They took a $200 deposit and haven't returned it since July. They messed up the payment and won't acknowledge it. We've tried contacting them in various ways, but they're not helping. I'm working with legal authorities now.

Die Kommunikation war schnell und zuverlässig, und die Übergabe verlief reibungslos. Leider roch das Auto stark nach altem Rauch, was sich aber durch einen Tag mit offenem Fenster beheben ließ. Der Zustand des Autos war nicht der beste, aber für unseren Urlaub völlig in Ordnung. :)

This place is an absolute disaster. Unlike other car rental companies that hold your reservation after it starts, they gave my car away after just 30 minutes. I was three hours late, and their policy is not to guarantee a car if you're 2.5 hours late. Instead of finding a solution, they gave my car to someone else and literally closed up shop. If anything goes wrong, they will just laugh at you and take every cent. Stay away.

Stay away from this place. I booked a car for a week through Ryanair for £60 and ended up paying an extra €180 for full insurance, making it €245 in total. In the city, six different places offered similar cars with airport transfers for only €180-200. To make things worse, the car had mechanical problems, and they had to replace it with another one. Avoid at all costs. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

Je déconseille vivement cette compagnie. J'ai failli avoir un accident grave car les roues de la voiture étaient mal serrées. J'ai perdu quatre écrous sur une des roues. Heureusement, je me suis arrêté sur l'autoroute et j'ai pu les resserrer moi-même. Nous avons risqué notre vie. Quand j'ai dû rendre la voiture, personne n'est venu à l'aéroport car il était tôt le matin et ils dormaient probablement encore.

Upon arriving at the airport in Georgia, we were supposed to be met with a sign displaying our name, but no one showed up. We inquired at the car rental desks there, but nobody had ever heard of this company. We repeatedly tried calling their number, which turned out to be non-existent. We were scammed, having already prepaid part of the booking. Do not book with them!

Stay as far away as possible. Any other service would be an improvement. They tried to hold us accountable for pre-existing car issues and provided us a vehicle with a damaged spare tire. Their staff was rude and dismissive, and when we were stranded due to a flat tire, they didn't respond to our calls. We filed a complaint with the main office, yet it was merely passed back to the local branch, who berated us for raising concerns. Even when we presented evidence of the damaged spare tire, the main office ignored us and ceased communication. You'll save money and avoid frustration by choosing another company. UPDATE: After posting this review, they called to further blame me and even insulted customers from my region before abruptly hanging up.
