Бургерная "Burger King (City Mall)"

I enjoy the BBQ Chicken Burger here, but I find it not quite enough on its own, so I usually add fries or a drink for a more filling meal. Their souffle paired with the Choco Lava Cake and ice cream is a delightful dessert I look forward to after eating. It's a convenient spot for a quick bite, and the souffle is perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth.

Jak na tę sieć fast food, było bardzo słabo. Czas oczekiwania zdecydowanie za długi (przy zaledwie trzech zamówieniach na ekranie). Obsługa nie zna podstaw angielskiego, a ekran do zamawiania nie jest dostępny. Zamówiłem zestaw z małym napojem i frytkami, co powinno kosztować o 2.8 więcej niż burger, ale kasjer policzył mnie osobno, przez co zapłaciłem za dużo. Frytki były tłuste, burger suchy.

Cumartesi en kalabalık gün olmasına rağmen sadece bir çalışan vardı. 45 dakika bekledik. Çalışan genç bir çocuktu ve hizmeti çok yavaştı.

One-third of my order was delivered through Bolt, but they didn't refund the money for the missing items.

This was probably the worst fast-food experience I've ever had. The staff laughed at my order and talked in a very rude and arrogant way. The young male cashier on Saturday, March 8th at 7:45 pm was particularly disrespectful.

I placed an order when there were only two other orders, and they took 50 minutes to prepare mine! The chicken was lacking in taste and crispiness, the Sprite was flat and had no ice, and the fries were overcooked! Absolutely terrible.

Ужас. Картошка была вся в масле, холодная и недожаренная. Вернул блюдо. Обслуживание отвратительное. Мой друг заказал еду и сел поесть. Пока он не закончил, продавщица выгнала нас, сказав, что мне вернули деньги за мой заказ, и нельзя сидеть в ресторане без еды, хотя мой друг еще ел. Не рекомендую! Сервис ужасный, неуважительное отношение к клиентам, еда полна масла, и вас выгоняют! Держитесь подальше!

This place is terrible. We waited 25 minutes for our order, and it was still wrong. Thankfully, there's a playground where our son played the whole time. Otherwise, we would have gone crazy on a Sunday afternoon.

The food quality is inconsistent. Going there during off-peak hours is a mistake because you'll end up with reheated fries that are so tough, they might damage your kids' teeth.

Fries were dry and served cold. The burger was also dry, and the bun felt hard. At least the cola was good.

We enjoy this place. The staff is welcoming, and it’s usually not too busy, which is great because we prefer to avoid long lines. The prices are reasonable compared to other fast food chains. It’s clean, and the burgers are delicious.

The staff couldn't manage to make a burger without any onions. That's right—no fresh onions, no dried ones, no fried ones. None at all. The photo shows their second unsuccessful try. I'm disappointed with the result.

I recently had the chance to try the food here for the first time. The meals were tasty and served hot. The fries were crispy and at the right temperature. The bean burger impressed me and is definitely worth a taste. My friends sampled the crispy chicken, which was delicious and perfectly crispy. However, the soft drink was a bit disappointing and didn't quite hit the mark. The atmosphere was pleasant and family-friendly, with plenty of space. Overall, it's a place worth visiting.

The burger was terrible. It had a peculiar smell and tasted like old meat or something. When I mentioned this to the staff, they replied in a rude and sarcastic tone, saying it was due to my taste buds. The French fries were good though.

The burgers here are really delicious. The Crispy Chicken is ₾8.5, the Hot Whopper Cheese also ₾8.5, the Chicken Royal Cheese comes at ₾11, and the Plant-Based Whopper Burger is ₾14. I ordered through Bolt Food.

Awful customer service.

The food is quite decent. They offer an economical menu that includes a burger, small fries, a small Pepsi, and ketchup for 7.45 lari. It's a lot for the price.

The cashier and the girl handling the orders were doing everything except their jobs: they were on the phone, chatting, and laughing with friends. They completely ignored the customers. The service was terrible.

We ordered chicken tenders, but they were old and smelled awful. When we complained, the manager defended herself by saying she had a video showing they were cooked today, as if that proves they were fresh. Her attitude was extremely rude. It’s puzzling why a big brand hires such terrible staff members like this manager, which ruins their reputation. Avoid this place to escape an awful experience. The manager's terrible customer service likely explains the poor ratings for this location.

Located right inside the mall with plenty of seating available. They also have a playground for kids!

Сделали заказ на еду и напитки, сели ожидать. Время прошло, а нас не пригласили. Подошли сами, оказалось, что напитков нет. Предложили отменить заказ и оформить новый. Опять ожидание...

Долгое ожидание. Кассир просто закрыл кассу и ушёл, не объяснив, почему.

The portion didn't match the price.

Ожидание невероятно долгое, безалкогольные напитки почти без газа, а молочный коктейль больше напоминает растаявшее мороженое.

Please have someone who actually knows how to take orders correctly.

The wait times here are ridiculously long for this kind of place.

I’m really disappointed to say this because I usually enjoy their burgers at Tbilisi Mall, but here's what happened: I wanted to eat here because I prefer it over McD, but there were no customers and only two staff members as far as I could see. I couldn’t order anything because the cashier was busy working in the kitchen. My colleague and I sat in the meal area, and I went to the register about three times to place an order, but no one was there to take it. A mother with her young child came after me and waited just as I did. No one showed any attention to us, and after about 10 to 12 minutes, I decided to leave. It’s unfortunate because the blame will likely fall on the staff, yet the real issue is with the management. They should be the ones held accountable, not the front desk workers, who were actually polite and helped other customers. If the management reads this, feel free to check the cameras. It happened on a Friday between 3 and 5 pm.

The cashier was really friendly and spoke English fluently. We ordered a large burger, small fries, and a coke. It was all prepared in just 5 minutes. The setting is very family-friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Possibly the most delicious burgers among fast food chains in Georgia. Yet, this location requires thorough cleaning and additional staff. It’s usually almost empty, and the seating area is neglected in terms of cleanliness. In terms of taste, I would confidently claim that their burgers are the finest and reasonably priced. There's room for improvement, but the delicious taste keeps me returning.

Самый ужасный бургер из стейкового мяса в моей жизни. Мясо было старым и очень плохого качества. Внутрь положили залежалую и кислую кучу кетчупа. Картошка фри холодная и старая. Ждал свою еду 20 минут, хотя клиентов передо мной не было. Яблочный пирог был отвратительным. В итоге я не смог съесть ничего из того, что приготовили. Не понимаю, как они до сих пор работают. Худший "Бургер Кинг" в моей жизни.

My wife and I visited for the first time and were very pleased. The food is delicious and prepared quickly. The seating is comfortable, with some spots offering a view of the street. It was a bit noisy due to the many kids around. Their vegetarian salad is excellent, and the fish burgers are also very tasty. The staff member taking orders seemed a bit confused.

This is far from FAST food! It takes over 20 minutes to get your order, even when there are no other customers. The service is unbelievably slow. It's a mystery how they're still operating 🙈.

В соседнем McDonald's толпы посетителей, а здесь всего двое клиентов. Обслуживание задерживается, потому что на кассе, кухне и линии раздачи работает один человек. Всё заведение в час пик обслуживает всего один сотрудник. Просто невозможно поверить, но это так.

I waited 20 minutes here, but at the other place, it was 40 minutes.
