Отель "Белона"

Приехав 25.05.25, столкнулись с пустым местом и отсутствием персонала. Никто не ответил на звонки, бронирование через букинг оказалось бесполезным. Все двери были открыты, но вокруг было совершенно безлюдно.

Отличный фасад и удачное местоположение. Но персонал так и не удалось обнаружить, и на обслуживание рассчитывать не стоит. В комнате темно, так как из десяти лампочек работали только три. Чайника нет, и получить его невозможно.

В комнате было прохладно, а постельное белье могло бы быть более приятным. В остальном место удачно расположено и создает уютную атмосферу.

Как оказаться в номере и одновременно на шумной улице? Нет звукоизоляции вообще! Слышно даже разговоры из соседней комнаты. Туалет и душ - сплошной ребус с низким качеством и постоянными проблемами. Администраторов вообще не найти, а на ресепшен вечно запах табака. В комнате с освещением тоже беда: лампочки частично не работают, и полотенца никто не принес. Мебели минимум, кровать – короткая, а комары – бесконечные. Единственное, что спасает – удобное расположение.

Ощущение умиротворения и спокойствия сразу с порога. Идеальный выбор для краткого перерыва перед новым путешествием. Комфорт и точность в каждой детали — именно то, что нужно для перезагрузки.

Быстро нашёл не только клопа на кровати, но и море неприятных мелочей. Свет то мигает, то вообще не включается — как будто живёшь в фильме ужасов. Душ протекает, и каждое утро начинается с битвы против лужи. Единственный плюс — хорошее расположение, но даже это не компенсирует всех неудобств.

Никогда не думала, что отель может быть таким разочарованием. Только войдя, сразу почувствовала неприятный запах, и свет не работал – уже не радовало. Освещение в номере было таким тусклым, что едва видела свои чемоданы. Чайник дали грязный, захотелось бежать без оглядки. Полная дисгармония с картинками и рейтингом в интернете. Собака, лающая при входе, стала финальной точкой. Жаль потраченного времени и денег.

Редко когда кровать становится настоящим открытием, а здесь это произошло. Огромная, удобная, как облако. Постельное белье чистое и ароматное — засыпаешь мгновенно. Кондиционер работает идеально, и утро начинается с чудесного вида с балкона. Минус? Тонкие стены: слышно соседей. Но когда ты в городе, это перестает быть проблемой. Обязательно вернусь сюда при следующей поездке в Кутаиси!

Мечтала об уюте и комфорте, но вместо этого столкнулась с непрекращающимся гулом из соседнего бара и атакой комаров. Ночью невозможно заснуть – шум снаружи и укус за укусом. Номера больше напоминают съёмное жильё, а не отель. Грузия – страна гостеприимства, но здесь, увы, это не чувствуется.

The room was okay, but the service was nonexistent. There weren't enough staff members, and there was no phone in the room. Whenever we needed anything, we had to go out and find a staff member to ask. Surprisingly, there was no coffee, tea, or basic amenities like a kettle or water in the room. When I asked for water, I was told to drink tap water, which was shocking. We ended up buying bottled water from a nearby store. The location is central, but it's quite noisy, so avoid it if you prefer peace and quiet. Adding to the discomfort, there was a terrible smell in the room. I booked based on the rating, but I can't understand how this place is considered a 4-star hotel.

We booked two rooms here and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The rooms were clean, and the staff, who spoke English, were friendly and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in Georgia. The showers are well-sized. For the price, it's an excellent choice. I'll definitely return. Comparable to American hotels.

Firstly, this place doesn't deserve to be called a four-star hotel; it shouldn't even be classified as a hotel. The entrance resembles a haunted house. There was no reception available when we checked in. In our room, one of the entrance lights was not working, and the other lights were dim. The room had an unpleasant odor upon entering. When we requested a kettle, we received a dirty one that was unusable for making tea. A dog was sitting near the stairs and began barking when it saw us. Who granted this place a four-star rating is beyond understanding.

Conveniently situated, but the noise from a nearby bar is disruptive until midnight. We struggled with relentless mosquito bites and barely slept. The rooms don't meet hotel standards; they resemble a private home rental.

The light doesn't work. The shower leaks. Found a bed bug at 4am. Definitely not a 4-star place, feels like a scam. The only good thing is the location.

Wszystko w tym hotelu zgadza się z opisem i zdjęciami. Polecam, bo to świetne miejsce na odpoczynek przed lub po locie.

Spędziliśmy tam jedną noc. Pokój z balkonem był cudowny, łóżko ogromne i wygodne, a pościel czysta i pachnąca. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Łazienka na plus. Minus to cienkie ściany, przez które wszystko słychać, ale w hotelu przecież głównie się śpi, a resztę czasu spędza się na zewnątrz. Jeśli będę w Kutaisi, na pewno wrócę!

The hotel is more like a 2-star rather than a 4-star establishment. The walls are so thin that conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly audible. The windows lack proper insulation, making street noise disturbingly loud at night. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, are of the lowest quality and often malfunction. The reception desk is frequently unattended, with staff hiding in a private room, and they smoke in the hall, leaving a terrible smell. Lighting in the rooms is poor, with only one bulb functioning both in the main room and the bathroom. Towels were not provided. The room is sparsely furnished, lacking a desk or even a small wardrobe for clothes. The bed is uncomfortable and too short, about 180 cm, causing my feet to hang off the edge. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes, and no window screens to keep them out. The only positive aspect is the location, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A genuine hotel experience compared to other accommodations in the city.

Worth a visit.

The place is situated very conveniently.

The location is good, right in the center. WiFi is available. The AC works well and the room is spacious. The washroom, however, was not clean, with cobwebs and even a spider. There was no one at the reception; just a note saying they would return in 10 minutes with a phone number, but we waited a long time and couldn't reach them. The cleaner eventually gave us the key. If you need a kettle, you have to ask for it, and it wasn't clean—I needed it to make milk for my child, so I had to get hot water from nearby coffee shops. We asked for room cleaning, but no one came for two days. The washroom also had a very unpleasant smell.

Wonderful experience. The rooms are spotless and equipped with efficient heating. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. There's a pleasant view of the street. Highly recommended 👍🏼.

The hotel entrance was under repair and looked quite shabby, which made me hesitant about entering. Despite this, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help with everything from booking taxis to translating Georgian into English. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, they were not soundproof.

Плюсы: место в центре, на тихой улице. Чистота на уровне, в комнате приятно пахло, есть тапочки и халаты. Минусы: стены тонкие, слышно соседей так, будто они в одной комнате с нами. Заснуть удалось только после часа ночи из-за шума, даже зевки из соседнего номера были слышны. Второй этаж здания, но подъезд запущенный, молодежь курила и пела, весь подъезд в дыму. Стоимость номера с балконом 40$ кажется перебором для заявленных 4* — в комнате даже сейфа нет и никакой звукоизоляции. Кровать оказалась короткой, при росте 175 см ноги свисали. Видимо, владельцы не в курсе, что означают 4 звезды, и нарисовали их сами.

The location is great, right in the heart of the city, but it's not quiet. It's more of a guesthouse with a few rooms on the first floor of an old building. The entrance on the ground floor is in a terrible condition. The rooms are nice and clean but very basic. There's no wardrobe, desk, fridge, or hairdryer. I could borrow a kettle. The bathroom is lovely with a great shower cabin, but the smell is unpleasant. The owner does a great job and is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I usually like to have my own opinion, but I completely agree with the high ratings. The manager, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten, went above and beyond to assist us multiple times. The décor in both the lobby and the bedroom is elegant and cozy. The location is excellent, with a lovely café just a few meters away, perfect for breakfast and coffee. Thank you!
