სტაფი ძალიან კეთილი და ყურადღებიანია, ხორცსაც უხვად იყენებენ და როცა სენდვიჩს ვჭამ, თავს ნამდვილ საბვეიში ვგრძნობ. ეს ადგილას ყველაფერი გაცილებით უკეთესია, ვინაიდან სხვაგან გაყინული პურით გიმასპინძლდებიან.

Вкусно и сытно. Сэндвичи свежие и аппетитные, выбор начинки радует. Обслуживание быстрое и приятное. Можно спокойно перекусить на месте или взять с собой. Все как надо для хорошего перекуса.

I placed an order online via Bolt Food, and it took 50 minutes to prepare just one item. When I received it, everything was missing inside.

The staff here definitely needs improvement. I ordered a BLT through Wolt and requested crispy bacon. I called to confirm, and the girl on the phone said it wasn't possible. She then hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone again. She also refused to confirm the order. All I wanted was some cooked bacon. Why is that so hard?

Turned away because they were on a '30 minute break' at 3:00 am. Extremely disappointing, especially being 6 months pregnant. Bad karma indeed!

The service isn't as advertised "24/7 except 05-06 am." I've been there five times, and each time around 7 or 8 am, employees are either asleep or say they're not working. This is quite unprofessional for such a brand. Update 24.12.23: There's always something broken, although there's a friendly employee with short hair who helps. Update 10.04.24: The service has improved, and the sandwiches are better. I've adjusted my review slightly. Update 28.04.24: Showed up at 7:15 am, found an employee asleep at the table. The other staff told me to leave because it was closed. The door claims it's open 24/7 except 6-7 am, but that's not true. Update 23.10.24: The staff seems to be working more responsibly and friendly, and the quality has improved. Especially the woman on night shifts does a great job. I've rated it higher because of these improvements. Hope it continues like this.

This was the most disappointing visit I've had. The sandwich was awful and dry. The staff member was extremely rude, shouting at me and even throwing the tray. Avoid this place; it's horrible.

This place used to be a top choice for its delicious sandwiches, which were full of flavor. Lately, though, my experiences have been underwhelming. The quality of the food has noticeably dropped, and what used to be a remarkable experience is now just average.

Not pet-friendly. They wouldn't let me in even when I was holding my dog. Other places never gave me this issue.

The sandwich I had was tasty, much like what you'd get at any other Subway. One thing I've noticed is that the portion sizes of meat, cheese, and toppings can vary depending on who is working. It seems like some employees are more generous than others. Often, the staff is either eating or busy when someone comes in. A highlight is their sandwich of the day at a reduced price, which is great given the usual prices. I usually go for that option because it offers the best value. It's a solid choice for a quick lunch or a meal on the go.

2.04.2024 Зашел что-то перекусить. Работница в этот момент тоже ела, подошел к ней. На лице у нее было недовольство все время, пока она готовила сэндвич, и выглядело это все небрежно. Она отказалась упаковать один сэндвич с собой, а другой — для того, чтобы поесть на месте, сославшись на собаку. Собака, кстати, была снаружи. Попросил ее позвать менеджера. Она сказала, что она и есть менеджер. На что я ответил, что хочу поговорить с менеджером повыше. Она сказала, что менеджера над ней нет и она сама — владелец. Это была явная ложь.

The music was blasting so loud that we couldn’t hear the staff. To make it worse, two employees were having an argument by the cashier. We couldn’t even order our sandwich and ended up leaving. A terrible experience.

Everything is filthy everywhere. The staff is extremely loud, chatting with each other at high volume. I couldn't wash my hands because a service consultant told me not to walk on the freshly cleaned floor. They refused a customer's order due to cleaning, but instead of actually cleaning, they just sat around talking. If you're not taking orders because of cleaning, then everything should be spotless. The staff is a total disaster, shouting and swearing in the ordering area and talking loudly on the phone. You need a new manager or to get rid of the current one.

The staff is terrible, and the service is consistently poor. They always prioritize online orders over in-person customers. Today, I waited an unreasonable amount of time while three employees completely ignored my presence, focusing solely on online orders. When I requested service, they responded rudely. It's unprofessional and shows a lack of concern for customers. The staff is unfriendly, the wait time is too long, and this has happened to me multiple times at this location. Absolutely not recommended.

Today, four people walked in and then left because of the poor service. Why are three staff members doing online orders simultaneously? Please learn how to manage things better. Such a disappointment.
