My stay at this hostel in Tbilisi was absolutely delightful. It exudes a cozy, home-like atmosphere, as if you’re visiting the hostess’s own home, and she immediately makes you feel at ease. I initially chose to stay at another hostel but decided to switch, and it was a great decision. This place offers a more laid-back and personal environment. I also met some wonderful people here with whom I plan to continue my travels. If you’re in search of a warm and friendly setting, rather than a large, impersonal one, this is the perfect choice.

For anyone visiting Tbilisi, there's truly no better place to stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to all the key attractions. The space is both cozy and clean. But describing it as just a hostel doesn’t do it justice. It feels like staying at Maya’s house. Even on the coldest days, it’s as warm as home. You can sit by the fireplace and enjoy homemade wines made by Maya’s family. Don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations on Georgian food or anything else; Maya will guide you to the best restaurants in town!

I've stayed in numerous hostels, and this one truly stands out as the best. It's a peaceful haven amidst the vibrant energy of Tbilisi, and the people I met there were both fascinating and delightful company. It feels like a shared living space, and I could easily spend days under the shade of the pomegranate tree, enjoying conversations, sipping coffee, and savoring life. Maia, the host, is an amazing person, always ready to help, caring, and kind. She maintains the hostel in a way that makes it clean, comfortable, and quite special. Оказалось, что: • 24-часового сервиса нет • Вход до 13:00 невозможен (это время для заселения), и, по сути, до заселения никакого обслуживания не оказывается • Хранение багажа — это благодеяние со стороны хостела • Это моя вина, что никого не было утром, так как я не отправил письмо с временем прибытия. Такой подход я вижу впервые за всё время путешествия от Южной Америки до Азии. Конечно, не мне учить сотрудников, как вести бизнес, но, если все организовано иначе, им следовало бы четко прописать правила и услуги на всех платформах. Я не жду изысков от хостела, но ложной рекламы можно избежать. В итоге решил остановиться в другом месте, которое, кстати, полностью соответствовало стандартам всех хостелов, в которых я был. Из положительного — место было чистое и красивое. Искренне надеюсь, что владельцы пересмотрят свою рекламу на всех ресурсах.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the private rooms. Situated on a peaceful, dead-end street near the heart of Tbilisi, we could easily explore the city on foot. The rooms, located on the newly renovated second floor, offered air conditioning, double glazing, and exceptionally comfortable beds—probably the best we encountered in Georgia. Maia and Alex, the welcoming owners, provided invaluable tips for our adventures in Tbilisi and beyond. We also embarked on a memorable trip to Stepantsminda with their son Tornike, or Tony, which was a highlight of our journey. Tony was incredibly accommodating, making stops to show us fascinating sights along the way.

This place easily deserves 5 stars. Alex and Maia are incredibly friendly and hospitable. They truly understand travelers' needs and go above and beyond to ensure a great stay in Tbilisi. Maia shares excellent tips on restaurants, attractions, and local events. She also knows where to find a good haircut, print an e-visa, and discover the city's best views. Alex, a retired geologist, is an expert on Northern Georgia and will guide you on the best hikes and places to stay in the region. The guest house itself is charming, featuring a cozy fireplace for winter evenings. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is spotless, and there's a deck facing west for leisurely afternoons. You can use the family's kitchen, and sometimes Maia even has extra pancakes to share.
