This place in Mestia is unbeatable, and I've been there more than five times. The cottage feels like home—it's cozy and fully equipped, perfect even for a long stay. The kitchen, in particular, is stocked with everything you might need for cooking while you're there. We enjoyed a week-long stay in January and liked it so much that we came back for ten more days in February. The location couldn't be better; it's within walking distance of the Hatsvali ski resort and very close to the Svaneti museum. Each evening, we strolled pleasantly to the town center, soaking in the fresh air—this became our nightly ritual. The hosts are extremely attentive, always ready to provide firewood for the woodstove or help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend staying here.

Просыпаясь под мягкий шум реки и наслаждаясь утренним кофе на веранде, действительно забываешь о городской суете. Это место довольно уютное и располагает к отдыху.

Такое ощущение, что побывал в другом мире — с одной стороны, полностью погружён в дикую природу, с другой — центр города в шаговой доступности. Коттеджи дарят спокойствие и уединение, как будто это уютный уголок в горах только для тебя и твоей семьи. Сидишь на веранде, смотришь на величественные горы, дети играют на свежем воздухе — настоящая идиллия. Душой и телом отдохнул на пятёрку!

Lovely spot close to town yet with a countryside vibe. Enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the river through the open window and having breakfast on the porch.

Staying here was an incredible experience. The huts are not only beautiful but also cozy and warm, with everything you could possibly need. The surrounding area feels magical, and the location is ideal — you can walk to any place from here. Nariman and Giorgi are fantastic hosts, always ready to help. I'm eagerly looking forward to visiting again!

If you're dreaming of experiencing a fairytale, this is your spot. The gentle flow of the river and bird songs will be your soundtrack. Nestled in the heart of nature, yet only a short 10-minute walk from the center of Mestia, you'll find all the comforts you need for both short and long stays. The home is stylishly decorated and comes with its own fireplace. The balcony is a real gem, offering a cozy sitting area. There are plenty of hiking trails around, and even a stream with mineral water is nearby. The host is incredibly friendly and supportive, creating a relaxing atmosphere with amazing vibes. Highly recommended!

In December 2021, we spent nine nights at this place, and it was a magical experience. It snowed the day after we arrived, which was perfect. The location is ideal—close enough to town for a walk, yet just far enough to feel a bit secluded. The huts are beautifully constructed, and they have everything you need. Giorgi, Miranda, and Nariman were fantastic—so helpful and friendly. Before our trip, they answered all our questions and arranged our pickup from Kutaisi airport. They ensured we had plenty of wood for the fireplace and were always ready to assist with anything. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!
