Great car rental and excellent service, with quick responses on WhatsApp whenever we had questions!

Terrible experience! They tried to push a non-existent insurance on us and gave us a car with a clearly damaged wheel. It took over an hour to get a replacement, and then they handed us a key with a dead battery. Additionally, their attitude became increasingly aggressive when we refused to drive the faulty car. Do yourself a favor and choose another rental company!

This service allows you to choose, reserve, and pay for cars fully online, which includes receiving a confirmation. They are flexible with timing and pickup locations. However, I encountered a few issues: 1) When I arrived to take the car I had paid for, I needed to pay a deposit, which wasn't clear beforehand. 2) I paid extra for winter tires on an SUV and was disappointed to find worn-out tires, which were technically winter tires, but in very poor condition. 3) The car I received was not what I ordered. I booked a manual car with a switchable 4x4 to FWD, but ended up with an automatic 4WD without a full lock. It's hard to see how this is considered the same car.

This company is fraudulent. They will never return your deposit. They always find new damages to charge against it. Even if it's just a minor dent, they'll deduct a large amount from the deposit. Their only "proof" is an invoice you can't verify because you've already left the country.

The car rental experience in Tbilisi was outstanding. The customer service deserves five stars. Nina and her team were a joy to interact with—warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It's rare to find such a customer-first approach in car rentals. We rented an automatic Corolla for our tour of Georgia, aiming for Stepantsminda. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and reliable. They carefully documented any existing damage to avoid issues later. We used the car for nearly three weeks, exploring the wine region and mountains. We even extended our reservation with ease via WhatsApp. The car handled snowy conditions well, though a 4WD is advisable for northern trips in winter. The pick-up and drop-off were smooth, and the staff made each interaction pleasant. Highly recommend them for car rentals.

This company is full of scammers, same story in both the Spanish and Georgian branches. They overcharged me by 300€ without any notice. Just like that, they took my money, end of story. You can see in the photo, the price was supposed to be 587€, but they took 887€ and never refunded me. Now, when I ask them, they don't even bother to respond.

Оформление аренды заняло всего 10 минут, столько же времени ушло на возврат. Заблокированный депозит на карте освободили за неделю. Огромное спасибо! I totally recommend this car rental service in Georgia. The car wasn't the newest model, but the 2015 Toyota Corolla was in excellent shape and very clean. What stood out was the customer service; it's among the best I've experienced in Europe. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, always smiling, and professional. Overall, my experience with the rented car made my trip fantastic.

Overpriced service. They gave me a car that was dirty from the rain. When I returned it in the same state, they charged me for a car wash.

They charged USD 161+VAT for a tiny scratch on the bumper. I only drove 72 km over 2 days and didn't get a chance to refuel. They billed me USD 31+VAT for refueling, even though they initially said it would cost only 50% more.
