No calls for two months. Visited the office several times; managers had no updates on my case. Eventually, I insisted on discussing it, and the manager asked me to refill my personal data and show financial documents, acting as if they didn't have them. She falsely claimed to have called me and said I gave a wrong number, which isn't true. Finally, I got an SMS saying that, due to internal policy, they couldn’t approve my request. If you want to waste your money, better give it to the beggars outside rather than bringing it in. There's no end date for your request here; you might wait a week or a year—they don’t care.
