Nestled on the lively and beautifully restored Agmashenebeli Avenue, this place has a charming, cozy atmosphere. It’s a nice spot to relax, although the coffee was quite disappointing, and the ice cream didn’t impress either. The same can be said for the imitation “Italian” sandwiches. Nonetheless, it might be worth stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a casual break.

The menu is in English and most of the staff can communicate in English, making it quite friendly for tourists. Each scoop costs 250 yen, which I found affordable, though I heard it was twice as cheap five years ago. I ordered a cup with a double scoop: "Chocolate, Hazelnut Banana" and "Caramel Almond," while my partner had a cone with "Pistachio" and "Coffee." Wow, such delicious flavors! The subtle taste really brings out the natural ingredients, which is something many Japanese people would appreciate. The portions are generous and not too oily, so you can enjoy it without feeling heavy. I can see why it's popular with vegans; the quality of the ingredients is impressive. The cone didn't taste cheap, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were great, and I'd love to come back and try more flavors.

On May 26th at 10:30 pm, my friends and I decided to try the ice cream. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with the poor customer service from the two staff members.

It's busy here, but definitely worth the buzz. When ordering, be sure of your choices because prices vary for each item. We tried chocolate — outstanding, yogurt — just perfect, and strawberry — amazing. The tiramisu, however, was disappointing. Caramel and almond were also excellent.

The prices are slightly higher than the average in Georgia, but it's definitely justified. The ice cream is excellent, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The coffee is fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the cinnamon rolls too.

Однако с десертами мне не всегда везёт — мне они кажутся немного сухими. В последний раз классический круассан оказался отменным, так что, похоже, все зависит от случая. В целом, это хорошее место в своей ценовой категории. Есть возможность посидеть как внутри, так и снаружи — столиков хватает. Единственный минус — узкие туалетные кабинки, но их хотя бы две, что лучше, чем в других кафе этой сети с одним туалетом.

Сначала подумала, что в тартуфо краш мало орехов, но это оказалось ошибкой. Орехов действительно много 🌰, именно в них весь смысл мороженого. Очень довольна, спасибо ☺️🙏🏼 Это теперь моё любимое мороженое.

The desserts and ice cream are excellent. The coffee is good, too. There is a wide variety of ice cream flavors, and the chocolate one was among the best I've tried. The brownie was delicious, and the cinnamon roll, although a bit puffy, was pleasant. The apple tart was also enjoyable.

I tried the Amarena Cherry and Stracciatella ice creams here. The vanilla base for both was just fine, not extraordinary. However, the cherry and stirred chocolate parts were truly delightful. The place was quite crowded when I visited, so the service was a bit slow considering the number of staff behind the counter. The dining area could have been tidier. Overall, a good experience but with room for improvement.

Thick and flavorful ice cream for just 4.5 GEL with a cone. The portions are generous. There's a wide selection of flavors. Great value for money! I tried the Black Currant, and it tasted very natural. Definitely worth a visit when you're in Georgia 🇬🇪.

About half an hour after the cafe's opening time, I tried to place an order but was completely ignored by the staff. They seemed busy setting up, so I sat down and waited, being the sole customer there. After 20 minutes, a new customer walked in, approached the counter, and was immediately attended to. I decided to return to the counter and finally got served. Even though I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, the staff prioritized another customer's order over mine. Throughout my visit, I received no friendliness from the staff. When my order was finally ready, it was indicated by just a slight nod towards the other side of the counter. This was my second visit, after being there the day before. During my first visit, when I ordered, the staff laughed and exchanged remarks in a language I didn't understand as a foreigner, which I initially ignored. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the cafe's appearance and goods seemed otherwise perfect.

This place usually impresses, but I had a dreadful experience. Ordered a large iced latte but got a small one. Showed the receipt confirming I paid for a large. They took the small latte, poured it into a large cup, added ice cubes (even though they usually don't put ice in their iced lattes), and handed it back to me. Right in front of me. I complained and ended up waiting another 15 minutes. The staff was absolutely terrible. No manager in sight. Horrible, horrible staff. I will not be returning.

The ice cream is delicious, but I can't recommend it because of the racist behavior of the staff. If you want to try a flavor or two, you need to hurry up and place your order. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Plus, the air conditioning doesn't work, so it's best to just buy your ice cream and leave.

Меня выбрали из всей очереди и сказали, что холодильник не работает. Все, кто стояли за мной, получили мороженое. Потом эта же женщина заявила продавщице, что они "don't work". Судя по её лицу, она даже не знала, что у неё что-то "сломалось".
