I was thrilled to discover this place in Tbilisi, all thanks to a local friend’s recommendation! It had everything I was searching for — black cumin oil, lysine supplements, and even a travel blender. Highly recommend!

The majority of the salespeople here are unfriendly and uninviting, except for maybe one who is slightly approachable. Prices are definitely high. Considering that Georgia has moved past its Soviet history, the rude treatment of customers is puzzling. I am not Russian, and I've decided to order my needs from the U.S. It's still cheaper to get them delivered from there.

Always late. Have to wait 10-15 minutes past 11. Disgraceful, lazy staff.

This shop lacks unique products. Most of their items are sourced from Poland, and their vitamins are overpriced versions from iHerb. The worst part was the absence of customer service. It's as if they've never heard of that concept. We greeted the staff with 'გამარჯობა,' but they ignored us and continued their chat. No one offered help while we browsed, and the checkout experience was almost rude. One employee tossed the receipt into our bag and nearly rolled her eyes when we said 'გმადლობთ.' This isn't what you'd expect from a country aspiring to join the EU.

Хороший ассортимент, много перекусов, почти всё подходит для веганов. Ставлю 4 из 5, так как магазин закрывается рано, и я часто не успеваю зайти. Было бы здорово, если бы работал хотя бы до 21:00.

Классное место, часто туда заглядываю, когда бываю в Ваке. Но вот с персоналом беда. Сначала думала, что им просто пару раз не повезло с настроением. Оказалось, это у них постоянно. Была там 22 декабря с 15.50 до 16.00.

Отличное место с широким ассортиментом органических товаров. Преобладают польские продукты высокого качества — можно найти семена, крупы и биодобавки.

I was banned on Instagram for leaving a negative review. The owners need to act more maturely. While the store is unique for Tbilisi and it’s nice to have access to vegan products, they frequently sell items that aren't fresh. The banana chips and a vegan cookie reeked of rancid coconut oil. Rancid oils have free radicals and are really unhealthy. Returning such products for a refund is a hassle as you have to visit the store, which is inconvenient for me due to the distance. Nowadays, you would expect a refund based on a complaint without having to waste time going to the physical store. After placing about 4-5 orders, I’ve decided to stop being their customer due to their poor treatment.

The consultant approached us with the question, “How does it feel to visit a country under Russian occupation?” 😣 The question was clearly passive-aggressive. We explained that we strongly oppose the Kremlin's politics and the war in Ukraine, which is why we left our country. However, she continued to push this topic and eventually said, multiple times, that all Russians should be ashamed of what's happening in the world. 😥 Why should I be subjected to these accusations when my pregnant (!!) wife and I were just looking for vitamin D? My wife was extremely stressed after this conversation. This would have been inappropriate even if we had met on the street. Do you really think this is how you should treat customers?

This is an excellent spot for finding gluten-free, sugar-free, and low-carb products. The prices are quite fair, and they have a wide selection available, even if you don't spot what you need immediately. Just ask for assistance; the staff is really helpful.

Выбор продукции впечатляет, а обстановка внутри приятная, но я предпочитаю заказывать онлайн. Бывали случаи, когда продавцы вели себя не очень вежливо. Один раз мне нагрубили, а в другой визит забыли пробить товар, и пришлось возвращаться на следующий день. В сентябре возникло недопонимание, когда я выбирала гигиенические помады. Открыла и понюхала, но продавщица сказала, что это запрещено. Я извинилась и попыталась объяснить своё поведение, так как тестеров там не было. Однако ответ получила слишком жесткий. Ранее мне также самому пришлось помогать другому покупателю, когда продавец не смог ответить на его вопрос. Несмотря на эти моменты, магазин всё же отличный. Надеюсь, его уровень обслуживания будет расти, чтобы клиенты всегда оставались довольными.

Such a great addition to Tbilisi! They have chia seeds, amazing olive oils, various teas, oat milk, and all sorts of organic products. It's fantastic to have everything in one spot. Really happy this place is here!

In comparison to the organic shops in Paris, this place feels stuck in the past. It's tiny and disappointing. Apologies if my comment comes across as harsh. I hesitated before posting because it's admittedly not fair to compare Tbilisi to Paris. But then I thought, if you want to improve, you should measure yourself against the best, right? That's why I finally decided to share my thoughts. No hard feelings.
