Avoid this place at all costs!! (There's another location nearby that's not on Google Maps). I did a test 48 hours before my flight; the result was marked "SUSPICIOUS". They retested, and suddenly it was "POSITIVE". Because of this, I missed my flight and lost money!! The next day, I got tested at another lab, and it came back "NEGATIVE" (I had no symptoms at all).

Terrible place for a PCR test. They don’t stick to the promised timelines. Nearly ruined my trip.

Expect every possible issue with a PCR test here. They managed to get everything wrong. The constant phone calls to finally receive my test results were incredibly frustrating, and the staff couldn’t even be polite about it. The management needs serious improvement. I suggest going to a different lab for your test.

Impolite and sluggish service. Failed to email the quick test results on two occasions. Had to visit in person to obtain them.

The location is very convenient; it's easy to find near the tourist spots in Old Tbilisi. There weren't any lines when I visited. My results were prepared overnight and ready by early morning. The nurse was gentle during the procedure, only touching the base of my nose and my tongue. In spite of some negative reviews, I recommend this place.

Это просто недопустимо для лаборатории. Ужасный сервис. Записалась заранее, прождала целый день дома, звонила несколько раз — никто не приехал. Обратной связи никаких. Я в шоке от такого уровня обслуживания. Никогда с таким не сталкивалась. Абсолютно не рекомендую. Создаётся впечатление, что положительные отзывы написаны ими самими.

It was impossible to get a response through social media or at the clinic. I felt anxious because our flight was today, and we still hadn't received the PCR test results by email. Thankfully, my friend persistently called all the numbers until an agent finally picked up. This was a terrible experience. Please train your staff to handle these situations better. What if we had missed our flight? We know PCR tests take 12-24 hours, but even taking it early didn't help. Consider prioritizing travelers; we're here in Georgia to relax and enjoy, but this was unexpected. Never again, thanks.

Дважды мой тест ПЦР показал сомнительный результат, и меня не допустили на рейс. Позже, после повторной проверки, мой результат оказался отрицательным. Вам нужно улучшить оборудование или обучить персонал, а также наладить работу с клиентами, чтобы объяснять такие ситуации. Это неприемлемо и очень плохо с вашей стороны. Из-за всего этого мой отдых в Тбилиси теперь вызывает у меня отвращение. Решительно не рекомендую.

The team came to our hotel for a PCR test, and everything was handled efficiently and swiftly. We received the results within 7 hours. Communication was seamless through Facebook messenger, with quick responses.

I went for the test at 15.00, and by 11.00 the next day, I received the result, which had a QR code on the paper.

I waited a whole month without receiving any results, and they can't even provide accurate information. The service is truly terrible.

The staff member is shockingly rude, resorting to shouting to cover up their ignorance. Very unpleasant and disrespectful experience.

Fast service. We did the test at 14:00, and by 9:30 the following morning, I went to the office to get the result and received a printed copy. The email hadn’t arrived yet, but I prefer having a printout anyway.

AVOID FOR PCR TESTING. Nearly 48 hours have passed, and still no results. They don’t respond when asked about the results.

The information leaflet claims that results are available within 16 hours, but this is not accurate—it's important to keep this in mind. It seems that most labs in Tbilisi typically need 24 hours to deliver results. I required my results in a maximum of 21 hours, and the team was able to send them to me via email well ahead of time after I contacted them through email and WhatsApp to explain the urgency. I also want to express my gratitude to the evening shift team on August 14 for their assistance. They coordinated with the lab to ensure I received my results before leaving for the airport. The location on Shota Rustaveli Ave is easy to find and is open from 9 am to 11 pm, according to the information provided by the team in August 2021.

We still haven't received our result. We took the test 2 days ago. We need it to return to France.
