Наш пылесос s20+ не работает. Магазин отказывается принять его обратно и никак не помогает решить проблему. От них только отговорки. Сплошной непрофессионализм и грубость. Им наплевать на клиентов и их опыт — одни обманщики. Никогда ничего здесь не покупайте, иначе зря потратите деньги.

Beware of their tactics, whether intentional or not, especially if you're buying tax-free. When I got home, I was shocked to discover the motor didn't work and some accessories were missing. It's unbelievable that this can happen at an official store. Make sure to check for the factory sticker, and remember, you won't be able to reach them once you're back in your country. It's a disgrace...

A good electronics store with a wide selection of products. Some items are unique and not easy to find in other major electronics retailers. The prices are reasonable too. I’d recommend checking it out.

I purchased a Xiaomi Poco Pad 8+256, and it turned out to be defective with a blinking screen. They replaced it under warranty with another one directly from the stand. Unfortunately, this new device had the same problem. They refused to provide another replacement and simply told me to wait for a software update, implying it could potentially resolve the issue.

The level of unprofessionalism in this store is astounding. I had finished using a vacuum cleaner bag last year, and only after a year did they inform me that it's unavailable. When I visited, they couldn't be bothered to give me any response. Their approach to sales and after-sales service is highly unprofessional 👎🏼. Additionally, the staff's attitude is equally poor.
