Tasty food, straightforward spot.

The dishes were delightful, with the beef khinkali standing out as particularly tasty. Our waiter, Araklin, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and served us with a cheerful demeanor throughout our meal.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here — twice. The first time, we simply asked if there were any available tables, and the response was unfriendly: “No.” There was no explanation, no suggestion, and no offer to wait. We decided to give it another shot and called ahead. They informed us that they don’t take reservations. When I inquired about the possibility of free tables in an hour, the reply was, “I don’t know, probably not.” It seemed like they were doing everything possible to discourage us from visiting. Overall, the management appears to be poorly run, and the staff are untrained and indifferent, as if they don't care whether anyone visits. Not the kind of service you expect in the hospitality business.

The khinkali here are top-notch, and the beer ranks among the best in the city. Just make sure the prices stay reasonable.

The dishes are quite tasty.

Хинкали просто восхитительные, особенно в жареном виде. Официант порекомендовал замечательное полусухое красное вино на разлив. Обслуживание было на уровне. Вино и салат подали очень быстро. Хинкали сразу принесли, как только наполнили бокалы. Впечатления остались исключительно положительные.

Без сомнения, это мое любимое место в Тбилиси 🙏🤍. Здесь подают лучшие хинкали! Особенно впечатлили хинкали с сыром. Персонал очень радушный, а обслуживание безупречное. В следующий раз, при посещении Тбилиси, первым делом загляну сюда.

Вкус хинкали здесь великолепен, обслуживание тоже на высоте. Атмосфера с необычным обилием открытого пространства, хотя из-за акустики временами может быть шумновато для тихой беседы.

Хинкали калакури здесь — мои абсолютные фавориты в Грузии. Постоянно сюда захожу.

I used to love visiting this place for their amazing khinkali, but my last experience was not as good as before. The khinkali dough was so thin and delicate that it tore easily, letting the delicious broth spill out. It seemed like they might have been overcooked. Additionally, our portion had two pieces missing.

After dining, the bill came quickly, but the visit had already been disappointing. We were seated by the area where kitchen equipment is stored, and for about 15 minutes, we endured the loud noise of pots and cutlery — it was quite uncomfortable. The lobiani we ordered was very dry, and I probably won’t risk ordering it again. The tomato and cucumber salad was supposed to have a walnut dressing, but there was no walnut taste at all.

We asked for drinks to come with the meal, but they arrived much earlier. Even after we requested again, when they finally brought the drinks, the beer was already poured, and I doubt it was freshly served. After our food was served, no one checked back or brought drinks until we called the staff one more time. Overall, considering my previous visits, I'd rate the experience a 2.5 out of 5. If it were my first time, I might not return.

The khinkali here are exceptional. Locals highly recommend them, and they truly live up to the praise.

Bardzo smaczne chinkali.

Jedzenie wyśmienite, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Wnętrze nieco surowe, brakuje klimatu, ale mimo wszystko warto się tam wybrać. Byliśmy dwukrotnie i za każdym razem było bardzo przyjemnie.

Aside from the khinkali, everything here is terrible. The khinkali and beer are okay, but the service is atrocious. We ordered three beers; one was all foam and only half full, and there was something floating in the second. We politely asked for a replacement, but the staff got irritated and ignored our table after that. They avoided us, and when we requested another beer from a different waiter, he made sarcastic comments and lectured us about how beer has foam. The staff is incredibly rude.

Great dishes at an affordable price. Definitely try the Chachapuri 🤌🤌.

Весьма разочаровал визит. Персонал был грубоват: на просьбу помочь с выбором места мне предложили искать стол самому. Когда я попытался повторно попросить помочь и указал, что не занимаю большой стол без надобности, мне ответили, что за большой стол посадить не могут, хотя в зале было как минимум пять пустующих таких столов, а гости постоянно менялись. В итоге ушел злым и голодным. Не вернусь и никому не порекомендую.

Beautiful and unique interior design. The food was of good quality, and the service met expectations.

Практически все места заняты, но нам повезло найти столик. Еду приносили быстро. Жареные хинкали были необычными и вкусными.

Официанты здесь не слишком дружелюбны, и блюда, честно говоря, переоценены. Интерьер немного спасает ситуацию, но и он, на мой взгляд, слишком разрекламирован.

Животных сюда не пускают.

Interesting place with nice architecture. The food is incredibly tasty, but like many places in Georgia, don't expect much hospitality from the waitstaff. It's best to know your order before you call them over. They do accept card payments.

Our first meal in Georgia was ruined by an incredibly rude waiter. No matter how good the food might be, I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Customers deserve better treatment.

The service was terrible. They refused to seat us and told us we'd have to wait, but couldn't even say how long.

The food is really tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired. The dishes are fantastic, especially the khinkali, which are incredibly juicy and delicious. Unfortunately, the staff can be quite rude, and the waiters are slow and not very helpful. The atmosphere is rather dark and feels enclosed, making it less enjoyable when the weather is nice outside. In summary, the food is wonderful, but the service is disappointing, with a sort of underground vibe.

Гид рассказала, что здесь самые вкусные хинкали, но ожидания и реальность не совпали. Нас посадили в тёмный угол, и на просьбу пересадить ответили грубым отказом. Хотя зал почти пустовал, только другой сотрудник помог пересесть. Меню предоставляется только по QR-коду, но интернет в ресторане едва ловит, Wi-Fi нет. Это заняло много времени и уже испортило настроение. Сделать заказ онлайн не вышло — система не работает. Пришлось обратиться к официанту, который сообщил, что можно заказать только по 5 хинкали одного вида, хотя онлайн доступен выбор единично разных видов. Обслуживание оказалось грубым и совсем не гостеприимным, что нехарактерно для Грузии. Хотя хинкали, возможно, вкусные, желание уехать возникло ещё до заказа. Не рекомендую.

We had a pleasant time dining here. The service was attentive, and the food met our expectations. The ambiance added to the experience. The highlight for us was the deep fried pork/beef Khinkali; it’s definitely worth trying! The egg Khachapuri was quite tasty as well. We found the meat in the Ostri a bit too fatty for our liking, and the beans were just okay. Definitely don’t miss out on the lemonade! The prices were fair, and the staff spoke good English, which made things easier.

Die Khinkali hier sind die besten, die ich in ganz Georgien probiert habe. Auch die anderen Speisen waren hervorragend. Wir hatten Glück und konnten gegen 16:30 Uhr einen Platz bekommen. Am nächsten Abend hatten wir nicht so viel Glück, da eine riesige Warteschlange war und wir woanders essen mussten.

Что касается обслуживания и еды: сервис просто ужасный, долго ждали, пока официант к нам подойдет. Хотели узнать состав блюда, так как у мужа аллергия на яйца, но официант явно не был заинтересован помочь. Нашли в меню что-то без яиц, и после некоторого ожидания блюда принесли. Хинкали были неплохими, но ничем особо не отличались от тех, что пробовали в других местах. Атмосфера напоминала столовую. Сервис на таком же уровне.

My wife, our small child, and I had lunch on May 2nd. The service was terrible. The waiter at our table seemed unfriendly and didn’t understand English. We felt like we were intruding. The food wasn’t as good as everyone says. Not a place I would recommend to tourists.

The most delicious kinkali I've ever tasted.

The food was tasty and quite affordable, with a wait time of up to 20 minutes, but it’s worth it. Unfortunately, the service was poor. The waiter was disrespectful to one of my friends who doesn’t speak Russian and tried to order in English. He also accidentally spilled half a bottle of lemonade on her bag and, despite apologizing, still charged her for the full bottle, even though she only had half. Once we paid, he immediately cleared away all the remaining drinks and food from our table. I would recommend it for the food, but the staff's behavior needs improvement.

Жареные хинкали — просто замечательно, тесто тонкое, и начинки много. Хинкали с зеленью тоже отличные — тонкое тесто, начинки хватает. Заказывали домой уже второй раз.

Chinkali smakowały wyśmienicie, z dużą ilością mięsa i były naprawdę pyszne. Smażone chinkali również zrobiły na mnie wrażenie. Ceny przystępne, a jedzenie smakowite. Mały minus: wystrój przypomina trochę stołówkę, obsługa w porządku. Ale zdecydowanie warto odwiedzić!

Большое количество столиков. Свиной шашлык хороший, хинкали с грибами и сырные неплохие, но есть куда расти. Обслуживание нуждается в улучшении. В счёт включены чаевые 15%, учтите это перед визитом.

Плюсы: Пиво очень вкусное. Столы убирают часто и аккуратно, не отвлекая гостей. Хинкали просто потрясающие! Заказывали как классические, так и с сулугуни — тесто очень нежное, сложно остановиться, рекомендую попробовать. Имерули тоже был очень вкусным.

Минусы: Лимонад пришлось открывать самостоятельно. Принесли чужое блюдо и спросили, наше ли это, хотя заказ для нашего стола даже не записали. Ждали заказ долго, но это того стоило. Хинкали не смогли все съесть, попросили упаковать с собой, а нам просто принесли контейнеры.

This place has a lot of potential. The food is tasty and the atmosphere feels authentic, and it's in a great spot. However, the service was really bad. They forgot half of what we ordered, served the dishes at different times, and even tried to overcharge us. If you just want Khinkali and a beer, it's worth a visit, but otherwise, you might want to try somewhere else.
