В магазине в сити Молле консультанты оказались совсем неприятными и невежливыми. Они не смогли ответить на вопросы о парфюмах и вели себя высокомерно, что выглядело просто смешно. В итоге мне положили неправильные духи, и я это поняла только когда подруга, которой я их подарила, прислала фото. Несмотря на то, что я купила 3 или 4 дорогих парфюма, обслуживанием осталась очень недовольна и никогда сюда больше не вернусь. Никому не рекомендую, лучше выбрать другие магазины.

Консультанты в магазине на Чавчавадзе 37М совсем неприветливые. 20 сентября 2024 года были скидки, но никто из них даже не удосужился сообщить об этом. Просто ходят за спиной и наблюдают.

Часто посещаю этот магазин, так как живу рядом и увлекаюсь коллекционированием ароматов. Обычно всё было отлично, но сегодня всё пошло не так. Люблю проводить много времени, изучая различные бренды, но сегодня столкнулся с неудачным обслуживанием. Когда подошёл к стенду и взял блоттер, чтобы нанести духи, ко мне подошла консультант (высокая женщина с светлыми волосами) и сама решила нанести аромат. Она совсем не понимала, что нужно соблюдать дистанцию, и я чувствовал, что мне нельзя трогать флаконы. Надо было сразу сказать, что такой подход мне не подходит, но я растерялся. Я попробовал несколько ароматов под её пристальным взором и остался расстроенным. В итоге решил просто купить тот флакон, за которым пришёл, и уйти. Тем более что мне даже не предложили пробник. Купил тревел-версию за 76 GEL, возможно, это слишком дёшево, чтобы получить пробник. Хотя неделю назад за аналогичную покупку, но с другим ароматом, другой консультант дала мне пробник Molecule. Честно, впервые столкнулся с таким некомфортным обслуживанием в парфюмерном магазине. Просто ужасно.

Shopping here was an amazing experience. This place truly embodies what a boutique should be. They have a fantastic selection of niche perfumes, perfect for everyone, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned enthusiast. The standout of my visit was Iryna, the most knowledgeable and professional consultant. She guided me through numerous options, asked about my preferences, and we chose three perfumes that were ideal for their recipients. She deserves a medal, she's that skilled!

Очень плохо! Тестировала парфюм Nishane Hacivat X, а когда решила купить, мне в коробке продали совсем другой аромат — Nishane Hacivat, который даже не пробовала. Позвонила в магазин, и мне подтвердили, что я пробовала именно Hacivat X. На замену с доплатой не согласились. Проверяйте всё сами и консультантам не доверяйте. Никогда раньше такого не случалось, даже не думала, что могу попасть в такую ситуацию.

Добавляю после ответа компании: ваше объяснение только усилило разочарование. После проверки дома обнаружила, что получила не тот продукт. Позвонила, и подтвердилось, что тестировала Hacivat X. Это легко можно было бы проверить по записям с камер наблюдения. Ваш ответ показал, что вы даже не удосужились тщательно изучить мою жалобу. Ошибка консультанта, давшего другой товар, серьёзная и недопустимая. Ожидала более внимательного отношения и действий для исправления ситуации и предотвращения подобных случаев в будущем. Прошу вас всерьёз отнестись к моему отзыву и разобраться в проблеме. Игнорирование таких ошибок подрывает доверие к вашему бизнесу.

Это лучший магазин в Грузии. Консультанты здесь очень доброжелательные и помогли определиться среди огромного ассортимента. Оказалось, они говорят на более чем трех языках и могут рассказать, какой аромат вам подойдет и поделиться историей бренда. В магазине действительно большое разнообразие запахов.

The service was completely awful. This was my third visit, and only once was I served well. Today, I was shocked by the saleswoman's rudeness. I was in a bad mood and, after walking my dog, decided to cheer myself up with some new fragrances. From the door, the saleswoman rudely pointed out that I wanted to buy small sizes. She outright stated they had nothing, even though they did have Frederic Malle 10 ml. I wasn't allowed to test fragrances from the cork, no assistance was offered, and I couldn't understand the negativity, especially since I was the only one in the store. The rudeness was entirely out of place, even though I spoke in English and didn't ask for any special attention. I bought two fragrances but received no gift, no sample, nothing. Just rudeness. My mood was completely ruined. Absolutely disgusting experience. Zero stars.

The staff were incredibly rude and didn’t respect my personal space. They seemed annoyed when I asked to try a perfume, saying they could only spray it. They did a half spray at best on the tester paper, and it was such a small amount that I couldn’t even smell it. (This happened at the Citymall branch).

On October 25th, I had one of the worst experiences at the perfume store in City Mall. The staff, a tall blonde woman, was incredibly unprofessional. When I first entered, I wanted to take a photo inside the shop. She suddenly appeared and told me it wasn't allowed, which I understood. I put my phone away and tried to browse the store. She followed me closely, not giving me any space and didn't offer any information about the products. After leaving, I snapped a photo of the storefront from outside because it looked appealing, which was why I wanted to take a picture in the first place. She ran after me and insisted again that photos weren't allowed. I really hope that such people don't work in customer-facing roles, especially in stores with such a great selection of niche perfumes.

При покупке вместе с Gastronome дают ваучеры, которые оказываются недействительными, когда пытаешься их использовать. Хотя написано, что они действительны до 22 января.

I adore this place. You can find the finest perfumes in Tbilisi here. The staff is nice and always smiling.

The staff here are really nice and friendly. However, you won't find the big perfume brands. Most of the fragrances seem to be unique to the store or exclusive creations.

I had a great time in this store. The staff member was courteous and extremely helpful. There's a nice selection of brands available. If you're looking to discover a new scent, I suggest visiting!
