However, if you prioritize a fantastic location ideal for city exploration and don't plan to spend much time in your room, this place is perfect. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Очень дружелюбный персонал и удобное расположение в центре города с хорошей кофейней рядом. Атмосфера живая, хотя иногда и чересчур. Это скорее продвинутый хостел, чем традиционный отель, так как комнаты выходят в общую зону с кухней. До поздней ночи шумно, если вам нужен покой, это место не подойдет. Добавьте к этому шум с оживлённой улицы и уличных музыкантов под окнами, и вы получите полный опыт центра города. Тем не менее, за эти деньги это отличное место, ведь, как сказал великий бит-поэт Джон Б. Джови, «выспимся на том свете».

Stayed for three nights in Tbilisi and found the place to be excellent. The location is superb, being close to the city center, which made our travel around very convenient.

Отель расположен в центре на проспекте. В номере есть всё необходимое: своя ванная комната, тапочки и халат. Но если окна выходят на проспект Руставели, то может быть шумно из-за машин и днём, и ночью. В общей кухне можно выпить чаю или кофе, там есть плита, холодильник и микроволновка. Это хорошее место для непритязательных туристов и для короткого пребывания. В номере немного вещей, но и не требуется больше. Из минусов — полотенца и халаты чуть затёрты, а постельное бельё с катышками. Обслуживающий персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки большие и действительно вкусные, это несомненный плюс.

Замечательное место, даже несмотря на оживлённую улицу Руставели, в комнате спокойно и ничто не мешает отдыху. Уборка проводится каждый день. Очень удобно, что на этаже есть кухня. В любое время суток можно обратиться на ресепшен. Расположение тоже отличное.

A wonderful place: affordable and right in the city center. The receptionist is incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and spent two nights here. However, one downside is that they don’t provide clean towels. They just refold the used ones, and they still carry the scent of previous users.

The place has a great location, right near the action. The accommodation is pretty basic, and some rooms share bathrooms. The room was tiny and quite noisy due to the busy street outside. The receptionist seemed uninterested and wasn't very helpful in showing us around. Breakfast from the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf next door was a positive aspect, though. The overall experience was not very satisfying.

Персонал оказался невероятно отзывчивым и выполнял любую просьбу, от вызова такси до помощи с поиском ваз для цветов. Смело рекомендую это место, если ищете уютный и комфортный вариант с хорошими номерами и замечательным персоналом.

A fantastic budget-friendly choice for a stay in Tbilisi, this small lodging is situated on the second floor of a grand old building on Rustaveli Avenue, the city's main street. With only eight rooms, the real experience here is observing and engaging with the vibrant street scene below, not just spending time in the great common room and kitchen provided. You can easily feel the lively atmosphere by opening the balcony door of your room and letting in the sights, sounds, and scents from the street. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This place feels like a hostel with extra energy rather than a traditional hotel.

Service is decent, and the price/quality ratio is impressive. However, it can be quite noisy, as it's situated next to a busy main street with taxis bustling through the night. The wooden elements give the place a unique charm. Quite pleasant overall.

The hotel's location is amazing. It's an affordable option right in the middle of luxury hotels, fancy malls, the Opera House, art museums, and galleries. You can easily walk to Old Tbilisi and other attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return.

Terrible experience with an aggressive manager! I felt unsafe, so be cautious. After just one day there, the manager, Davit, got furious when I refused to pay for 10 days upfront in cash. I suggested paying daily or even three days in advance, but he lost his temper, shouting in Georgian, which I didn't understand. I was in Georgia for my master thesis research and needed a room to work. Davit's reaction was intimidating; he's bigger than me, and he started pacing and grabbing his hair, shouting. It was really uncomfortable. He insisted that paying in advance is standard in Georgia and told me to leave if I didn't like it. Feeling unwelcome, I left. I'm shocked to see good reviews about this place. I can't understand why I was treated this way. Was it my appearance? I've traveled extensively and never faced anything like this. Those first hours in Georgia, thanks to Davit, were awful. I spent the remaining 9 days at a different hostel, where I felt welcomed.
