This place is the worst choice for a meal in Tbilisi. The staff is extremely irritating, and their behavior is absolutely unprofessional. They overcharged us by about 47 GEL, and when we asked for an explanation, another employee made the situation worse by shouting. Deception seems to be their specialty. If I could give a negative rating, I would. 🤷‍♂️

This place is a scam. The staff is unfriendly and the service is terrible. They overcharged us and blamed it on a computer error, saying they couldn't fix it. They forced us to pay more, and when we had a bill of 200 lari, the manager began arguing with us.

Not even worth 1 star. They billed us for items we didn't order, and when we questioned it, they refused to listen and gave poor excuses. The waitress agreed with everything we said, but in the end, she didn’t understand a thing. The manager was extremely rude and got angry. Definitely not recommended.

The staff charged extra money and had a terrible attitude. They advertised a 1+1 offer on Instagram, but then made a mistake and still charged more. Not worth it at all. 👎👎👎👎😤😤😤😤😤

This place is a scam. If you go with a group, they'll overcharge you. The food isn’t worth the price either. When we questioned the bill, they claimed ignorance and blamed their computer program. The staff is completely unhelpful.

The burgers here are the tastiest I've had in Tbilisi. I recommend trying the rib burger — the smoked ribs combined with a fresh salad are incredibly tasty. 👌🏻👌🏻

The portions were small, and the food was just okay, nothing special. The service was really bad. Only visit if you're truly desperate.

This was the worst burger I have ever had. The bread was extremely dry, as if it had been left open for two weeks. My friend tried the ribs and barely touched them because they were terrible. It’s no surprise that every other spot in Wine Factory was fully booked while this one was empty.

Дорого и долго, еда холодная и не впечатляет. Булки большие и скорее напоминают обычный хлеб. То, что называют рёбрами, оказалось холодным брискетом. Пиво стоит дорого, а ещё 18% добавляют сверху.

Бургеры невероятные, а обслуживание на высшем уровне! Огуречный соус оставил особое впечатление, а улыбающийся менеджер добавил приятных эмоций. Очень рекомендую! 🍔

The burgers tasted like something from a basic gas station. The portion of fries was extremely small, and there were only three mozzarella sticks.

The ambiance isn't very inviting, the food wasn't great, and although the staff is friendly, overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

Delicious burger and crispy fries. A touch too salty for my preference, but still good. In my view, the gloves provided for eating the burger are an unnecessary hipster gimmick... just no.

The cheeseburger and chicken burger we had were absolutely tasty! We came in starving and left feeling completely satisfied and happy! :)

Went there really hungry, but the experience was disappointing. The burger patty was undercooked with bits of cartilage inside, and the taste left much to be desired. We decided to skip the burgers and tried a pastrami sandwich instead, but even that lacked flavor. The only highlight was the draught beer. Overall, the kitchen quality was very low. I wouldn't recommend it.
