Sharaga, like many other companies in Georgia, is a problem. It is impossible to get through by phone to make an appointment - the phones do not answer at all. After spending two hours on endless attempts, the question arises: what if a person needs urgent medical attention? Even with VIP status and a personal manager, you are still enrolled in obscure institutions. I asked to make an appointment with a dermatologist, but the manager claims that I first need to get a referral from my family doctor. I came by appointment at the specified address and found myself in an incomprehensible office, which is located in an ordinary residential entrance that does not have an external sign. It turned out that the office had moved out a long time ago, and the managers didn’t even know, continuing to enroll people there. Besides, what kind of family doctor is this when his “office” is located in a dirty entrance? After I notified that there was no longer a hospital at the specified address, they simply hung up on me and then called me back, stating that no more referrals were needed and that I could go straight to the dermatologist. It's just awful! Scam, deception and complete lack of professionalism.
