Il y a peu d'options pour le moulage, pas de silicone ni d'alginate. Les employés vous suivent constamment malgré la présence de caméras, ce qui est très désagréable. Je n'y reviendrai que si c'est absolument nécessaire.

The website promised a delivery in 20-40 minutes, but it took them 4 hours just to call and inform me they were out of white paint. They suggested sending yellow instead — not exactly helpful when I needed white. They also said delivery would take 2-3 days and picking up from the store myself wasn’t an option. I requested a cancellation and a refund, and it's been a day with no response. Meanwhile, I found everything I needed on organizer.ge, which is much better stocked. On a previous visit, I went to buy a cutting mat and they tried to sell me a mixing palette instead. When I asked for advice on where to find a mat, they didn’t suggest organizer.ge, which would have been more helpful. I gave it one Google star, though a clown rating would be more fitting. In reality, this place deserves a full clown circus rating. It seems like selling art supplies might not be their thing. Perhaps they should consider trying to entertain people instead; at least then no one would feel scammed.

The customer service is quite polite and willing to assist. However, there could be slight improvements here and there.

Хорошее место, вежливый персонал всегда готов помочь. Однако с ассортиментом холстов беда — выбор скудный, а качество оставляет желать лучшего. Скобы забиты прямо по краю, так что мы даже не стали их брать, лучше заплатить столько же, но купить голландские у Динамо. Если что-то нужно срочно и рядом с домом, то это место подойдёт, но для крупных покупок есть более выгодные варианты.

The staff here are simply fantastic and very supportive. This store is perfect for picking up easels and brushes. The paint quality is suitable for students, but the main attraction is their selection of paper, canvas, gesso, and similar art supplies. They also offer both flowing and impasto acrylic mediums for those interested in pour painting. 🖼
