I had a wonderful time during my visit in Tbilisi. Ana and Barbare (hope I got their names right!) were really attentive and even treated me to a free coffee because my burger took a bit longer to prepare. It was my first time experiencing this place, and it was definitely a positive one!

The quality is surprisingly good for fast food! This burger spot is among my favorites. I highly recommend giving it a try. Fun fact: the world's largest location used to be in Tbilisi. Although it closed a few years back, there's now another large restaurant there.

Reasonable prices, delicious fries, and a good burger. If you're looking for a decent meal without spending too much, it's a solid option.

The only star is for customer service. I got the wrong amount of change. When I mentioned it to the employee, she sarcastically insisted it was correct. Mistakes happen, but the attitude is unacceptable. Turns out, I was shorted 40 Lari. Be cautious.

Leider kann ich es nicht empfehlen. In den USA war es meine Lieblingskette, aber hier hat es mich enttäuscht. Ich musste lange warten. Der vegetarische Wrap war kalt, die Cola warm, und die Pommes waren dick und schlaff.

Во время отпуска в Грузии решил попробовать этот ресторан быстрого питания и был приятно удивлён! Заказал бургер с картофелем фри и напитком, и всё оказалось свежим, вкусным и тщательно приготовленным. Бургер был сочным и ароматным, картошка – хрустящей, а напиток – освежающим. Это именно то, что ожидаешь от отличного фастфуда. Расположение в торговом центре Galleria очень удобное, что делает его хорошим местом, чтобы перекусить во время шопинга или прогулки по Тбилиси. В ресторане было чисто, обслуживание оперативное, а персонал дружелюбный. Хотя это был мой первый визит, он точно не будет последним! В целом, замечательный опыт, и я настоятельно рекомендую заглянуть сюда, если будете поблизости. Прикладываю фото моего заказа, потому что на вкус он был так же хорош, как и выглядел!

Очень неприятный опыт: автомат для заказа не напечатал чек, мой заказ "на вынос" по ошибке поменяли на "в зале", номер моего заказа каким-то образом исчез с экрана. На кассе мне просто дали бумажный пакет и предложили взять картошку фри руками. Я чувствую отвращение и оскорбление.

Waited for thirty minutes. The burger came out cold. Wouldn't recommend it.

Tried it for the first time and it might be the last. I ordered the Baconator meal. The fries were limp and seemed old, even the burnt pieces were soft. The burger was one of the greasiest I've ever had, the box was covered in grease. The order took 15-20 minutes. Wouldn't recommend it.

Service was slow, the food came out cold. It was overly burnt and greasy. Definitely not tasty.

The food quality is appalling, especially for the price. I ordered a plant-based burger and it was burned. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Заказала греческий салат, а на помидоре — плесень. Вернула его, менеджер сказала, что это нормально. На второй раз закатила глаза и позвала другую. Та тоже сказала, что всё нормально, свежие. Спрашиваю — вы видите плесень? Снова закатывает глаза. Наклеек с датой нет. Оставила салат и ушла.

Rien ne fonctionne là-bas. Deux personnes travaillent pendant que le reste du personnel reste debout à rire. Résultat, la commande n'était pas prête malgré qu'ils l'aient annoncée. De vrais clowns.

Принесли холодные бургеры. В Абу-Даби таких проблем не возникало.

Бургеры совсем сухие, как и чипсы. Обслуживание хорошее, сотрудники делают всё возможное. Не их ошибка, что мясо жёсткое.

The cheeseburger was cold, although the fries were served hot. The beef patty tasted nicer than the one at Ronald's, but their fries didn’t match up. The mojito stood out and wasn’t overly sweet, which was a pleasant surprise for fast food. We liked the curly fries more than the regular ones.

The burger I got looked nothing like the one in the menu photo. I ordered a chicken burger, but it was tiny, like something for kids! Burger was a huge disappointment!

Voor het eerst een bezoek aan deze keten gebracht als Belg. Wat smaak en kwaliteit betreft, zou ik zeggen dat het tussen McDonald's en Burger King in ligt. De burgers waren goed, met prima patty's, maar er had wat meer saus op gemogen. De kippenvleugels smaakten prima, hoewel ze niet beter waren dan die van KFC. Het restaurant zelf heeft geen vaste zitplaatsen, maar in het winkelcentrum zijn er meer dan genoeg plekken om te zitten.

Overhyped. Tasteless. KFC and McDonald's are superior.

Horrible experience. I placed my order at the kiosk and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. There was no system for managing customers. Everyone crowded around the counter, discussing the orders before they were handed out. This is not a hygienic practice at this place. The food was way too salty. There was an unfriendly guy who seemed like a manager, wearing a white shirt and black vest.

The service is terrible. They're not just slow, but also unhelpful because nobody speaks English. The burgers taste great, but the fries are awful. It's one of the worst experiences I've had with food service in the city. They don't even provide sauce.

Принесли три недоделанных бургера. Попросили заменить, якобы исправили, но всё равно сделали неправильно. Второй раз не стали просить. Бургер вкусный, на мой взгляд, лучше, чем в Маке. Но их подход всё портит.

I was really unhappy with my experience. To start, they got my order wrong, and when it finally came, there was no sauce included. On top of that, they charged me an extra 10 Lari for the sauce. This is definitely the last time I'll buy from them.

My burger looked like it had been through an accident, what a disaster. It was supposed to be the deluxe version. I wouldn't want to see what the cheaper options look like. The drink came in a tiny 200ml can. At least the fries were hot.

It's not the quickest place, but the food is good. I liked the cheese sauce, the fries are alright. The burger is decent; I'd recommend it.

They got my order all wrong—gave me a regular Coke instead of a Coke Zero, forgot the sauce. When I asked for corrections, they needed a receipt from the self-service machine, but none of their machines were working and didn't print anything. I'm not even sure if I got the right burger. Plus, the staff making the orders constantly touched the food without gloves. You should avoid this place; KFC or McDonald's would be better options. I eventually got my Coke Zero, but it was warm despite coming from the fridge.

It's one of my top spots around here. The pizza is really tasty! The mozzarella sticks, twisted fries, and their ice creams are also quite good. The burgers, though, are just okay.

Spicy Chicken burger, Double Cheese Sauce, Mozzarella Sticks ve Curly Fries aldım. Cheese sauce gerçekten harikaydı ve içinde peynir vardı. This place has the slowest service I've ever experienced and the food tastes awful.

В этом месте нет собственных столиков. Нужно ходить и искать место по всему торговому центру. Один из терминалов для выбора еды не работал. Товар можно выбрать, но на этапе оплаты система зависает. Контроля никакого. Гамбургеры маловаты. Выбор напитков оставляет желать лучшего. Картошка фри из нечищеного картофеля.

Ужасное обслуживание. Еду не кладут на поднос, а просто ставят рядом. Даже не сообщают, когда заказ готов. Котлета в бургере сухая.

My first experience trying this place was in Tbilisi, inspired by watching Big Brother Canada recently. Honestly, it was pretty average. It's puzzling how some North Americans hype up food that isn't particularly good as if it's Michelin star quality. The burger was okay, but the fried chicken wasn't tasty at all.
