This is the top spot in Tbilisi for pet lovers, with an incredibly attentive team. They were incredible when I took in my kitten. I received so much care and a wealth of advice that really helped me as a new cat owner (I wasn't ready for the role). I've checked out many other pet stores, but none compare to this one. Simply unmatched. Basil and I visit regularly now.

I visited looking for a contact for a cat shelter. The English-speaking owner provided the names of two wonderful girls who rescue cats. I also picked up some cat food for the cat I was trying to get adopted, and unlike the grocery store options, she really enjoyed the Bonacibo cat food.

Great pet store in Vake, offering high quality products and staffed by friendly employees who speak English. An added bonus is the presence of a few of Tbilisi's friendly and vaccinated street dogs, who are usually found relaxing inside.

Visited 4Pets a few days ago. Amazing staff, really know their stuff when it comes to pets. Super friendly greeting. They didn't have the specific service I needed for my cat, but they provided a thorough answer and even gave me the exact location of a great vet. They also informed me about all their new products and suggested what I could get. Very helpful experience overall.

The shop is fantastic and delightful to visit. I dropped by once on a whim to buy some kitty litter, and I'm really glad I did. Previously, I was buying a premium cat food brand from another place, but one of my cats wasn't gaining weight and the other had stomach issues. They offered me food samples that my cats loved, and after switching, both of their health improved significantly. This happened a few years back. I've recently moved to another part of the city, so it's not as convenient to pop in, see the pets, and grab food. Their online store, however, is excellent—the stock is accurately listed, and they confirm your presence before delivering. Even with delivery, the service feels very personalized.

This pet shop is fantastic! Our dog, Unikorn, has been a regular since she was 3 months old, and she'll be 2 years soon. There are plenty of food options and daily essentials for dogs and cats. The owners, Idil and Murad, are really friendly, and the staff are more than just clerks — they're sweet and helpful. Great products! A place you can trust completely!

The staff are wonderful and even remember my cat's name and ask about her. They also support many stray cats and dogs in Tbilisi. 😇

The staff is incredibly supportive, and the prices are much more reasonable compared to other places I've visited here. They have admirable humanitarian principles, including a rule that they never sell anything they wouldn't buy or give to their own pets. This place truly deserves to be the best in the country.
