The food was delicious, and being surrounded by nature added to the charm. Despite my allergy to cats, the open-air environment made it manageable, and the cats were delightful. Playing Katan & Coup was a fun highlight. The workspace had an energizing atmosphere, and the fast, reliable WIFI boosted productivity. Highly recommended! Thank you, Irina & Igor. We will miss you!

This spot for coworking and coliving is excellent. The owners are welcoming and create a family-like atmosphere. It's a relaxed setting where they're supportive and ready to chat or let you work quietly at your laptop. My productivity soared, thanks to the flawless WiFi and my personal workspace. I tried both the dorm and one of the spacious tents. Both were pleasant, and I actually preferred the tent for a great night's sleep. I met other fascinating travelers and couples, which made for engaging conversations about various projects and travel experiences. We even hiked to a nearby hidden cave as a group, which was a great adventure. The location feels remote, surrounded by nature with resident cats, kittens, neighboring dogs, and chickens, yet a grocery store is just a short walk or a quick van ride away. The place exudes good vibes and great times. Highly recommended; you'll enjoy the experience they offer.

Грузия пленила меня своими колоритными городами, и в частности, уютным уголком в Кутаиси, который я нашла после долгих поисков идеального места. Сравнила несколько похожих точек для работы и отдыха, и это место завоевало мое сердце сразу. Зелёный оазис с кипарисами — что-то невероятное! Всё под рукой: быстро добраться, но при этом тишина и покой. А хозяева... Невероятные люди! Впечатления словами не передать, просто нужно познакомиться лично. Радуюсь, что выбрала именно это место, не разочарована ни капли.

Познакомился с этим местом как с идеальной базой для работы. Удобные рабочие места, приятная атмосфера и всегда есть с кем перекинуться словом. Но иногда бывает шумновато, что не всегда помогает сосредоточиться.

Хорошая скорость интернета и дружелюбие владельцев явно выделяют это место. Однако, моё пребывание было омрачено некоторыми моментами. Прежде всего, ожидал большего от уединения на природе. Шум и миграции людей часто мешали сосредоточиться на работе. Может, ожидания были завышены, но колоритная атмосфера не компенсировала недостаток спокойствия.

В тихом уголке Кутаиси случайно наткнулся на это небольшое чудо. Место оказалось настоящим оазисом спокойствия. Вдобавок, какими же приятными и отзывчивыми оказались хозяева! Они действительно готовы помочь, когда это необходимо. Трудно представить более спокойное и удобное место для работы. Рекомендую искренне!

Проблематично было найти свободное место для переговоров - похоже, пробки из-за частого бронирования. Вечерами шумно от соседних «барбекю-вечеринок». EllipsePrinter рассчитан на небольшое сообщество, и пока какие-то моменты остаются нерешёнными. Надеюсь, со временем ситуация улучшится.

Ни одна поездка еще не вдохновляла меня так на новые проекты! Тишина, природа и уют этого места делают его идеальным для работы и отдыха. Здесь чувствуешь, будто городская суета осталась за горизонтом – ничто не отвлекает от творчества и создания. 4. Nature. The untouched forest and hills are just steps from the house. There are many wild caves and lakes, several friendly house cats, and many cows from local Georgian farmers.

5. Location. It’s not far from Kutaisi and Tskhaltubo, making dining out quite frequent. Local taxis and restaurants are very affordable, which is a huge plus.

Initially, I worried if it would be suitable for work, but it turned out just right. Igor, Irina, and the others are incredibly welcoming and warm, making my stay memorable. I’m grateful for this experience and hope to extend my time here.

Kutaisi is located 8 km away, with buses to the city costing 1.5 lari. A Bolt taxi ride ranges from 6-8 GEL. When ordering a taxi, it's best to choose a pickup point on the main road near the house.

I reached out to the owners on Facebook to confirm some details and booked a three-week stay. Though I hoped to extend my stay, I was unsure because the location is quite far from the grocery store. Meals aren't included, there's no fridge available, and the kitchen mainly serves to prepare meals for guests at $12 per day. Just a week before my arrival, my reservation was abruptly canceled, leaving us stranded. With rising prices in Georgia, this lack of professionalism from the owners was extremely disappointing. If you're looking for a reliable stay with professional management, consider going to Lokal in Tbilisi instead.
