Terrible customer service. The staff was unbelievably rude. I demand an apology for being left outside in the freezing cold for an hour while they were having lunch with all entrances locked to prevent guests from coming in. This is the worst staff I've ever encountered worldwide. I can even provide names if needed. Immediate action is necessary!

The place is quite pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are cozy, though they might benefit from a little more attention. The desk area felt a bit tight, as everything seemed cramped together—the bed, chair, and the unneeded kettle/tea setup. Breakfast is included, which is nice. There's a bar, but it mainly offers bottled drinks. The location is excellent, situated near Vake Park and close to several shops and restaurants. Overall, it's a good spot. I'll be returning.

Расположение отличное. Персонал очень дружелюбный. В комнате чисто. Немного шумно, но после дороги это не мешало. Есть надежный сейф. Завтрак на высоте: отличный кофе, много овощей, вкусные оливки, хорошие сыры и колбасы.

Нахожусь здесь и решил продлить проживание на несколько дней! Этот отель просто потрясающий, мне нравится, что все номера рядом с лифтом, так что не приходится тратить 10 минут, чтобы выйти из отеля. Завтраки очень вкусные, и все в отеле идеально чисто. Сотрудники ресепшена очень добрые и профессиональные, всегда помогают с багажом и другими вопросами. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова, сейчас наслаждаюсь каждой минутой <3 К тому же, расположение отличное — вокруг много заведений с едой и приятных тенистых мест для прогулок и изучения местности.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Номера уютные и чистые, персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. Подземный паркинг очень удобен. Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее, но при такой стоимости это не критично.

Завтраки здесь очень вкусные и сытные. Комнаты чистые и хорошо ухоженные. Но в помещении шумновато из-за того, что вентиляция выводится прямо на улицу. Персонал в целом не особо приветливый, за исключением девушки, которая встречала гостей 30 октября.

زرت هذا الفندق خمس مرات وكانت النظافة فيه رائعة جداً. المكان جميل ومرتب للغاية، ومناسب جداً للعائلات. يقع في منطقة حيوية، وكل شيء فيه رائع وأسعاره ممتازة جداً.

Уютный небольшой отель в хорошем районе, рядом с парком. Мой номер был тесноват, а завтраки довольно скромные. Тем не менее, всё остальное было замечательно.

Забронировать отель "Кето и Котэ" - это подарок для души: уникальный дизайн, прекрасная атмосфера и приветливый персонал сделают мое пребывание в Тбилиси незабываемым.

A terrible experience. The rooms were extremely small. There was no functioning climate control, and it was unbearably hot inside. Just 20 minutes after checking in, I went to the reception and said I needed to leave, requesting at least a partial refund. They told me that their manager would make a decision the next day and that they would call me. No call the next day. When I reached out in the evening, they informed me that the manager had decided not to issue any refund. So, I ended up being charged for a full day after only a 20-minute stay in a room that was too hot to endure.

Excellent.

My spouse and I stayed in a room that had a connecting door to another room. The neighbors were extremely noisy, which made it hard to get any sleep. The staff at the front desk couldn't help with this issue. On the bright side, the breakfasts were very tasty.

Les chambres et les lits sont convenables. La climatisation est un peu trop bruyante et souffle trop fort.

This is a lovely, new, and clean hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is practical, spotless, and includes a bidet. However, the soundproofing could be improved. There is a free parking garage available. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast buffet is quite good for a three-star hotel.

Visited Tbilisi for my grandson's wedding with family, excited to explore this charming city. The room was clean, modern, and offered great value for money. Definitely planning to return.

Before I got my room, they didn't even mention that it was separated from another room by the thinnest door possible. I could hear every single sound, even breathing and sneezing from the next room. Plus, no one bothered to inform me about where and when breakfast was served. It was the worst experience I’ve had.

Прекрасный и практически новый небольшой отель в центре района Ваке, всего в нескольких минутах от парка. Номера компактные, но удобные. Персонал доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки хоть и однообразные, но вкусные и качественные. Уборка в номере была ежедневной и всегда на высоте. Ваке не центр туристических маршрутов, но на такси можно добраться до них за 5-10 минут, что обойдется всего в 2-4 доллара через Яндекс. Район считается премиальным, вокруг много замечательных ресторанов, кафе и пекарен с демократичными ценами. Очень рекомендую этот отель!

The room we got was smaller than expected, but it was clean, neat, and comfortable, so we didn't mind much. The breakfast was nice; even though we didn't try the ham due to our dietary restrictions, there were tasty alternatives. The staff's English is decent, which made communication easier. To our surprise, the checkout price was lower than we anticipated, possibly due to the room situation. The downside was a locked door that seemed to connect to another room, letting through some noise from next door. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it.

This place is decent for a one-night stay, but no longer. The bed is comfy, and the place is clean, though the carpet could use more attention. The staff is very friendly. The location is a definite advantage, with plenty of cafes, shops, and a salon nearby. I'd still recommend it. I gave it three stars because the carpet wasn't clean enough. Breakfast is good and sufficient.

Отличное местоположение: рядом магазины, кафе, проспект Чавчавадзе и парк Ваке. Сам отель уютный, сотрудники приятные, номер удобный, завтрак радует. Мы всем довольны.

Worst service ever. I booked a king room, but when I got there, it turned out to be a connected room with a noisy family next door. They were coughing and blasting loud religious music at 1:00 am. I told the reception, and they offered me only two options: move to a smaller room (which felt like a cell) or pay for the current room and leave at 1:00 am. So, I had to pay for a room I didn't even use for an hour because of the hotel's mistake, and then I had to find another place in the middle of the night.

For the price, this place is fantastic. The breakfast, bed, and room are excellent 👍.
