Absolutely amazing 😃 I've visited three times, and it truly feels like I've become part of a big family here. The staff are always welcoming, supportive, and professional. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee tastes divine 😁 I'm definitely coming back in October... planning to stay for an extended period ✌️🫶

The hotel is remarkably tidy and organized, with cleanliness reaching the standards of a 5-star establishment. The staff is particularly noteworthy: always cheerful, attentive, and professional, making interactions truly delightful. The breakfast is of excellent quality—varied, delicious, and just what you'd expect from a high-class hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Останавливались на одну ночь, персонал очень дружелюбный, атмосфера уютная и современная. Завтрак вкусный и запоминающийся. Все основные достопримечательности находятся неподалеку, можно легко добраться пешком. Цена более чем оправдана, настоятельно рекомендую!

Urokliwe miejsce z charakterem, nieskazitelna czystość, śniadania nieskomplikowane, lecz smakowite - każdy znajdzie coś odpowiedniego. Niezwykle uprzejmy personel. Niedaleko centrum.

Being hungry and unable to find a desi breakfast spot after a short walk, I stumbled upon a hotel and decided to ask if they knew of any nearby. Though originally advised to look elsewhere, the staff kindly offered me a continental breakfast instead. Inside, a warm and welcoming lady greeted me with a smile and guided me to the buffet. After enjoying my meal, I attempted to pay, but she insisted that as their guest, there was no need. Her kindness was a relief during my search, and I'm truly grateful for her generosity.

The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with every request.

Als unser geplantes Hotel geschlossen war und niemand erreichbar war, mussten wir am 11.01.25 um 03:00 Uhr ein neues Hotel finden. Zum Glück war dieses nicht weit entfernt. Wir wurden dort sehr freundlich empfangen, und die Zimmer sind modern und schön dekoriert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hervorragend. Uns fehlte es an nichts.

Attended a two-day workshop, organized by my company for a group of teachers, and stayed at a hotel. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the young, vibrant, and charming staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were always available to assist us. Much appreciated!

Опыт пребывания был невероятным. Комнаты роскошные, предоставленный сервис на высшем уровне. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный. Помещения выглядят так, как на фото в интернете. По моему мнению, это действительно находка.

This charming place is conveniently located close to the city center, just about a 10-minute walk away. I had the pleasure of visiting during a group trip, and although our time was limited to just a few hours, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast we could take with us. The room was clean and had a very modern feel. There is both elevator and stair access, making it easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. К сожалению, моё посещение этого места оставило смешанные впечатления. Несмотря на привлекательное название, еда оказалась посредственной, а обслуживание медленным и невнимательным. Интерьер показался довольно унылым, что не добавляло настроения. Вечер был испорчен, и я ожидал большего от этого заведения.

Standard jest dość przeciętny, łóżka są niewygodne, a łazienka pozostawia wiele do życzenia w kwestii czystości. Śniadania są skromne i mało urozmaicone. Na plus można zaliczyć klimatyzację w pokoju oraz bliskość do centrum.

The restaurant is situated a short distance from the main square, offering a quiet atmosphere. It doesn't have its own parking, but you can park along the street. There's an elevator available. The staff, mostly young, seem uninterested in customer service and are often distracted by their phones. They rarely greet guests unless greeted first. The breakfast provided is average, with little to no welcoming atmosphere. On the plus side, the room is excellent—spacious and equipped with all the essentials like slippers, a hairdryer, a safe, powerful air conditioning, complimentary water bottles, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom features a large shower with an easily adjustable water temperature, as well as shampoo and shower gel dispensers. The bed is large, although the mattress and pillows are somewhat firm. It's unfortunate; with more professional service, it could be a standout place.

One of the top hotel experiences in Georgia. The decor is stylish and modern, everything is impeccably clean, and all the essentials are provided. The staff may seem a little reserved, but they are extremely helpful once you give them some space. I wish more hotels in Georgia could reach this standard. Highly recommend.

Современное и свежее место с отличным дизайном и качественными материалами, в котором приятно находиться. Цены радуют доступностью. Единственное, завтрак довольно простой по сравнению с остальной атмосферой заведения.

A pleasant and very clean place. We stayed in the newly constructed section. The rooms are stylish, modern, and spacious. Breakfast was quite simple. Overall, we were satisfied with our stopover.

Работники быстро обслуживают своих клиентов и следят за тем, чтобы у них не возникало никаких проблем или неудобств. Они всегда готовы помочь и предложить рекомендации, если нужно, владеют русским и английский языками на достойном уровне.
А теперь о самой еде. Не могу не отметить, что здесь подают блюда высочайшего качества. Еда нереально вкусная и свежая. Можно найти разнообразные блюда на любой вкус и предпочтение.
Коротко говоря, это место оставило меня в полном восторге!

Уютный и красиво оформленный отель. Несколько минут пешком до центра. Номера среднего размера, но аккуратные и удобные. Лифт работает. Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый. Завтрак простой, выбор небольшой.Я рекомендую это.

Максимально приятное место. Мало того, что в отеле есть все удобства и убирают очень часто, что радует. Также хорошие завтраки подают. Рекомендую яичницу с беконом попробовать и блины с сиропом.
