Забронировали гостиницу на четыре дня в декабре. Когда приехали и увидели комнату, даже не смогли зайти — она пахла канализацией. Запах был настолько резким, что там невозможно было находиться. Попросили другое помещение, но ничего свободного не оказалось. Ресепшионист проявил понимание и любезность, позволив отменить бронь и найти другое место. В тот же вечер я получил угрозы в сообщении от женщины — кажется, владелицы или управляющей, которая требовала вернуться и оплатить номер, которым мы даже не пользовались. Она угрожала проблемами с полицией в аэропорту и штрафом для ресепшиониста за то, что он нас отпустил. Никому не советую останавливаться в этом месте из-за ужасного обслуживания. Когда я сообщил о том, что зафиксировал её сообщения, угрозы прекратились.

Uçağımız gecikince aktarma uçuşunu kaçırdık ve bir gün sonra varabildik. Oteldeki yetkiliye, gelemediğimiz günün parasını ödemeye hazır olduğumuzu söylememize rağmen, sabah 4'te otele vardığımızda odamızı başkasına sattığını belirttiler. Kesinlikle berbat bir deneyimdi.

We made a reservation through Booking. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Tbilisi a day late. Even though we explained the situation to the hotel owner and informed them via WhatsApp and Booking that we would pay the full amount despite the late check-in, they sent us threatening messages on WhatsApp. When we landed in Tbilisi at 4 a.m. and arrived at the hotel, they told us the room had been sold to someone else. The treatment was horrible, the communication was terrible, and honestly, the entrance of the hotel was frightening. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are spotless, and the prices are very reasonable.

This hotel is unpleasant, with a strong smell of smoke. It's not really clean, and there is mold. The bathroom and room have many ants.

Отличное расположение — тихо и в центре города, номер чистый, завтрак очень вкусный. Приятная хозяйка Марика, встретила нас и во всём помогала.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else was a disappointment. The owner was reluctant to turn on the air conditioner, despite charging for an air-conditioned room. The bed was tiny, more like a baby cot. No drinking water was provided; they suggested using tap water. There was no kettle or facility for making tea or coffee. Hot water wasn't available even at 7:30 am. The towels looked dirty. Overall, it seems like they try to offer the bare minimum to guests to maximize their profits. Not worth the money.

A straightforward spot for those in need of a bed, a shower, and a modest breakfast. The location is outstanding, with pubs, restaurants, and Freedom Square nearby.

Не советую! Очень редко ставлю одну звезду, но это именно тот случай. Забронировали номер за месяц до приезда через букинг, а через две недели нам сообщили, что мест нет, даже не объяснив причину. Почитав отзывы, заметил, что такие случаи происходят не впервые. К тому же отказались отменять бронь, пришлось решать этот вопрос через поддержку букинга. Будьте осторожны — ваша поездка может быть испорчена.

Merkeze, Özgürlük Meydanı'na sadece 100 metre mesafede. Temiz ve küçük bir butik otel. Her yere yakın olması büyük avantaj. 👏👏

Этот отель в центре, но как будто спрятан в уютном месте — ничто не нарушает тишину по вечерам, и можно комфортно посидеть за столиками снаружи. Персонал и хозяева невероятно дружелюбны. Завтрак — это настоящий шведский стол, который напоминает обед. 😊 Всё оставило только приятные впечатления.

Een geweldig gastvrije plek in het hart van Tbilisi! De eigenaar en zijn team zijn enorm vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Ik ben er al twee keer geweest en ik ga zeker weer terug.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I booked a room for two, two days ahead, and got a confirmation. When I arrived around 8:30 pm, there was no parking anywhere nearby, and the receptionist told me they had no available room for me. They sent me to another hotel 15 minutes away, only giving me an address without a name. That hotel also had no rooms and was clueless about any arrangements. When I returned, the reception was already closed. I didn't get any refund or apology. Be cautious booking here and never pay in advance!

The location is outstanding, with everything you need nearby. The staff is helpful and courteous. The price is reasonable. I rated it 4 stars, mainly because there's no kitchen or washing machine available.

Pobyt na początku września był rewelacyjny, wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższyło. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, doskonałe miejsce do zwiedzania starego miasta w Tbilisi. Zaledwie 100 metrów od Placu Wolności, mały hotelik pomiędzy większymi sieciami. Czysto i wygodnie.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few meters from the center. The rooms are well-kept and nicely arranged. However, during my stay in mid-March, the heating was inadequate for the freezing temperatures, and the hot water in the shower didn't last long. It was unpleasant to step out of a cold shower into a freezing room. My friends experienced the same in their rooms. The owner, though he seemed hurried, provided us with an electric heater that we used in the lobby to warm up together. Unfortunately, the heater eventually broke, forcing us back to our rooms to try and stay warm under the sheets. In the morning, it was actually warmer outside than inside the hotel. I would suggest staying here only in the summer unless major improvements are made to the heating and water systems. The owner seemed rushed when we contacted him and gave the impression that our concerns were inconvenient. When he returned the next day, he asked why we hadn't reached out again, but given his demeanor, we didn't feel comfortable doing so. This place would be great in the summer.

Great spot in the city, super nice staff who welcomed us without a booking, spotless room, and prices that won’t break the bank.

Уютное место. Из плюсов можно отметить отличное расположение: всего в паре минут от старого города и в пяти минутах ходьбы от главной улицы Руставели. До фуникулёра можно дойти за 20 минут. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Однако завтрак довольно скромный, а шумоизоляция почти отсутствует.
