Расположение отличное — всего в ста метрах от театра и фонтана, но при этом в стороне от городского шума.

Definitely one of the top choices in Kutaisi for a short visit! It's centrally located with everything within a 300-meter radius. The restaurant and breakfast are outstanding, with meals freshly prepared and baked. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive! Rooms are decent, albeit somewhat small and slightly dim.

We visited in April and reserved four rooms. My room faced the street, while my sister's room had a balcony with a view of Bagrati Cathedral. The double room on the Bagrati side, located on the third floor, was more spacious with a larger balcony and a better view. Despite being on the street side, my room was quiet at night. My parents stayed in a triple room on the second floor with a garden view. All rooms were clean, and we had no complaints. The hotel features classic decor. The location is convenient, just a few minutes from Colchis Fountain, the city center, and a supermarket. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed, including a useful bidet spray. The location was perfect for exploring attractions while still being peaceful. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of tasty options. The terrace provided breathtaking views and was a great place to relax. Провели в Кутаиси три дня и жили в номере на втором этаже с балконом. Расположение отеля очень удобное, до всего можно дойти пешком. Номер был отличным, кровать комфортная, а халаты новые. Изоляция от шума нормальная. Завтрак мог бы быть более разнообразным, но в Грузии сложно остаться голодным. Рекомендую этот отель.

Recepcja działa przez całą dobę, a obok znajduje się parking publiczny. Hotel jest w porządku, pokoje są czyste, a personel pomocny. Lokalizacja jest nieco na uboczu centrum, około 3 minuty spacerem do fontanny.

This hotel is clean and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The location is great for exploring without having to walk long distances.

The soundproofing is nonexistent: we could hear our neighbors, people in the hallway, and the noise from passing cars. It was impossible to get any sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable. However, the design is quite stylish.

The quality of service was extremely disappointing.

The reservation was made three months in advance for a wedding photoshoot. Five days before the event, details were confirmed directly with the hotel, and they were aware of the purpose. However, they later claimed that bookings for photoshoots should be made a day in advance. This crucial information was not communicated to the guest, either during the call three months prior or upon arrival. The room prepared was not provided, and we were kept waiting until it was vacated. Instead of appropriately addressing these issues, they charged for services that were never received.

The staff is unhelpful and inconsiderate.

Три месяца назад забронировал номер для свадебной фотосессии, но по прибытии обнаружил, что комната занята другим гостем. За пять дней до свадьбы посетил отель, чтобы уточнить детали, но менеджера на месте не оказалось. На ресепшене записали мой номер и обещали, что менеджер свяжется, но так и не позвонили. В день свадьбы номер все еще был занят, а для фотосессии предложили позвонить за день до приезда. Предоставили другой номер, и фотосессию провели в коридоре и на лестнице. Тем не менее, оплату взяли в полном объеме за "желаемый номер" и фотосессию.

Nette accommodatie met hier en daar kleine verbeterpuntjes: slechts één rol toiletpapier voor twee dagen en een kleine prullenbak. De ontbijtruimte is vrij donker en de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Zonder deze minpunten waren vijf sterren zeker haalbaar. Desondanks blijft het een aanrader.

To access the reception, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The showers, with their half-open glass design, cause a lot of water to escape the bathing area. The breakfast is satisfactory but doesn't compare well with offerings from other hotels. Additionally, there are no English-language TV channels available.

Unlike the Marriott in Batumi, this hotel offers cappuccinos for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The boutique hotel atmosphere makes me eager to return.

Ein äußerst charmantes Hotel mit perfekter zentraler Lage. Giorgi an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hatte tolle Restauranttipps parat. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und verfügte über einen Balkon zum Innenhof mit herrlichem Blick auf die Kathedrale auf dem Hügel. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Beim Duschen wird das Bad leicht überflutet, da es keine Duschkabine gibt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, auch wenn die Auswahl etwas begrenzt war, insgesamt aber zufriedenstellend.

The hotel has a convenient location. The rooms are large, with plenty of space, and the bed is comfortable. I stayed for two separate nights; however, on the second night, they mixed up the room assignment, and we ended up with a smaller room with separate beds, which was not ideal, and the price stayed the same. Breakfast in the basement restaurant was average, and the cut fruits were quite disappointing each time.

Мы забронировали номер в этом отеле, и когда вошли, увидели целое полчище муравьев, мелкошерстных созданий, бегающих везде: по кровати, по стенам, даже по душу. Попросили помощи у администратора, но она не предприняла никаких мер для устранения проблемы. Пришлось в спешке ночью искать другой отель и переезжать.Однако хочу отметить профессионализм менеджера отеля, который оперативно решил вопрос и вернул нам оплаченные деньги.Сам номер был чрезвычайно грязным, темным, создавая атмосферу подпольной сауны за 100 рублей в час. Стоимость за проживание не соответствовала качеству - мы считаем, что она явно завышена. Особенно учитывая, что через дорогу есть отель, стоимость которого вдвое дешевле, но с уютной атмосферой и лучшим сервисом.Могу рекомендовать этот отель только тем, кто ценит компанию муравьев. А стены номера, наверное, видели многое, но нам они не понравились.

Нестандартный дизайн в темных оттенках. Проживали с детьми три дня. Брали напрокат автомобиль, парковались напротив полицейского участка. В номере две комнаты, в каждой из них имелся телевизор. Много места. Балкон — очень уютный. В номерах есть графин с грузинским вином, можно насладиться. Завтраки отличные, есть с чем сравнить.

We stayed just one night in a snug room, although it was a bit warm for us. We usually sleep at 16C, which might be more common in western countries. The place was cozy and clean, and the 24/7 reception was a real plus since we arrived at 3 am. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. I was thrilled to find deviled eggs among the options. The atmosphere had a charming 1930s feel.

Благодарность менеджеру, который согласился вернуть деньги полностью. Номер грязный, темный, с неприветливой атмосферой. Стоимость пребывания неоправдана, особенно учитывая, что через дорогу есть более дешевый и приятный отель. Рекомендую этот отель только муравьям. P.S. стены номера видели многое.

Great location with a view of Bagrati Cathedral. The front desk and kitchen staff are very friendly, especially a young lady at reception. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying. It's close to Colchis Fountain, and both the White Bridge and Red Bridge can be reached on foot. Plus, McDonald's is nearby, which is convenient for families with kids.
