Машина была в хорошем состоянии и полностью нас устраивала, хотя кондиционер мог бы работать лучше. Единственной проблемой стало небольшое повреждение на одной из панелей. Компания ошибочно предположила, что второе вмятина — наша вина, и хотела взыскать за ремонт. Однако мы показали видео, подтверждающее, что эта вмятина была уже при получении машины. В итоге стоимость ремонта быстро исключили из счета, и нам прислали обновлённый. Я бы с удовольствием обратился к ним снова.

I had an amazing experience renting a car from this service in Georgia. The car was delivered right to my hotel, which was super convenient and saved me a lot of time. The check-in was quick and easy, allowing me to start my trip without any waiting around. The staff were really friendly and polite, and they provided excellent customer service. Before handing over the car, they did a careful inspection, noting all the existing scratches, which made me feel confident in their professionalism. The car itself was in perfect condition, very clean and well-maintained, making my drive comfortable and worry-free. Returning the car was also hassle-free, thanks to the quick drop-off handled by the helpful staff. Overall, I highly recommend this service for their great customer service, convenient delivery, and well-kept cars. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

The cars may be in decent condition, but the level of service is awful. When I asked about the prices, they quoted an amount that was different from the website. The manager came over and claimed that prices sometimes don’t match, pretending to offer a "discount". Their insurance options are confusing and mostly useless, offering no real coverage. Even if there's an issue, you'll still end up paying for damages. The deposit is unreasonably high for the car's value. In the end, I left feeling like I was haggling with fraudsters over nothing. There are many better options out there.

Die Abwicklung der Abholung und der Dokumente war in nur 20 Minuten erledigt. Das Auto war direkt um die Ecke geparkt. Der Mitarbeiter schaute bei der Übergabe ganz genau nach Schäden. Das Auto war perfekt ausgestattet für die Straßen in Georgien. Wir brachten es etwas früher zurück und eine kurze WhatsApp-Nachricht genügte, damit zur Übernahme jemand bereitstand. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Outstanding experience: they brought the car to our hotel in Tbilisi and allowed us to return it at the airport at 3 a.m. after 9 days. This flexibility made it possible for us to see almost all of wonderful Georgia. Thank you!

Pickup went smoothly. The car was fine. The major issue was that they didn't handle the documents for taking the car to Armenia. We had been discussing this via email. I had to cancel one night there and rearrange the entire trip. Otherwise, I would have rated them higher.

The service here was excellent, and the staff were both professional and understanding. Highly recommend this place.
