Positive aspects: The owners seem nice, and the price for the stay was very low. The location is excellent.

Negative aspects: There's no air conditioning. The bathrooms are shared, not very clean, and the showers don't work well. There's no clear information on what's included in the stay. I couldn't find some common areas shown in the pictures. There are lovely images of Georgian dishes, but I think meals aren't included. The basement, which has a kitchen, is damp and smells bad, which makes it uninviting. If you're looking for something really cheap and central, it's okay, but avoid it during hot summer months. Overall, the downsides outweighed the positives, making the stay less enjoyable.

Such a special hotel it is located in the center of Tbilisi and every main entertainment and restaurant are so nearby. Hotel has modern interior and nice terrace where you can enjoy the views of old Tbilisi atmosphere is very relaxing, rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is so friendly and helpful.

Affordable, excellent location, tidy.

Kimse İngilizce bilmiyor, bu yüzden iletişimde problem yaşadık. Genel olarak apartla ilgili pek bir beklenti içine girmeyin. Konumu güzel bir yerde, ama fiyatlar tutturduğuna göre değişiyor.

Замечательный отель с отличным соотношением цены и качества. Здесь легко отдохнуть после долгих прогулок по Тбилиси. Комнаты большие и чистые, с высокими потолками, что создает уютную атмосферу. Хозяин Ираклий и его помощники всегда готовы помочь с планированием маршрутов для изучения интересных мест в Грузии. Все очень душевно и с теплотой! В двухстах метрах через парк находится проспект Руставелли — это центр города. Мы случайно нашли это место и сразу переехали из предыдущего жилья. A decent spot, kept clean with a friendly owner who speaks both English and French. Heads up if you're booking a double room with a private bathroom through Booking: it's actually a shared bathroom that other guests also use.

Отличное место! Спокойно, есть уютный маленький садик, где устраивали барбекю по вечерам. Расположение просто супер — всего пять минут пешком до старой части города.

Все было прекрасно! Очень гостеприимные люди!
