Оптика "Roniko (пр-т Пекина 25)"

Заказывала солнцезащитные очки с диоптриями. Сами очки сделали нормально, но обслуживание ужасное. Работницы были грубы и только после того, как увидели, что заказ дорогой, начали общаться по-человечески. О готовности заказа узнала только после собственного звонка — они неправильно записали мой номер. В общем, не советую.

В отзывах узнала, что здесь есть контактные линзы, и оказалось, это правда. Нашла свои -6!

The service is good, but the quality of some products leaves much to be desired. I bought a pair of glasses, paying over $100 just for the frames, yet parts of them broke after only two months of regular use. Initially, I thought it was just a defective item, but the staff insisted this is normal and refused to offer repairs or replacements. I would suggest sticking to their cheaper products to avoid wasting money.

The staff speaks English, which is helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have the Acuve lenses I needed in stock. However, they do offer a good selection of glasses and lenses. The opticians are knowledgeable and professional.

I got contact lenses there. They usually have some available, and if not, they can order more. The staff is generally helpful and quick to assist.

Специалисты там на высшем уровне. Помогают выбрать, показывают, советуют и объясняют всё подробно. Я брала у них линзы. Ожидала, как и в остальных местах Тбилиси, около месяца. Почти каждый говорит по-русски, и это очень удобно для приезжих. Очки отдала на ремонт и замену линз. Ассортимент оправ впечатляет!

The staff members are incredibly helpful and very friendly. They have a large selection, and if you need a specific model, they can get it within two days. Plus, they speak English very well.

There's a wide variety of glasses to choose from, and the staff is very supportive. Many options are branded and on the pricier side, with prices ranging from 90 to 500 lari. Eye tests cost either 25 or 30 lari. Note that lens creation is an additional expense, starting at 40 lari.

Friendly staff and plenty of options, but they didn’t have glasses for higher prescriptions. They mentioned I would need to wait two weeks for them to be ordered from Japan, which seemed unusual.
