The staff has not only been unhelpful but downright rude on several occasions. It's disappointing that such a reputable brand tolerates such poor customer service.

The staff seemed completely disinterested and unmotivated. They didn't know what items were available in the store and showed no enthusiasm for making any sales. It's disappointing for a brand of this caliber.

შობის პერიოდში ვესტუმრეთ სითი მოლს პალტოს შესაძენად და ყველაზე ცუდი მომსახურება მივიღეთ. როგორც ჩანს, ჩემი პიერ კარდენის, ემპორისა და ტრუსარდის ტანსაცმელი საკმარისი არ აღმოჩნდა, რომ ნორმალური მომსახურება მიეღოთ! აშკარად უნდა ვიყო ბოსით ჩაცმული, რომ წესიერად მოგემსახურონ. გვითხრეს, რომ მხოლოდ ჰუგო აქვთ და ბოსი არა, რაც სიცრუე აღმოჩნდა. მეორე მხარეს კი ვნახეთ ბოსი. წყენელები მომსახურება 1-იც ბევრია. ყველას ვეტყვი, რომ არ მივიდნენ აქ და სხვაგან მიიღონ მომსახურება! ბოლოს, ძალით რომ მოვითხოვეთ დახმარება, რადგან კონსულტანტი სხვასთან ირბოდა, ისევ ჩვენით ავარჩიეთ და შევიძინეთ. ისეთი შეგრძნება მქონდა, რომ ან ფული მაკლდა ან ჩაცმა, იმისათვის, რომ მომსახურება მიმეღო. გადაეცით, რომ ცოტა მიწაზე დაეშვან.

Impolite employees.

I went to the store before heading to the airport, only to find it closed for renovation. This kind of management is disappointing. The renovation status should be updated in the system. I didn't expect such poor service.

The level of professionalism here is incredibly low. They failed to provide me with a Tax Free invoice, and the staff didn’t even make an effort. I can't understand how this store is still operating under the Hugo Boss brand.

The prices don't match the original ones. It's frustrating that jeans that should be priced at 500 laris (129€) here cost 650 laris. Items are often damaged.

Prices were always about 30% higher than in Europe, but before, the selection was good, and sales offered some good deals. Now, the prices are still high, but the selection is lacking. They moved Boss Orange to the store across the street and added Boss Green, but that change hasn’t really improved things.
