Ресторан быстрого питания "Wendy's (Правая набережная)"

Одно из худших мест по обслуживанию и выполнению обещаний. Часто сталкивался с нарушением условий акций — скидку при заказе через автомобиль не давали. Но хуже всего — доставка. Заказ приготовили задолго до прихода курьера и передали его уже холодным. В итоге еда приехала в таком состоянии, что годилась только для мусорки: холодная, резиновая и несъедобная. Если вы цените свое время, деньги и нервы, крайне не рекомендую.

I recently tried this fast food spot and was truly impressed. The burgers were juicy and tasted fresh, not overly greasy like you might expect from fast food. However, the highlight for me was the chicken nuggets — they were super crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Patatesleri güzel, burgerde pek bir şey yok.

Temiz ve sakin bir yer. Fast food zincirleri arasında en lezzetlisi. Fiyat biraz yüksek ve tüm soslar ücretli.

Update: I went back and they provided the missing items. I placed an order on Wolt, but two items from the menu were missing. They only delivered the drink. Please address this mistake.

They allow people begging for money inside and it bothers customers. It was the worst experience with fast food I've ever had.

Just like the ones in the US.

Zamówiłem jedzenie w kiosku samoobsługowym, zapłaciłem kartą, a potem pojawił się błąd, ale pieniądze zostały pobrane z konta. Poprosiłem obsługę o pomoc, lecz nie chcieli mi pomóc i nawet nie usłyszałem "przepraszam". Patrzyli na mnie, jakbym chciał ich okraść. Nie polecam tego miejsca!

This place is terrible. We tried to order two hamburgers and three deluxe chicken boxes. We stayed calm and patient despite the language barrier, making every effort to communicate. However, one of the employees became aggressive and violent. He got frustrated when we couldn’t understand him and started banging on the table as we tried to talk. Another staff member, who spoke English, arrogantly asked, "Do you speak English in your own country? Why expect us to speak it then?" I never want to eat here again.

We visited at 16:30 on October 16th, hoping to place an order, but the cashier didn't speak English. That's understandable, but his behavior was not. He couldn't express himself and then started yelling at us, repeatedly hitting the table. We tried to explain that we didn't understand him, but he kept shouting. This place shouldn't employ someone so impatient and disrespectful. Please check the security cameras. Later, another employee who spoke a bit of English told us that when they visit our country, they communicate the same way. That’s not true. Such places should have staff who try to understand customers, not yell at them. Please, review the security footage.

The person who created the menu deserves a bonus. We tried the salmon & egg breakfast burger, beef burger, and grilled chicken burgers, and all of them were more delicious than from that other famous chain. The mojito was incredible. Mozzarella cheese sticks were tasty while hot.

This was the worst experience ever. I asked them if they had any Halal options, and they laughed at me.

The place is awesome, and the food is spot-on and quick. However, the location is dreadful and extremely difficult to reach on foot. There's only one way to walk there, and you're stuck walking right next to cars the whole time. It's terrible. Hopefully, this place can encourage the city to add more crosswalks and sidewalks to boost business.

A magyarországi gyorséttermekhez képest itt különösen jó a marhahús. Nagy a választék, érintőképernyőn lehet rendelni, és az elkészült ételt az asztalhoz viszik.

Чтобы акция 1+1 действовала, нужно заказывать через приложение. Я заказал, но вместо 4 бургеров мне дали только 2. Объяснили, что я неправильно сделал заказ. У приложения нелогичный интерфейс, не рекомендую пользоваться.

They're taking our money. Ordered triple cheeseburgers and got double instead.

The WiFi wasn't working. The food was tasty, but I had to navigate through traffic to get there. Tbilisi's pedestrian walkways aren't great.

Wanted to grab a pizza, but the cashier informed me that only burgers were available, even though there were pizza advertisements displayed on the screens right next to the cashier.

The meal was served cold and completely inedible.

The food is great, just like at other locations. However, the wait time could be better. This spot is ideal for takeaway.

Too much bread and not enough filling in the burger. The cheese is pleasant, and the service is fairly quick. However, the tomato sauce on the burger doesn't taste good. I assumed everyone already knew this.

Двухэтажное заведение, много свободного пространства, людей практически нет, уделяют больше внимания обслуживанию автомобилей через окошко. Кухня открыта — можно наблюдать за процессом приготовления. Пробовали только кофе, ванильно-ореховый латте. Вкус неплохой, но не стоит 11 лари за чашку. Есть возможность бесконтактного заказа через табло, но оплатить можно только картой.

Попробовали. Зря. Бургеры сухие. Соус к фри не предложили и не дали. Цены как в «Маке», но качество ужасное. Картошка приемлемая.

The food is just like at any other spot in Georgia. The service could be better, especially when using their app, which has bugs. The atmosphere is nothing out of the ordinary.

In the middle of the day, the staff informed us they were closed "for an hour" without offering any explanation.
