The coffee here is wonderful, as always. However, this spot doesn't quite match the appeal of the other amazing locations by the same company. The staff is very friendly, and the barista skills are impressive. It's a good choice if you find yourself in this mall.

Probably the finest coffee in Tbilisi. They have San Remo espresso machines, which are some of the top Italian 🇮🇹 models. I had to take off one star because they only offer white sugar, no brown. It's 2025, and for some unexplained reason, Tbilisi seems to be moving backwards in this aspect.

Сегодня решил попробовать что-то новое, находясь в ментально не лучшем состоянии. Зашел в фудкорт в City Mall и выбрал это место. Заказал двойной эспрессо. Персонал был очень приветливым, и одна из сотрудниц позже предложила мне капучино. Это сделало мой день, я был так рад и даже улыбнулся. Кофе здесь просто восхитительный. 5 звезд ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The place used to be great, but lately the service has seriously declined. The staff is not only unhelpful, but sometimes outright rude.

This cafe is great for digital nomads, offering reliable wifi and plenty of outlets to charge devices. They serve espresso just right. The staff is welcoming and kind. There's a noticeable number of people working away on their laptops.

The raf was rather disappointing. The milk was overheated and overly foamy. On a brighter note, the baristas were friendly.

Unfortunately, I had the worst coffee ever here. I generally love their coffee, but this particular location has issues. I visited twice and tried an iced latte and a cappuccino. Both times, the coffee tasted burnt and extremely sour, so much so that I could barely drink it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but I definitely wouldn't recommend the coffee at this spot. I haven't tried the food, so maybe that’s better.

Got a cappuccino and was charged 8 GEL. For that price, I expect a larger cup and a drink with proper foam. Instead, I received a mediocre drink that resembled a poorly made flat white in a small paper cup. We were instructed to sit and wait for the drinks to be served, but after a long wait, my friend had to go check and found our drinks cooling on the counter. A suggestion for the manager: please train your staff to be friendly and to make better coffee. That's all we expect for these prices.

I never imagined I'd drink such horrible coffee in my life. It's really bad. The taste is way too sour. You guys need to pay more attention to how you store your beans and make sure the machine is cleaned properly. I felt so let down. All I wanted was to throw up after drinking that coffee. My boyfriend and I both disliked it. You definitely need to fix something in your coffee preparation process. The couches are filthy—seriously, how can I sit on them in my white dress? Your coffee lacks a rich taste and feels like diluted tap water. Dunkin' and McDonald's make better coffee than you do.

Боулы здесь просто шикарные, а вот кофе иногда разное по качеству.

I ordered a double cappuccino, but it had a very thin body and the taste was not good. Maybe the beans were old or low quality. The pastries we got were also pretty bad. On the bright side, the service was good. Overall, the negative aspects overshadowed the positive ones.

Банановый кекс просто отличный, а вот в капучино слишком много молока. Не стоит ждать чего-то необычного от кофейни в торговом центре — это место, чтобы быстро выпить кофе и пойти дальше. Атмосфера неуютная.

Десерты очень вкусные, а кофе посредственный. Омлет с семгой рекомендую — его подают в круассане, жаль только, что готовят его до 17.00. Мест, где сесть, немного, и десерты не всегда бывают в наличии, особенно в выходные все быстро разбирают.

A surprisingly delicious salmon bowl! It's the best I've had in a long time. Very flavorful and fresh, with a great sauce. The coffee is also good, and they offer alternative milk options.
