Ужасное заведение. Находится в общем пространстве с множеством столиков. Мы сели за столик возле этого бара, купили у них бокал вина и общались с друзьями. Спустя 40 минут подошла официантка и начала требовать, чтобы мы покинули столик, утверждая, что он предназначен исключительно для клиентов их бара. Столик находится на улице, окружённый десятками таких же, без каких-либо указаний, что он принадлежит именно этому бару или что сидеть там запрещено (было бы неплохо поставить знак). Когда мы указали, что купили напиток в их баре, нас всё равно попросили уйти, так как у нас были напитки из соседнего заведения. Если вы хотите, чтобы люди следовали вашим правилам, хорошо бы сделать так, чтобы они были известны заранее. Иначе это похоже на правила, придуманные на ходу. Вокруг много других баров — лучше пойти туда и потратить свои деньги, чем оставлять их здесь.

Horrible experience! Upon entering, no one acknowledged us. When we asked for a menu, the bartender claimed there wasn't one—very strange. He was extremely rude. His mood seemed to dictate the music, and he openly rolled cigarettes right in front of us.

Not recommended!! The staff here is rude and arrogant. There's no menu, and the service is non-existent. The bar was almost empty when we arrived. As soon as we started asking about the drinks, the bartender turned on the music. While we were trying to have a conversation, he increased the volume so much that we couldn’t hear each other. He claimed he wanted to enjoy the music 😂😂 Go home to your mommy and enjoy whatever you want!!

Cependant, il est un peu décevant qu'il n'y ait que trois types de vin disponibles au verre. Pour goûter d'autres variétés, il faut acheter une bouteille. Malgré cela, le service est correct. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'y manger. Le soir, l'ambiance dans cette cour fermée est assez animée.

We chose this place to celebrate our last night in Georgia, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our trip. The service was terrible. The staff was pretentious, sarcastic, and completely indifferent. When we asked for the menu, we were dismissed with a condescending "just wine" response — there wasn't even a menu offered, and the staff had no interest in helping. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff while they chatted with friends. Additionally, they smoked right by the door, so the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. This type of attitude and service tarnishes the reputation of Georgian wine bars — avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your evening like we did.

When I asked about their offerings, I got a sarcastic response: just "wine." There was no additional help in making a choice, so I left and went to another bar. For a great wine experience in Tbilisi, I suggest trying Margo instead. They also lack a clear menu but immediately make you feel welcome if you're eager to explore Georgian wines.

Второй раз: захотелось купить бутылку вина. Оказалось, штопора нет. Сказали, открыть нужно самим. Винный бар без штопора — это промах. Первый раз: хороший бар, находится внутри Фабрики. В помещении немного неуютно. Если погода хорошая, можно взять бокал и выйти на улицу.

The place is decent, but for a non-smoker, it's hard to enjoy the nice wine and beer when people, including staff, are always smoking in the doorway. The smoke just drifts inside, making the whole room smell unpleasant. It's not great for the taste experience, guys! For the sake of the business, please make the area at the top of the steps smoke-free.

Gürcistan’da değil de sanki Gayrettepe’de gibiydik ve bu da bira deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Şarap için nehrin karşı tarafına geçip Vinoground’u denemek daha mantıklı olabilir. Genel olarak, bu ziyaretimizde yaşadığımız hayal kırıklıkları olumlu yanlarından daha fazlaydı.
