The staff is very friendly. The hotel is conveniently close to a metro station. However, the bed sheet is too small, and by morning, you're essentially on the mattress. Additionally, the door has a gap, so noise from the stairwell is quite noticeable, which is a major downside for me. Overall, it's a decent hotel, especially considering the price. The view is also pleasant.

При принятии душа вода сильно растекается по полу, так как нет бордюра, чтобы её удерживать.

Персонал в отеле замечательный. Особая благодарность Дмитрию, который всегда был на связи и помогал нам с улыбкой. В итоге, отель предлагает хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Perfect for exploring Tbilisi. 👍 We returned here after a fantastic tour around Georgia. ☺️ This place was our ideal base camp, as everything was perfect. 🇰🇷❤️🇬🇪 Looking forward to seeing everyone again! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Недавно сделан свежий ремонт. Утренний завтрак приятный. До метро всего 50 метров. Приезжаю не в первый раз, и всё по-прежнему замечательно 🙂.

Hallo zusammen, dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp, besonders bei einem Last-Minute-Angebot. Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber, das ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Was die Lage betrifft, die ist einfach spitze! Man kann alles bequem mit der U-Bahn oder dem Bus erreichen. Die U-Bahnstation ist tatsächlich nur eine Minute entfernt.

Our stay in January 09 was delightful because most tourist spots are within walking distance. The nearby restaurants are also excellent. GIORGI is truly exceptional, greeting you warmly from the moment you enter the hotel until your last day. The company should be proud to have him!

The view from the balcony is lovely, with a local church in sight whose bell rings every couple of hours. The hotel consists of 5 floors and doesn't have many rooms, so it's important to book in advance to ensure availability.

Останавливались в середине августа. Удобное расположение: до станции метро Авлабари всего 2 минуты, а до фуникулёра можно дойти за 10 минут. Номер с видом на горы и некоторые достопримечательности — просто фантастика. Персонал всегда готов помочь, дружелюбный и профессиональный. Все просьбы решали оперативно. Завтраки разнообразные, сытные и очень вкусные. В номере всегда чисто, уборка и смена белья проводились по графику. Кондиционер работал отлично. Единственный нюанс — в душе было скользко, нужно быть осторожным. Впечатления остались превосходные. Однозначно рекомендую!

Stayed for 3 nights in Tbilisi, Georgia, from January 21 to 24. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport, making it an excellent base for exploring Tbilisi. Room 501 on the top floor was comfortable and offered a fantastic view. The location is superb, with easy access to local shops, supermarkets, and public transport options like the metro and buses. It's also near must-see attractions such as the Statue of Mother Georgia and the Bridge of Peace. The staff were incredibly friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was delightful, and Ms. Tia was exceptionally helpful, organizing a tour with George, who was an amazing guide. His welcoming attitude and informative tours made the stay memorable. Highly recommend for its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service, along with the excellent tours offered.

We arranged our stay by contacting miss Tsira. She found us the ideal hotel with an excellent location. It's conveniently situated right next to the bus stop and metro station. You can see the Mother of Georgia statue, a small hill, and many churches nearby from there. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly and proficient in English.

Terrible place for families with kids. The room appears much larger in pictures, but with three people and luggage, there's barely room to move. The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom leaks, and the A/C barely works. The room reeks of cigarettes. Breakfast was awful, and the staff was the worst. I strongly advise against bringing your family here. Don't be misled by the ratings and photos on Google.

This was my best experience. The accommodation was wonderful. My trip to Georgia was truly enjoyable. The tour guides from #PartofGeorgia made it even more special. The hotel is conveniently situated across from a church, and the bells pleasantly wake you at 9 a.m. The atmosphere is welcoming. They serve breakfast, although it's confirmed not to be halal. If you need blankets or slippers, the service is fast. Staying here enhanced my visit to Georgia. I highly recommend stopping by for a comfortable stay. It's a safe place with a metro station nearby.

Мы провели здесь четырёхдневный отпуск с женой и ребёнком. Сначала расположение показалось странным из-за небольшой ухабистой дороги и трудностей с парковкой, но это не создавало проблем. Рядом была станция метро. Персонал был отличный и внимательный. Нас поселили в хорошем номере для пары и потом предложили перенести в номер с кроватью king-size из-за двухлетнего ребёнка. Если вы с детьми, не рекомендуется брать номера на 4 и 5 этажах — перила близко к дверям и довольно низкие, что может быть опасно для малышей. Завтрак был замечательный, здоровый и сытный. Для поездки в Тбилиси рекомендую это место за его разумную цену и удачное расположение рядом с метро, парками и магазинами. Номера и туалеты были чистыми. В целом, мы остались довольны пребыванием. Спасибо всем сотрудникам!

Our room was a nice size and had a balcony. Christina, who is often at the reception, is really friendly. The breakfast was delicious every morning, especially the eggplant cooked in butter and garlic.

Отель удобно расположен в непосредственной близости от станции метро и главных городских достопримечательностей. Персонал здесь крайне дружелюбный и внимательный, за что им огромное спасибо. Номер аккуратный и чистый, уборка проводилась ежедневно. Вид со второго этажа открывается на церковь, но рядом заметны старые здания в плохом состоянии. В номере имеется большая двуспальная кровать, мини-холодильник, телевизор, чайник, а в ванной — фен, мыло, шампунь и все полотенца. Нет сейфа и комнатных тапочек. Самый значительный минус — плохая шумоизоляция входной двери, слышно буквально всё. Завтрак по меркам многих отелей довольно хороший, наедались так, что хватало на половину дня прогулок.

Очень доброжелательный персонал, особенно Татия, которая даже из дома помогала по всем вопросам. Завтраки простые, но вкусные и свежие (колбаски — просто объеденье). Отель быстро отвечает в WhatsApp. Попросил заранее подготовить сюрприз для жены, и они сделали все, как я хотел. Удобное расположение, недалеко от Старого города, рядом есть все необходимое. Кто-то может посчитать, что уборка в номерах могла бы быть чаще, но нас это устроило. Иногда кондиционер не охлаждал как надо, или мы просто не смогли его правильно настроить. Парковки как таковой нет, но можно припарковаться где угодно. В целом, время в отеле нас полностью устроило и не разочаровало ни на минуту.

Розташування близьке до центру, все досить добре. Особливо порадував персонал на ресепшені — завжди готові допомогти, дадуть потрібну інформацію і при необхідності викличуть таксі.

This hotel is new and has an ideal location, just next to a station and a 5-minute walk from downtown's restaurants and coffee shops. It's very convenient. The price is excellent, especially with breakfast, internet, lift, and AC included. It’s great for families; the rooms aren’t spacious but are sufficient for a night's stay. The receptionist is very helpful.

Отличное место для отдыха. Всё очень чисто, а завтраки просто замечательные и разнообразные. Расположено всего в 50 метрах от станции метро "Авлабари". Вблизи множество ресторанов, магазинов, банков и пунктов обмена валюты. Также неподалеку Старый Тбилиси, улица "Лэселидзе".

Naprawdę podoba mi się lokalizacja, bo jest niedaleko od metra, co pozwala łatwo zwiedzać miasto na piechotę. Pokój jest duży, czysty, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Ze względu na bliskość placu czasami bywa trochę głośno. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam! :)

Очень уютное место, номера в идеальном состоянии, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Персонал делает всё возможное, чтобы обеспечить приятный отдых. Очень тихо и спокойно, что позволяет расслабиться. Вид на город потрясающий, особенно ночью, когда он просто завороживает.

The location is nice and close to tourist attractions. The reception service is also good. But unfortunately, they have deals with some of the taxi drivers. That's why I rate the hotel less than a star.
