A great place for a quick meal with impressive scenery.

Waiting 25 minutes for an order, even though the place was almost empty, was frustrating. The veggie burger was disappointing, mainly consisting of a cold, thick potato slice. The fish burger was also served cold, and the chocolate milkshake tasted more like water than chocolate. The staff showed the typical Georgian 'friendliness.' At least the restaurant was clean, but there wasn't enough parking outside.

I often order delivery from this place and always go for the veggie burgers with fries and cola. The burger is truly worth it; the patty is crispy, and the cucumber and tomatoes taste fresh! The lettuce and sauce are perfectly balanced. The fries are super crispy too. Excellent choice for vegan options.

Twice this month, I've visited this location, and both times I ordered two Happy Meals, fries without salt, and two cheeseburgers without pickles. Yet, they consistently mess up our orders, deliver the wrong toys, give us an empty box with no toy, and serve fries with salt. This happens regardless of whether it's busy or not. How can this keep happening?

Regrettably, this is the only option on my route, so I often stop by. It's almost always disappointing. Around 80% of the time, my orders are incomplete—whether it's missing hash browns, sauces, or sometimes even a burger patty in a double cheeseburger. I cannot recommend this spot at all.

Ordered once more, yet again only half of it arrived! The full amount was charged despite this. It's so frustrating! The packaging was poorly handled. Both the Big Mac and cherry pie were missing, even though they billed for them.

Персонал не ориентируется в меню и общается крайне невежливо. Утром простоял 20 минут в очереди в автораздаче, хотя передо мной было всего две машины. Плохо понимаю грузинский, но кажется, что сотрудница использовала нецензурные выражения, закрывая окно после принятия заказа, несмотря на то, что я общался с ней на английском.

Faced a pressing and intolerable problem recently. My friends and I placed orders for burgers, specifically asking staff to omit the bacon. During our meal, we discovered bacon in our food and returned to address the mistake. All staff members were extremely rude and unhelpful, yet they offered to remake the items. Sadly, the replacements also contained bacon. When we confronted the same employees, they shifted the blame onto us, claiming we ordered incorrectly. The manager displayed gross unprofessionalism and should reconsider how to treat paying customers, as his behavior is unacceptable for someone in his position.

The staff is attentive and friendly. The place is tidy, and the meals are delicious.

The place looks great with a stylish entrance, but the staff needs more training in customer interaction. I received incorrect items and was given a Coke with ice despite requesting otherwise. The waiting time at the Drive Thru is longer than expected.
