The store is quite pleasant — clean and well-organized with a good range of products. However, the overall experience was ruined by the staff. We were there for quite some time looking for a tracksuit, and despite the shop not being busy, nobody approached us to offer assistance with sizes. We picked out several options ourselves, and I had to search the store for the correct sizes, handling tasks that the staff should be doing.

While I was searching for another size, a staff member informed me that I couldn’t take more than four items into the fitting room. I understand the rule, but had they been assisting us from the beginning, everything would have gone more smoothly.

When it was my turn to try on outfits, I had three tracksuit options, which equaled six pieces. I had to leave one behind and come back for it separately, still with no help. To make matters worse, instead of helping, the staff stood around singing along to the music. It was frustrating and disappointing.

It’s unfortunate because the store has potential, but the poor customer service really ruined the experience. I'm uncertain if I’d want to return after this.

The store is conveniently located just a minute away from the metro, making it easily accessible. It offers a wide selection of products, even better than nearby mall locations. You can find great options for both sportswear and everyday clothing. The spacious layout and clear product display create a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for easy browsing. The variety of styles and sizes is impressive, with plenty of options for sports, casual, or lifestyle needs. The store is usually well-stocked, including seasonal items.

However, the service is a major downside. The staff behaves more like security personnel than sales consultants, failing to greet or assist customers. They tend to gather and chat among themselves, and when we took more than four items into the fitting room, they stopped us abruptly and rudely. This made the shopping experience unpleasant, especially since we were the only customers in the store.

Despite these issues, I still visit occasionally because of the convenient location and good selection. However, the unhelpful attitude of the staff often discourages purchases. It’s disappointing, and the management needs to address this problem.

Отличный магазин — всё, как и ожидалось. Хочу выразить благодарность сотрудницам за замечательное обслуживание. В торговом зале чисто и комфортно, товары представлены в большом ассортименте. По поводу цен: например, две пары мужских шорт обошлись в 500 лари.

Reebok-ის ფეხსაცმელი ვიყიდეთ და ერთ თვეში მოვისროლეთ, სავარაუდოდ ჩინური იყო, სრულად უსახელო.

Лохотрон! Обещают 30% скидку на три вещи, а дают только на одну. Говорят, что на новую коллекцию скидка не действует, а другая уже со скидкой. В прошлом году условия были лучше — 40% на четыре вещи и никаких "но". В чем проблема?

Rude staff, poor service. They only speak Georgian, not English. They won't help you find your size, no matter what you ask.

They refuse to let you try on shoes, the staff is rude, and there are no price tags. Definitely not a place to buy your shoes.

Невозможно спокойно рассмотреть товары, продавцы не отходят ни на шаг, следуют за тобой буквально на полметра. Очень раздражает.

Купил кроссовки в магазине этой сети в Батуми, и теперь не могу понять — это брак или подделка. Через 4 дня носки обувь начала дико натирать левую ногу. Нащупал какое-то выпирающее уплотнение в подошве, может быть проблема в клее или в неравномерной обрезке. При примерке всё было нормально, а проблемы появились только спустя 4 часа носки. Вернуть товар в Тбилиси невозможно, нужно ехать обратно в Батуми, хотя сеть одна и база покупок общая. Неудачная покупка, особенно если учесть, что кроссовки могли обойтись в 400 лари, хотя из-за скидки они стоили 240 лари. Прикрепляю фото модели. Прежде чем покупать, проведите пальцем по внутренней окантовке: если почувствуете уплотнения — лучше не берите. Эти кроссовки не разносить, материалы слишком твёрдые.

Shopping there feels very uneasy: the salesperson stays just about a meter away from you around the entire store and stands directly behind you while you’re looking at things. It’s difficult for me to make a purchase in such an atmosphere.

ძალიან კარგი მაღაზიაა, თუ სპორტული ტანსაცმელი გჭირდებათ, აქ ნამდვილად ლამაზი არჩევანია, თან ფასდაკლებებიც ხშირად არის. თუმცა, Reebok-ის ბოტასების მოდელები აქ ცოტა დამწვრობილი ჩამოაქვთ, ასე რომ, მათ ვერც ერთს ვერ ჩავიცმევდი. დანარჩენით სრული კმაყოფილება მაქვს!
