The membership fee is high for what you get. It's the worst decision to equip a gym with Technogym machines. The handles are awkwardly rotated, and most of the machines feel strange. Comparing them to any other brand, you'll notice the weird motion paths too. Overall, not a great experience.

Extremely rude staff. I wanted to purchase a membership, but they kept telling me there were no spots available. Since I work at King David, it would have been very convenient for me to attend, but a single phone call destroyed my entire impression. Disgusting.

Сама площадка вполне приличная, но управление оставляет желать лучшего. В течение зимы мужской душ не функционировал два месяца, а мужская раздевалка - целый месяц. Все, на что они смогли решиться, - это предложить дополнительные две недели заморозки абонемента. Хожу туда уже несколько лет, но сейчас это становится просто невыносимым.

The women at the front desk act like they run the place. I come ready to pay, and you tell me no memberships right now? The owner would be furious reading this. Terrible experience, and some of it felt biased.

Terrible music. The tunes at this gym should inspire harder workouts. Instead, they play junk music that irritates and distracts you. They refuse to pay for quality tracks like the Rocky soundtrack and settle for this low-grade stuff. Here's the fix: stop the awful music. Silence all day is far better than that racket.

The gym has decent equipment, with most machines I needed. But my overall experience was awful. I was there for two months, and it got worse every day. I had to pay for a 3-month package, even though I was in Tbilisi for only 2 months. When I asked if I could buy a 1-month package twice, the receptionist rudely denied it, basically saying "pay or leave." Given it was the nearest gym to my Airbnb, I had no choice but to join. Some receptionists are slightly better, but overall, they're quite rude. The personal trainers act as if they own the gym. I was often stopped from using machines because their clients occupied 3-4 machines for circuit training. One trainer even moved someone’s personal stuff just to use a bench, ignoring an empty one nearby. The male trainers were somewhat helpful, occasionally assisting me without asking, while the female trainers ignored me. The cleaners are the worst. They start cleaning machines while you're using them, often forcing me to stop my set or move my things. Customer service is terrible too. They closed for renovations from August 20-29 without notifying us properly. I found out on August 21 via text. They didn't reopen until September 1 but failed to inform us on time. When they finally reopened, the place was dusty, with dirt covering machines and the floor. Most machines are okay, but the stairmaster broke after two weeks and was never fixed. Some treadmills were out of order from the start. They offer towels but only for showers. I tried using one on the bench to avoid leaving sweat, but the receptionist stopped me and insisted on using disposable napkins. I’ll never return. I paid a price comparable to London, and it was absolutely not worth it.

Receptionists are incredibly rude. However, the manager, Dato, is very helpful and accommodating. Ask for Dato and avoid the unpleasant receptionists.

Generally a decent spot. The equipment and machines are excellent, and the ventilation is good, keeping the air fresh. However, the main issue for me is the price. A monthly subscription at 160 GEL feels pretty steep considering the value you get. It's nice, but certainly not premium quality that justifies the cost. I hope they reconsider the subscription rates. Additionally, the lockers and showers are often troublesome.

Сотрудники врут, говоря, что принимают только тех, кто уже там занимался. Но моему другу-грузину, который раньше занимался в другом зале, открыли доступ без проблем и сказали, что он уже был здесь членом. Знаю его 5 лет — никакого отношения к этому месту он не имел. Это просто возмутительно.

This gym only offers new memberships to Georgians. Foreigners are always made to feel unwelcome. I can't understand why they're so rude to non-Georgians. Today, I tried to get a new membership, and they told me they were full, yet they immediately signed up a Georgian guy right behind me.

I tried to sign up for a membership, but they first checked if I was from Georgia. Once they realized I wasn't Georgian, they told me there was no space for me. The staff was very rude.

If you're not local, the language barrier is massive. I've visited twice today and felt very unwelcome both times. My boyfriend and I were refused a subscription because we weren't members, and they claimed there's no room for membership. What does that even mean? The place is usually empty anyway. Seriously, avoid this place.
