Не смогла даже записаться и купить месячную подписку на работу здесь. Всё через сайт: заполнила форму, оставила контакты, получила подтверждение в стиле «вашу заявку рассмотрят, ждите» – и ни слуху, ни духу уже более 2 недель. Понятно, что за это время я нашла другой коворкинг, где просто пришла, заплатила и работаю без проблем. Вывод: это место не подходит, если нужен коворкинг в ближайший месяц. 😐

They confirmed my request, told me I could start working on Tuesday, and now I'm just put on a "waiting list." What was that about?

This is a great coworking space, though it's on the pricier side, it's likely the top choice in the area. The phone booths are well-designed. While some conversations may carry over into the quiet zone, overall it’s a pleasant environment.

A great spot if you're okay with your stuff getting stolen 😒. The monthly fee is $178 (500 GEL) and the place has modern design and nice seating. It's centrally located, and decent for a single workday, costing about $14 (40 GEL) for one day. Meeting rooms are a hassle; there are not enough, maybe around 10, so they're usually taken. Online calls at your desk are frowned upon, but they make exceptions for German speakers. Connecting to the internet is a pain—you'll need at least 10 spare minutes to sort it out with the reception and a tech person. You'll have to install their app, log in with their system, and hope to get a connection. As for safety, don't bring anything valuable. They won't take responsibility if it goes missing. I spent 8 months there (8*178$=1424$), and recently my coat disappeared. It was returned after 16 hours, but only after the police got involved. Meanwhile, I was left coatless at 5°C with no offer of a taxi or even a blanket. The staff won't say who took it, nor will they cover the $15 dry cleaning or $14 taxi expenses. My coat came back smelling of someone else's perfume 🤢. They don't talk about moral compensation or time lost. It feels like they expect thanks for their "facilities"🤭. I asked to speak with the building's director, but was told he'd contact me only if he wanted to 👑…🙃.

Spent 7 months here. Amazing location and amenities, especially perfect for spring and summer. The only downside is the lack of storage space. Adding some showers would be a great idea, since they're quite common in 24-hour workspaces now. Otherwise, everything is spot-on.

Местоположение сносное, но, как только я вошёл, чуть не споткнулся — в 14:20 было жутко темно. Ко всему прочему, запрашиваемая цена оказалась слишком высокой для моих нужд. Когда я попросил девушку на стойке пересмотреть мой запрос, она отказала, поэтому я нашёл другое место. Если вы профессионал, как я, и живёте в Тбилиси, учтите, что такие заведения часто считают, что могут брать с вас больше, чем с местных. Лучше поищите другие варианты и убедитесь, за что платите. Кстати, тёмное освещение было совсем не к месту, особенно днём.

Nini была невероятно полезной. Она всегда ведет себя профессионально, много улыбается и очень красива. Продолжайте в том же духе.

Идея хорошая, но реализация оставляет желать лучшего. Отель красивый, с рестораном и магазинами, но коворкинг явно портит впечатление.

Администраторы на ресепшене чаще всего отсутствуют — то курят, то пьют кофе, то объясняют что-то новым клиентам. Все это время приходится ждать их у стойки.

В зоне silent desk все громко разговаривают, и идея тишины явно не работает. На втором этаже есть светлая комната, которую я выбрал за малое количество людей. Но через стеклянные двери постоянно ходят курильщики, и двери почему-то не закрываются, из-за чего становится очень холодно.

Интернет работает нормально, но программное обеспечение часто сбоит. Периодически не удаётся подключиться, и приходится снова искать администратора, которого на месте обычно нет. Приходится ждать, чтобы получить однодневный доступ.

The venue is quite spacious, but lacks comfortable workstations. There are plenty of sofas and armchairs, giving the impression that it's more suited for relaxation than work. The meeting rooms aren't comfortable either. It doesn't justify the cost.

A fantastic place for work, whether you’re alone or with a group. You can choose between darker and lighter floors, each offering a unique atmosphere depending on your mood. The bar services and coffee are excellent, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. 12/10. Strongly recommend.

Атмосфера современная и креативная, что отлично способствует продуктивности. Особенно хотелось бы отметить Торнике Гагуа, благодаря которому всё прошло гладко. Он отлично справился с организацией нашей встречи и оперативно решал все запросы, что приятно удивило. Его стремление создать комфортные и профессиональные условия заметно сразу. Это отличное место как для проведения встреч, так и для продуктивной работы. Очень рекомендую!

Это место — самое лучшее из всех коворкингов, где я когда-либо работал. Интернет летает, интерьер просто превосходный, и кофе отличный. Мебель удобная, и все вокруг очень классные ребята. Даже туалеты здесь на высоте! 😀 Помимо удобства, здесь можно насладиться вниманием к деталям, что доставляет настоящее удовольствие. Я очень доволен, что у меня есть возможность работать именно здесь. Спасибо!

Total waste of time, energy, and money. I will never work here again. Not enough seats or outlets, and the starting process is a hassle. The amenities are overpriced and not worth it.

The advertisements made this co-working space seem promising, but it was quite a letdown. It's not comfortable—seating is scarce and the chaotic layout makes focusing hard. The 'free coffee and tea' is just from a cheap machine in the basement, and finding a sandwich or snacks is a hassle. The cafeteria is just a kitchen. The registration is a pain, with endless bouncing between apps and browsers that wastes your time. There aren't enough tables and power outlets for everyone, making it tough to get any work done. Overall, it's more of a time sink, and I recommend choosing a coffee shop for a productive workspace.

Please note, that on the first day of membership, you can't immediately enter because the automatic approval process takes up to 24 hours. So, signing up for a monthly membership at the front desk upon arrival is impossible; online registration in advance is required. However, day passes can be bought at the desk, which can be a bit inconvenient. The customer service here is great, deserving of five stars. They’ve switched their late night to end at 6pm, which is nice. However, due to US daylight savings, EST work hours now end at 5pm. The space itself is very pleasant, but the lighting is somewhat dim. Their late night pass starts at 7pm, which can be a bit frustrating for those working US eastern time that starts at 6pm. It would be more convenient if it started at 5 or 6pm. After reaching out to them, I was informed they can't make this adjustment, which seemed a little inflexible when accommodating a typical remote work schedule.

The atmosphere is really comfortable, and I love working there. However, I applied for membership six months ago and still haven't received a response.

The space looks amazing, but by 10:30, it was hard to find a comfy spot, and there were no free outlets. It also felt quite stuffy inside. The internet was unstable, disconnecting every 5-7 minutes, which meant I had to keep restarting my VPN client and services over and over. Quite annoying and frustrating. In the end, it felt like a waste of money, time, and energy 😞.

What a fantastic spot! It's cozy, stylish, and very comfortable, with lots of books around. They also have private cabins featuring large electronic screens that double as whiteboards and projectors for your presentations.

The space is lovely, yet very crowded. Finding a comfortable seat can be a challenge, so it's best to arrive early.

Excellent spot in Tbilisi for freelancers.

The interior here is quite beautiful and the ambiance cozy, but finding an actual workspace proved difficult. There are very few desks available, as most of the space is taken up by couches and sofas. This seems odd for a place that calls itself a "workspace." When I visited in the afternoon, all the real workstations were occupied. It's annoying when spots are reserved with belongings, even when people aren’t using them, almost like saving seats unfairly. Plus, the lighting is pretty dim in most parts. I'd appreciate a redesign that swaps some of the extra seating for more desks. Until then, I'm not sure it's worth the cost, especially when I can work from my couch at home just as well.

Wonderful coworking space! It’s large and beautifully designed, with complimentary coffee and water. The whole area is fantastic, featuring a breathtaking courtyard and a creatively styled building. I absolutely adore this place!

This space is incredible. Having lived here for almost four years, including during the pandemic, I'm really amazed by the energy this place now has. It used to be free to walk in and enjoy a top-notch cappuccino at the back café. Now there’s an entrance fee, but it's definitely worth it. I can't recall ever seeing such a large and well-designed coworking space that accommodates both short and long-term visitors. There are still a few tweaks needed, but with multiple floors and every type of work setting imaginable, it's a paradise for getting work done. There's a bar, outdoor area, pool table, great ambient music, bookshelves, low light, bright light, café atmosphere, desks, offices—whatever suits your needs! And if you're curious, the internet speed hits 100 mbps.

For the first time ever, I finished an 8-hour workday without any back pain 😂. The chairs are extremely comfy, and the space is incredibly stylish. It seems to be the top coworking spot in Tbilisi.
