The gym is equipped with quite dated machines.

The atmosphere is welcoming, both the staff and other visitors are friendly. The equipment may be old, but it’s of good quality. In the five months I've been here, I've noticed several pieces have been updated or repaired. Lockers don't come with locks, but you can bring your own, and now all lockers support external locks. The place is overall clean, definitely cleaner than some other gyms. You can pay using FitPass or choose from various payment options based on how often you visit, which makes it a great deal compared to similar gyms.

Terrible service. One staff member said there were available slots when I asked, but the next day, another staff member said everything was booked, even though the gym was almost empty.

I went to get a membership and the receptionist was ready to proceed with the payment. Then, another staff member approached and suddenly said the gym was full and they couldn't allow me to join. I looked around and clearly saw there was no crowd. I believe this woman was being racist because I'm Indian. It's extremely disappointing to face such an attitude.

This gym is hands down the best in Tbilisi and likely in all of Georgia. They've got top-notch Hammer Strength, Life Fitness equipment, and even the Atlanta Pendulum Squat. The Ivanko plates and dumbbells are impressive, with weights ranging from 5 to 150 pounds. Plus, the service is fantastic.

Awesome venue with excellent staff and a welcoming vibe. It gets a bit busy during rush hours, but thanks to the friendly crowd, that’s never really a problem.

უკვე 2 წელია აქ ვვარჯიშობ და გუშინ საშინელ ფაქტს შევესწარი. დაახლოებით 40 წლის გაბერილი ტრენერი მიეჭრა 18-19 წლის ბიჭს, დაიწყო გაკიცხვა და ღრიალი, შემდეგ ხელი მოკიდა და გაიყვანა გვერდზე, სადაც კამერები არაა და ჩხუბი დაუწყო. ძალიან სამწუხაროა, რომ ზრდასრული ადამიანი ასე ძალადობს ახალგაზრდაზე.

Прекрасное место для тренировок, цены вполне адекватные. Здесь каждый найдет подходящий тренажер, чтобы достичь желаемого результата. Персонал очень доброжелательный и владеет тремя языками, поэтому никаких трудностей не возникло. Очень рекомендую!

Панорамные окна, несмотря на кондиционер, могут не спасать в жару из-за интенсивного солнечного света.

The gym is well-equipped, and there's plenty of space to move around, so you don't feel cramped. Some machines aren't working perfectly, but it's not a big issue. Overall, it's a great place to work out.

The weights here seem much lighter than in other gyms. It's like the weight labels aren't accurate. For example, a 20kg plate feels more like 18kg. My bench press is usually 100kg, but here it's around 120kg. What's going on with that?

If you're into bodybuilding, this gym is the top choice in the area. The equipment selection is clearly made by experts who know their stuff, possibly with competitive experience. They offer a Pendulum Squat by Nautilus, which is quite rare, even in the US. Many machines are from Hammer Strength, there are two squat racks, and a variety of leg press options. The dumbbells go up to 175lb, if I'm correct. However, there are some downsides. The men's shower is often very dirty, with hair, dirt, cigarette butts, used Band-Aids, and even underwear on the floor. There's usually no soap in the toilet, although this seems to be a newer issue. Some coaches occasionally have bouts of roid rage, which is somewhat expected in a gym like this. Overall, I can recommend this gym, especially if you don't need to shower there.

As a foreigner, you might want to stay away from this place; they have a terrible reputation for how they treat outsiders.

I really enjoy this gym. It's convenient to reach, especially if you're driving. The staff are true professionals, and the place is spotless. The lockers are secured with a code. Just a heads-up, it tends to get busy in the evenings.

The place is nice and has almost all you might need.

I've been working out for a few weeks, and it's a great gym. At first, it took me a few days to get used to the place, but then everything felt perfect.
