Incredible spot for those who enjoy visiting places that are perpetually closed 😍. If by some miracle you find it open, rest assured, you'll be informed that the manager is out, so closing time is two hours earlier 🥱. And let's not forget the shrine... utterly embarrassing.

Светло, красиво и тихо. Можно спокойно учиться или работать, никто не мешает. Но внутри очень холодно, даже холоднее, чем на улице. За полтора часа в пальто успел замерзнуть, хотя на улице было +14.

I really enjoy this library. The design is modern, both inside and out. The librarian was very patient with us, always ready to assist, and she speaks English fluently. There are plenty of books on politics and architecture. They even have a book list available on their website. Highly recommend!

I was abruptly denied access to the library just because I hold a Russian passport. Apparently, using their Wi-Fi to contribute to the Georgian economy is out of the question since I'm from the occupying country. It's great that I didn't get a choice in my nationality at birth. Thank you for making me feel ashamed of my nation✨.

The library itself is great, but the librarian’s behavior is appalling. She's incredibly rude and racist. She shouts at foreigners for no reason and gives them nasty looks. Even when someone else accidentally makes noise, she targets foreigners with her yelling.

The librarian is extremely rude to foreigners, blaming them for any problems, even when they're not at fault. This is blatant racism. I'm giving them 1 star only because it's not possible to give zero.

The library is really nice. The librarian speaks English and has a friendly personality. It's a good spot for reading. The WiFi is fast, perfect if you have an online lecture. ;)

Снаружи вид просто ужасный. Фасад отделан гипсокартоном, что создаёт впечатление спешки и недолговечности строительства. Кажется, библиотека больше не откроется. Очень надеюсь, что это не так.

A captivating venue where you can join lectures, attend public talks, and see book presentations. It’s also an excellent spot for working and more.

The library is small, yet offers free entry and Wi-Fi. It can be a bit tricky to locate, but it's a good spot for studying if you need it. The staff was incredibly supportive as well.
