Quiet spot for studying or programming.

The moment I walked in, the whole experience was ruined by the receptionist. Her rudeness and dismissive attitude were shocking. She acted irritated by even the simplest questions. Her behavior made the place feel completely unwelcoming. It's surprising to see so many negative reviews about this person, yet she's still there.

Located within Veterans Park, this library opens at 11:00AM and is accessible to everyone. A daily pass costs 5 GEL, while a monthly pass is 20 GEL. It's a great spot to get some work done.

The staff is extremely rude and racist towards everyone. I can't stand going there because of them. Constantly shouting at people and disrupting students. Very unprofessional, they really need to replace her. It's just a bad atmosphere, I don't recommend visiting. Update 2024 - I went back this week, and nothing has changed. Still the same racist behavior. It was my first day back, and she was rude for no reason. Lost 15 lari on the entrance because I'm not coming back.

The young woman at the reception is extremely rude. She has no idea how to serve customers, which shows her lack of professionalism. Besides lacking professionalism, she's simply impolite. It seems nobody ever taught her basic greetings like hello and goodbye.

The young librarians are incredibly rude! They're always yelling and show no respect for religion.

The staff wouldn't allow my child and me to use the restroom. We even offered to pay whatever was necessary, but they still denied us. As a result, my child had an accident outside. The staff at the entrance were incredibly rude and unfriendly.

The staff is rude, especially to foreigners, and causes discomfort. The noise level is unbearable with annoying sounds coming from outside. The opening hours don't suit anyone's schedule. The management fails to control disruptive visitors inside.

The young female administrator was extremely rude. I asked a basic question about the price, but her response was unpleasant and harsh. Yes, the cost is 15 GEL, but I only spent one day there and won't be returning. I hope the owner reads all the comments and takes action.

Great spot for working, studying, or just enjoying a good book. However, be prepared for it to be quite chilly or warm, based on the weather outside. The most significant issue is the terribly slow internet connection. On a positive note, the desks and chairs are comfortable. Unfortunately, the younger staff can be inexplicably rude at times.
