The car felt like a deathtrap, obviously not properly repaired after a crash. Every bump threatened to veer us off into the woods. Covered with dents and stains, and it smelled horrendous inside. The renter showed up late, and the gas tank was only a quarter full. The tires were completely worn out, and driving in the rain was a nightmare. If you’re looking for a terrible experience, rent here.

Fantastic car rental experience. It was my first time driving in another country, and on the right side of the road too. I was a bit nervous, especially with the mostly mountainous terrain and many areas without signs of life. We rented a Pajero IO — an old but trusty vehicle. Despite its age and 300,000 km, it was in excellent condition and well-maintained. It had good winter tires and 4x4 mode for challenging roads. We traveled from Tbilisi to Kazbegi, Kutaisi, Mestia, Usghuli, Batumi, Borjomi, and back to Tbilisi over 11 days without a single issue. I would definitely rent from them again if we return.

The Toyota 4 Runner I rented did an excellent job. It’s important to have a genuine 4x4 for these mountain roads, and this car was very reliable. I'm planning to rent the same model next time I'm in Georgia. The customer service was smooth and hassle-free. I opted for an additional service, and the car was conveniently waiting for me at the airport parking in Kutaisi.

We had a breakdown at 3am, and they arranged for a repair in a remote area. We thought we'd be stuck sleeping in the car until morning, but they came through for us.

We had an amazing day trip from Tbilisi to Sighnaghi. The communication was always quick and super friendly. Our driver, Keto, was absolutely wonderful—relaxed, kind, and just a great person to spend the day with. We could stop wherever we wanted and take our time, making the whole experience feel easy and personal. Everything went smoothly, and we really felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
