Отличное место для отдыха. Уровень сервиса действительно впечатляет, и рядом недавно открылся бар с вкусной едой и замечательным персоналом. Номера поддерживаются в идеальной чистоте. В стоимость проживания включён завтрак. Хотя это не шведский стол, но есть омлеты, и за такие деньги это просто великолепно. Лучший выбор за свои деньги!

Средне. Комната очень маленькая и тесная, почти клаустрофобичная. Кровать довольно удобная. В целом, отель красивый и чистый. Но завтрак был худшим из всех, что я когда-либо встречал. Маленький выбор и низкое качество еды. Колбасы и сосиски выглядели безобразно, словно самые дешевые. Яичница представляла собой твердый яичный блок. Хлеб был зачерствелым, как будто пролежал несколько дней. Очень плохие завтраки.

Amazing place! I enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The rooms were spotless, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the overall vibe was very pleasant.

Our travel agent booked this hotel for us. When we arrived in April, the room was stiflingly hot, but we initially stayed calm. We discovered the air conditioning wasn't working and were assured it would be fixed. When we returned to the room in the evening, it was unbearably hot again. The staff then told us they couldn't do anything about it and seemed almost proud to admit the system was down. The windows don’t open, so it feels like a sauna. Stay here if you enjoy suffocating without any assistance. Terrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend.

The walls are really thin, so you can easily hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. The location is convenient, and it's suitable for a short stay. However, it's not ideal for a longer visit, especially if you prefer a quieter hotel.

The location isn't ideal, feels like a little alley😂, but the rooms are lovely. They are spacious and have nice features like a hair dryer and a coffee bar. The breakfast is decent for the price.

The hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was basic. A nice touch was having everything needed to make coffee and tea in the room. There was even a spoon, handy for enjoying a yogurt.

К сожалению, столкнулся с ужасной ситуацией из-за сына владельца этого отеля по имени Гига. Я очень ему доверял, но он подвёл меня. Я попросил его забронировать для меня отель и частного водителя на 10 дней. Полностью перевёл деньги за своё пребывание в другом отеле. Однако, когда я приехал и попытался заселиться, оказалось, что он оплатил лишь четверть суммы. На мой вопрос он ответил, что его банковский счёт заморожен! Мне пришлось оплатить остаток. Я снова ему доверился и сказал: "Ничего страшного, когда проблемы с банком решатся, переведёшь мне деньги обратно". Но, вернувшись в Саудовскую Аравию, я так и не получил перевод. У меня есть доказательства этого.

The rooms are outdated, and the air conditioning isn't functional. There's an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The staff lacks warmth and hospitality. Breakfast is unappetizing and cheaply made. Suitable for a short stay of 1-2 nights, but not for an extended visit.

Incredibly cozy place with a convenient location and fantastic, welcoming staff. It's just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and the river is nearby.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und einer super Lage in der Stadt. Die U-Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt, ebenso wie andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Essen ist ebenfalls hervorragend, es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Windows don't function properly and the air conditioning has issues. I will never return.

I absolutely love this place! It's spotlessly clean, the bed is super comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic. There’s a wide variety of food on offer, including soup, which I really enjoy. The interior design is also wonderful.

La habitación económica cumple con las expectativas. El desayuno ofrece una buena variedad. El personal de recepción fue de gran ayuda: necesitábamos tramitar e imprimir el check-in online para nuestros vuelos, nos prestaron su computadora, nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi al aeropuerto y nos proporcionaron una habitación tranquila, ya que habíamos leído comentarios sobre la cercanía de un campo de fútbol y queríamos evitar el ruido en lo posible. El hotel se encuentra a unos 20 minutos a pie del centro. El único inconveniente fue el mantenimiento deficiente del baño, pero para una estancia de 2 o 3 días es soportable.

The walls are a bit thin, so you might catch some of the internal sounds like paperwork shuffling or the occasional cough. But once everything quiets down, the sleep quality is fantastic. The blankets are thick and heavy, possibly even weighted.

The rooms were in great condition, and the room service was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable. The stay was very peaceful. The staff were polite and helpful. You can easily walk to both 300 Aragveli and Avlabari metro stations from the hotel. We had a wonderful 5-night stay. There's also an Indian restaurant within walking distance.

Завтрак в виде шведского стола на нулевом этаже разнообразен, работает с 8 до 11 утра. Сотрудники на ресепшене понимают и говорят по-русски.

Отель чистый и уютный, расположен в хорошем районе. В номере комфортно, все исправно, только зеркало в ванной не работает, но это не проблема. Освещение у рабочего стола и в душе могло бы быть ярче, но это, скорее, мое личное восприятие. Завтраки отличные, персонал вежливый. Регулировать температуру в номере легко и удобно. Единственное, что меня удивило — в первый день в номере было две бутылки воды, а на второй день принесли только одну. Наверное, это потому, что я был один в номере. В целом, рекомендую.

Моя мама путешествовала одна и осталась очень довольна отелем. Потрясающий сервис, отличный завтрак, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене. Ей здорово помогли с выбором достопримечательностей, мест для ужина и заказом такси. Очень рекомендую! Номера были безупречно чистыми.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the trip to Georgia fantastic. The location is excellent, very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed with a smile and some homemade wine, which made it feel like home. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. A big thank you to Ms. Khatia, Ms. Mariami, and Luca for their kindness and hospitality. There are many areas to explore nearby, and it's in a great location with plenty of restaurants around. If you encounter any issues, just ask the staff; they'll sort it out promptly.

Три звезды — ни больше, ни меньше. Хорошее расположение, всего 30 минут пешком через мост до старого города. Рядом есть супермаркеты и отличный ресторан "Хеди". Номера обычные, с довольно удобными кроватями, однако в душевой чувствуется запах канализации. В номере предоставляют одноразовые тапочки, полотенца и гель для душа. Уборку проводят регулярно, воду и полотенца не забывают заменять. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, позволили оставить багаж в холле до вылета. Шумоизоляция отсутствует, так что выспаться удалось только в последнюю ночь; лучше взять с собой беруши. Завтрак скромный: омлет, лапша или гречка, огурцы, помидоры, чай или кофе, кекс. За такую цену неплохо, многого ожидать не стоит.

В этом бутик отеле я ощутил атмосферу роскоши и уюта с первых минут. Каждая деталь в номере и общих зонах была продумана до мелочей, создавая идеальное сочетание комфорта и стиля.

Персонал отеля был невероятно приветливым и внимательным. Они окружили меня заботой и всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами или пожеланиями.

Кроме того, отель располагался в удобном месте, позволяя мне исследовать Тбилиси без каких-либо проблем. Я наслаждался прогулками по улицам, изучал местную культуру и наслаждался богатством грузинской кухни.

I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and stylish room design. The rooms are generally small, but they are clean, and the bathroom is nice. The receptionist was very helpful on our first day in Georgia. Compared to other hotels in the country, it stands out as exceptionally good. Great value for money, I'd rate it 9 out of 10.

Номер удивительно стильный — чистый и современный. Отличное сочетание цены и качества. До метро Авлабари всего 8 минут пешком, а до старого города — 15 минут. При заселении угостили бокалом домашнего вина. Персонал всегда приветлив и готов помочь. На улице есть классная веранда. Завтраки на уровне 4 из 5, но учитывая стоимость, выбор хорош. Предлагались несколько блюд, овощи и напитки. Спустя несколько ночей мы вернулись сюда снова. Рекомендую!

Отель очень понравился! Номер был с двумя отдельными кроватями, которые можно было придвигать друг к другу или отодвигать. На весну 2023 он выглядел совершенно новым. Кровать была очень удобной, спалось прекрасно. Однажды ночью соседи громко разговаривали, включали телевизор и хлопали дверью — всё было слышно. Больше такого не повторялось. До метро Авлабари пешком 10 минут, а значит, и до старого города недалеко.

The rooms offer excellent value. The building is new, the service is commendable, and the rooms are peaceful. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé quatre jours formidables. L'accueil était excellent et le service irréprochable. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et le lit très confortable. Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin, toujours prêt à répondre aux moindres questions et très attentif aux enfants, qui ont passé un séjour mémorable grâce à eux. Je recommande vivement.

This place is a real find, combining comfort and style at an affordable price. The building is modern with an elevator, and the rooms are both spacious and elegantly designed. I highly recommend upgrading to a comfort room for more space and panoramic windows. Every room is equipped with a desk, a small fridge, and a TV. The bathroom is reasonably sized and comes with a hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious. You can order drinks, including alcoholic ones, 24/7 in the lobby. The staff is friendly and attentive.

My wife and I stayed for a night and were really happy with the service. Ana at the front desk even welcomed us with a drink. The room was fantastic and comfortable, and the attention to detail made it clear they value their guests. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Tbilisi.

Nettes Hotel, nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, aber leicht und günstig mit dem Taxi oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Umgebung bietet besonders nachts schöne Fotomöglichkeiten.

I stayed there from March 19th to March 22nd, 2023, and it was a well-organized place. I was impressed by their services, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the front office team, and the breakfast selection. Grateful for the experience! 🖤🤍❤️

We got there at 1pm, a whole hour before the official check-in time. Kristina at the front desk was incredibly kind. She allowed us to check in early, upgraded us to a Deluxe room with a balcony, and even treated us to some welcome white wine before we headed to our room. Das Frühstück besteht hauptsächlich aus georgischen und britischen Speisen. Ich freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

The stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is brand new, the service is top-notch, and the staff have genuine smiles, with Mrs. Mariam standing out.

I wish negative ratings were possible. Our experience at this hotel was terrible. There was no courtesy, the staff lacked etiquette, and their behavior was rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. I definitely do not recommend this place for families traveling.
