Глядя на итоговую стоимость, приходит горькое разочарование. Сначала думаешь, что нашла бюджетный вариант, а потом выясняется, что за всё, от постельного белья до электрического обогревателя, нужно платить дополнительно. В итоге цена подскакивает, оставляя осадок недовольства. Лучше сразу выбирать что-то поприличнее, чем сталкиваться с такими сюрпризами.

На первый взгляд казалось, что всё будет нормально. Место практичное, для ночёвки без излишеств подходит. Но вот номер напротив парковки оказался не лучшей идеей: ночью шумно, поспать толком не получилось. Понравилось, что на просьбы о плите отреагировали быстро. Плюс за стиралку с сушкой, это реально выручает. Но в остальном как-то не дотянули. Могли бы и потише локацию предложить.

Что за ужас! Кажется, нашел самый мерзкий уголок в путешествии. Разводят на деньги буквально за все – даже за простыни и обогреватель. А он, кстати, супер понадобится, ибо холодрыга там как на Северном полюсе. Менеджер вечно орет на клиентов и по-английски еле-еле изъясняется. Грязь всюду, ощущение, что сюда лет пятнадцать никто не заходил с уборкой. Нет, это просто кошмар.

Очень приятное впечатление оставило это место. Персонал вежливый и готов помочь в любое время. Чистые и уютные комнаты создают атмосферу уюта. Удобное расположение позволяет легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей. Прекрасное место для отдыха.

This place is a complete rip-off! It’s filthy, freezing, and utterly unpleasant. The owner or manager hardly speaks English and is only interested in money. You’ll be charged extra for sheets and a heater, which you’ll definitely need in this frigid place. We could hear the manager having arguments with other guests, so it’s clear we weren’t the only ones dissatisfied.

They added unexpected charges for both bedding and even the electric heater, resulting in nearly double the cost compared to the original booking price.

This was the most uncomfortable place I've stayed in during my time in Georgia.

This hostel offers excellent value for money. It provides all the essentials without any frills. The view from the hostel is stunning. Although the host doesn't speak English, he makes a great effort to communicate using tools like Google Translate and is very welcoming.

Во дворе открывается великолепный вид на реку и горы. Номера аккуратные и чистые, но напоминают стиль советского времени. Если вы ищете место с атмосферой ретро, это то, что нужно. Мне лично все очень понравилось.

קשה לתקשר אם אינך דובר רוסית או גאורגית, כיוון שאחוז גבוה מהצוות אינו יודע אנגלית. הזמנתי עיסוי ל-40 דקות, אך בפועל הוא נמשך רק 30 דקות, ולא יכולתי להסביר או להתווכח בגלל מחסום השפה. 😔

I do not recommend this place. The price is not as advertised, and they charge extra for basic things like sheets. The manager does not treat people well, and they only care about money. The location is central and near the river.

Terrible experience! This place is linked to Apart Hotel King, and the owner is dishonest. He kept changing the price several times while we waited for him to assemble a bed. Initially booked for 40 GEL, but then he demanded 100, 60, or 80. Moreover, he tried to charge extra for bed sheets. The rooms were so dirty and unkempt that we reconsidered staying. Although he initially said we could cancel without penalty, he became aggressive when we chose to leave and demanded money for assembling the bed. We are relieved we left without giving money to this fraudster.

A hostel for backpackers located in a former medical school. Our room, which was previously a classroom, had a wonderful surprise that we really liked. We stayed as a family of four in August 2019, and it cost 8 euros. The staff, apart from one person with some English skills, was very customer-oriented.

Для семейного отдыха совсем не подходит. Худший вариант хостела, который можно представить. Отказались от брони и выбрали отличный и недорогой отель на соседней улице.

Номера здесь можно найти на любой бюджет, и они разного уровня, но настоящая прелесть этого места в другом. Директор оказался человеком с необычными взглядами и сразу же после приезда организовал небольшую экскурсию по окрестностям. Он показал здание и даже заглянули в бункер. Было действительно занимательно. Кроме того, расположение отличное — всего 500 метров до знаменитого фонтана в центре.

Не советую никому останавливаться здесь. Владельцу явно не хватает вменяемости, да и часто пьяным выглядит. Заселение происходит в номера, которые совершенно не совпадают с фотографиями на Booking.

Not a pleasant experience. My group and I reserved rooms, but one room took about 24 hours before it was ready. The photos do not match reality at all. One room even had an ant infestation. Only one person speaks English, and they disturbed us multiple times. The only positive aspect is the proximity to the city center.

Upon arrival with a group of 17 young people, we discovered that only 15 beds were provided. Moreover, 4 of the paid beds simply did not exist. Although we arrived at 1 PM, the beds were not set up until 10 PM in an old classroom. We were so fed up that we even offered to help. The carpet caused coughing fits every morning. One participant's bed, a 14-year-old, was infested with ants by evening. Only one person at the reception spoke English; he was young and could be quite unpleasant. Every interaction with the hotel staff felt like an attempt to sell us additional services, despite our repeated insistence that we only needed a place to sleep. The photos on booking websites are entirely misleading. My group and I strongly advise against booking at this establishment. Sleeping in a tent would be more comfortable.

Absolutely outrageous! During our trip, we had the misfortune of staying at this so-called “hotel.” First of all, the place was supposed to accommodate a group of 17 people, but upon arrival, nothing was ready. We had to wait until 11 p.m. to settle into our rooms, even though we got there at 4 p.m., because the managers were busy constructing the rooms while we waited outside. Then, the very next day, the manager was annoyingly intrusive with our group, constantly following us and talking to us for no reason. Furthermore, the hotel's pictures are completely misleading compared to reality. The place is unattractive, filthy, and uninhabitable. I strongly advise against staying here for any tourist visiting Kutaisi.

Une réservation pour 17 personnes n'a pas été correctement honorée, car il n'y avait que 15 lits disponibles. Une nouvelle chambre a dû être improvisée en 10 heures. Le gérant est envahissant, demandant des chargeurs et s'immisçant dans nos conversations. On nous a réclamé un supplément pour les draps sans nous en avoir informé à la réservation.

Provenant de Suisse avec une réservation pour 17 lits, nous n'en avons reçu que 15. Les douches étaient peu pratiques à cause de leur faible débit. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité et les gérants ne nous ont pas aidés, nous laissant monter les lits nous-mêmes. En gros, je ne recommande pas cet endroit du tout.

I highly advise against it. We booked for 17 people, but upon arrival, nothing was ready. They promised the last rooms would be ready in two hours, which proved to be false. In the end, we only received 15 beds for the 17 we paid for. They kept rearranging us, even moving us to different rooms at 10 PM, just to accommodate others without considering the available beds. The receptionist is very intrusive and tries to sell you as much as possible, which is quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, we forgot a bag there, and while they agreed to send it to Gori, the passport inside disappeared during transport. The rooms are former classrooms with ant infestations. Sheets aren't changed regularly, and there's an extra charge for fresh ones, which isn’t mentioned on Booking. Overall, a bad experience. I do not recommend.

Kutaisi je fascinujúce historické miesto s bohatou minulosťou, ktoré zažilo nájazdy rôznych kultúr. Perse, Tatári, Turci či Rimania zanechali v tomto meste svoju stopu. Jeho história siaha až do 4. tisícročia pred naším letopočtom, čo pridáva na jeho jedinečnosti.

Место оставило неоднозначные впечатления. Комната была далека от комфортной. Единственное, что поднимало настроение — это удивительный вид из окна на задний двор.

Замечательное соотношение цены и качества! Можно воспользоваться прачечной, а персонал всегда готов прийти на помощь и пообщаться. За уплаченные деньги был предложен замечательный завтрак, приготовленный с душой и заботой.

Great place to stay. Everything is tidy and looks new. It's near the river. There are separate sections for men and women, but mixed-gender accommodation is available in rooms for four. In larger rooms, you'll find two bathrooms and two toilets, making it very convenient.

We arrived very late, expecting someone to be available at the reception as promised. After waiting for 20 minutes, we had to call the manager, and then another 20 minutes passed before a drunk administrator finally showed up. Our room had no air conditioning; the manager assured us it was a cool room where air conditioning was unnecessary. However, it was so hot that sleeping was impossible. The bathroom was inconveniently located across the courtyard. Even though breakfast was included in the price, it was subpar and did not persuade us to consider coming back. Throughout Georgia, we had been fortunate with our accommodations, but in Kutaisi, our luck ran out.
