The sign was quite overgrown when we visited at the end of May 2025. It wasn't looking its best, and capturing good photos required finding the right angle.

The sign is really nice, but it's partly hidden by plants and shrubs. If it were fully visible, it would be a great spot for photos. Despite this, it's still popular on Instagram. You'll find it near Meidan Bazaar.

My experience with the staff at this place was very disappointing. The waitress seemed angry, speaking her language and glaring at us when we decided to sit outside on the second floor. We waited for nearly 30 minutes, but she never came back to take our order, which felt extremely unfriendly and rude. We arrived at 8:40 PM and stayed until 9:50 PM, clearly ready to order, but received no service. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff's attitude was far from satisfactory. I urge tourists to look for other dining options where customers are genuinely valued and treated well. This place certainly didn't meet those standards and negatively impacted our trip. The staff was the most rude and unfriendly I've encountered. Don't fall for this!

Персонал ведет себя высокомерно и неприветливо. Наш заказ перепутали: первое блюдо принесли через 45 минут, второе — через час, а третье пришлось ждать полтора часа. Одна звезда только за замечательную еду.

Посетили ресторан благодаря совету друзей, которые часто бывают в Тбилиси. Еда была очень вкусной, а обслуживание — вежливым и быстрым. Особенно понравилось наблюдать за готовкой: кухня за стеклянной стеной, где можно видеть, как пекут хачапури в дровяной печи и делают хинкали. Мы ужинали здесь три дня подряд и остались довольны. Советую посетить.

Bu caddede çok sevimli bir taksiciyle karşılaştık. Taksi durağındaki kırmızı yerin önünde duran kız da gerçekten çok tatlıydı. Bize otelimizi bulmamızda yardımcı oldular. Burada karşılaştığımız ilk nazik insanlardı, bu yüzden bunu unutmak mümkün değil. Ancak, çevrede biraz gürültü vardı ve bu biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Yine de genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi.

Hard to see at night.

This is the most recognizable landmark in the city, and it's delightfully cheerful, too.

Кухня вроде бы неплохая, но обслуживание медленное, и официанты недружелюбные. Впервые пришли сюда, и впечатление осталось плохое. Даже пока писала отзыв, официантка, не дав оставить заведение в покое, решила нас добить: начала вытирать стол тряпкой прямо перед носом.

The view from the restaurant was stunning and definitely the best part of the visit. Unfortunately, the food and service left much to be desired. The beef dishes, in particular, were overpriced considering the quality offered.

The sign is a bit tucked away, worth a look if you're nearby, but nothing remarkable beyond that.

Персонал этого места окончательно испортил впечатление. Мы крайне разочарованы. В одной из порций хинкали оказался кусочек железа, что абсолютно недопустимо. Официантка не понимала английский и настаивала на общении на русском, даже когда наш друг пытался говорить с ней на английском. Это было неприятно, особенно когда она начала вести себя грубо и с неуважением. Затем мы заметили, что сотрудники обсуждают нас между собой на грузинском — это было непрофессионально и неприятно. Наш вечер был испорчен. Мы уехали недовольными. Сервис здесь просто ужасен. Не рекомендуем это место.

Hidden among large plants. Difficult to locate and really not that impressive as a sight.

Ужасное место! Даже не запомнил, как оно точно называется. Лучше не тратить время и не ходить туда. Официанты ведут себя грубо, а еда просто отвратительная.

Some of the staff seem upset and not interested in serving customers. They were rude to us. I didn't enjoy the atmosphere there.

The city center is bustling with landmarks, cafes, restaurants, tourist spots, and stunning views of the river. You can enjoy a leisurely walk and see all the monuments and landmarks within an hour. Crossing the bridges adds an extra layer of excitement to the experience. The streets are clean and well-structured, but it's essential to stay alert while crossing the avenues due to the slightly challenging traffic flow and complex intersections.

It seems that every city now boasts an “I Love” sign. Here, it's placed at the base of Old Tbilisi, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and under the watchful eye of the Mother of Georgia.

The service is terrible. The waiter brought us food we didn’t order, and we had to accept it. They should at least confirm the order, but they didn't. The food is just reheated, and the meat inside is still cold. No flavor at all.

The location was convenient, but the place was hidden by overgrown plants and wasn't very appealing. It could have been much better and more attractive.

Lively spot with lots of tourists and charming stray dogs. Street singers add a vibrant touch.

Неплохой визит был, пока официантка не испортила всё, добавив 15% к счёту за непонятную строку, которую я никогда не видел в Грузии, и попросила чаевые. Предел терпения настал, когда я дал 100, а она сделала вид, будто это было 50. Такое ощущение, будто они обманывают доверчивых туристов. Нужно снимать на камеру, сколько платишь этой улыбающейся официантке, но её улыбка обманчива и опасна. Интернета нет. Греческий салат вкусный, но дорогой. Капучино не впечатлил. Вид красивый. Блондинка-официантка и другая, что работает на террасе, не особо любят людей.

Eski Tiflis'in önemli bir merkezi. Meydanın etrafında pek çok kafe ve restoran yer alıyor, ayrıca çevredeki sokaklar da mutlaka görülmeli. Gece vakti oldukça kalabalık oluyor ve manzarası çok güzel.

The spot is amazing, being so close to restaurants, shops, the Metekhi Bridge, and the statue of King Vakhtang Gorgasali, among other attractions. Plus, it's right by the starting point if you want to climb up to Narikala or the Mother of Georgia by heading left. It seems like a popular meeting point too. Since it's a tourist area, you’ll find quite a few people trying to sell things, and sometimes the dogs can be playful in a slightly bothersome way.

Радует, что открыты круглосуточно. Из окна открывается приятный вид, мы сидели вдвоем и наслаждались им. Кухня неплохая: пробовали салаты, комбо с куриным шашлыком, чихиртму и хинкали. Ждали еду недолго, только хинкали пришлось подождать чуть дольше. Обслуживание приятное и доброжелательное, нас обслуживал мужчина. Счет был в порядке, обычный чек.

Хорошо провел время, все было на уровне, хотя парочка мелочей все-таки могла быть лучше. В общем, остался приятный осадок от посещения.

Совершенно не советую посещать это место. Отношение к гостям просто ужасное и агрессивное. После обслуживания вам могут заявить, что касса сломана, и считать вручную на калькуляторе. Итоговая сумма явно не совпадает с реальной. Если попросите чек, то получите его только после скандала, и сумма окажется другой, потому что они добавляют НДС в 15%. Если вы не согласитесь, официантка начнёт кричать на весь зал, утверждая, что вы её унижаете своими вопросами. На самом деле, это место — просто обманщики. К тому же, если вас двое и захочется сесть у окна, чтобы наслаждаться видом, вас отправят за другие столы, так как окна только для 4-6 человек. Сплошное хамство. И, кстати, в туалете есть тараканы. Если хотите испортить себе настроение, вам сюда.

While wandering around to find the sign, we ended up a bit lost. The area is crowded with people trying to offer services like boat tours and car trips to various destinations — they're quite persistent, which gets annoying when you're just looking for a peaceful walk. Even after saying you're not interested, they keep pushing until you've said no three to five times. The sign itself is almost invisible. It really needs proper trimming, and the surroundings require cleaning.

Hidden by plants... but it's okay!

I had a situation with the police in Tbilisi, and they were extremely helpful and courteous. I'm genuinely grateful.

Great for capturing memories. Could be easier to spot since it’s tucked behind the plants.

Looking for a tourist spot? This is a fantastic area for a leisurely walk. Make sure to have dinner at the place above the sign. The restaurant is excellent.
