Просто великолепное место! Чистый номер, удобная кровать, тишина — идеальная обстановка для отдыха. Персонал дружелюбный и готов помочь в любой момент. Приятно вернуться после долгого дня и почувствовать себя как дома. Считаю, что это настоящий рай для путешественников.

The value for money was excellent. The room and other areas were very clean. The owner was very kind, and there was a spacious terrace and a small kitchen. Free coffee and tea were available. It's not far from the center. The breakfast was plentiful, but note that there is no milk provided. Since there is a refrigerator, we bought a carton and left it there. On the downside, access can be a bit challenging if you're driving because the streets are narrow and steep. The mattress was spring-based. The curtain doesn't block out much light.

Отличное место с невероятной атмосферой. Завтрак порадовал изобилием и вкусом, за что большой плюс. Номера уютные и чистые, что создаёт ощущение домашнего уюта. Один минус - иногда звук улицы может просачиваться в комнату, если окна открыты. Но в остальном опыт проживания был на высоте.

The host is very welcoming. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is abundant. I am very pleased. 👍

В этом месте все соответствует названию. Великолепная чистота, уютные номера и дружелюбный персонал. Отлично подходит для комфортного отдыха.

נחמד, החדר במצב טוב, אך המקלחת לא מופרדת משירותים כך שהכל נרטב בזמן המקלחת. המיקום הוא במרחק של כ-3 דקות נסיעה מהמרכז. העלייה לחדרים באמצעות מדרגות, שזה יכול להיות קושי למי שיש לו בעיות ניידות. יש מטבחון משותף ומקרר גדול לשימוש האורחים. הבעלים תמיד מוכן לעזור בכל שנדרש.

The guesthouse is situated on a hill, which requires navigating through narrow, winding roads—a real challenge for the driver, especially because we had to reach it on a snowy path. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, with a reliable internet connection and warmth. The bathroom, however, is a bit disappointing due to the absence of a shower cabin or curtain and even a small shelf for toiletries. In one of the rooms, the toilet flush wasn't working. On a positive note, there is a space to relax in the evening—a lounge or a terrace with a restaurant where breakfast is served. The meals lack variety, with no vegetables or fruits, but no one leaves hungry. Coffee and tea are always available, though it's a pity they're not from an espresso machine. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I imagine the place is much more charming in the summer, with beautiful views from the terrace. A bonus is the nearby Bagrati Cathedral, which is within walking distance.

Всё замечательно! Но на завтрак не добавили свежих овощей, хотя на фото они были.

Номер был чистым, но кровать слишком мягкая и пролежанная. Телевизора не было, но он и не потребовался. В ванной не предусмотрена отдельная зона для душа – просто шланг без перегородки: вода течет по всему полу, зайти невозможно. На террасе приятно — есть качели и гамак. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего.

Good place with reasonable rates.

The rooms were pleasant, and the host was delightful. Breakfast was consistent daily but remained delicious. The location on a hill might be challenging for some guests. There was a noticeable odor from the bathroom, which was the main issue.

The guesthouse is conveniently close to the old town and market, although the climb to it is quite steep. It has a charming terrace, both enclosed and open, offering views of the old town and mountains.

Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente, con una vista mozzafiato e una colazione eccellente. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico e da tutte le attrazioni.

The accommodation is located about 10-15 minutes from the center, with a steep climb in the last 3 minutes. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is no wardrobe and the bathroom needs some maintenance (missing toilet tank cover, loose hangers, etc.). There is a large terrace on the upper floor with views of the mountains and river, where breakfast is served. They offer a washing machine and kitchen for guests. Some staff members speak English and are friendly. They provide airport transfers (35 GEL) and excursions, though we found them quite pricey. It's a good place to stay, but there's room for improvement. Breakfast is plentiful but not special (lots of bread, butter, jam, sausages, cold cuts, eggs, cheese...). The tourism is mainly Russian, so the breakfast might suit their tastes. The coffee was instant, and there was no milk. Adding some fruit, honey, yogurt, and better coffee would be a big improvement. When we arrived, they simply showed us the room without any explanations, but later a girl provided more details. The bathroom could be better with a little more care.

Рекомендую этот гостевой дом. Очень гостеприимная и дружелюбная хозяйка. Общались на английском и грузинском, и хорошо понимали друг друга. На втором этаже гостей ждет тарелка с свежими фруктами. Чай, кофе и вода из кулера - бесплатно. Завтраки сытные: яичница, сосиски, творог, сметана, овощи и джем. Утреннюю трапезу подают на террасе с красивым видом. Есть парковка. Храм Баграта находится поблизости, это удобно для посещения.

Небольшое уютное место в спокойном районе на возвышенности.

Проживание здесь было действительно приятным! Великолепные виды и отличный завтрак, при этом стоимость номера очень доступная ❤️.

For those seeking an affordable short stay, this place is a solid option. Bathrooms are clean, but a room freshener could improve the experience. Highlights include a delicious breakfast, a very friendly host, and tidy rooms. However, the uphill location and lack of an elevator might be inconvenient for large groups with heavy luggage.

Очень понравился этот гостевой дом, больше похожий на отель. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид, а завтрак мог бы быть лучше.

Hostel znajduje się na obrzeżach, 15 minut spacerem od centrum. Śniadania pyszne i sycące. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni. Polecam turystom zwiedzającym ten piękny kraj.

Dobry nocleg, choć nie bez zastrzeżeń. Obsługa była niezwykle uprzejma, co zdecydowanie poprawiało pobyt.

Excellent location close to the old town. A short walk along the Rioni River brings you to the heart of the old town, where many fascinating and must-visit spots await. Just a few minutes of climbing takes you to the Bagrati Cathedral, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Head in the opposite direction for a few more minutes, and you will reach the botanical garden and see the famous chapel in a tree. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the true spirit of Georgia rather than stay in an ordinary hotel.

Obsługa jest sympatyczna i zawsze gotowa do pomocy, a pokoje są czyste i świeżo po remoncie. Cena jest bardzo adekwatna do jakości usług.

Отличное место. Расположено на высокой горе, что стоит учитывать, если планируете добираться пешком. Завтрак подают на просторной террасе с невероятным видом на город. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная.

This is a pleasant and tidy spot to stay. One of the owners speaks English and was very kind. The room is comfortable and spotless. If you've had a busy day and need to wash clothes, they offer a washing machine. There's a spacious and relaxing rooftop. I enjoyed wine on my balcony, and the owner appeared on the next balcony to offer me a traditional sweet, which was thoughtful. I felt very welcome here and would recommend it.

Located a short walk from the river, this place is in a quiet residential area in Kutaisi. The staff greeted us warmly, with the most welcoming smiles. They were attentive and made us feel taken care of, serving breakfast on the terrace. The breakfast was decent, featuring Georgian bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, labne, and coffee. We stayed in a double room with a view of the city and river. The room was clean and well-prepared, but the beds were uncomfortable. Be sure to ask for an extra duvet for added comfort. There is a common area with a fridge, washing machine, and small kitchen available for use. Overall, a nice place to spend a night, though some improvements could be made.

Choć spędziliśmy tam tylko jeden dzień, zasługuje na maksymalną ocenę. To najlepsze miejsce noclegowe w Gruzji. Na pewno tu wrócimy. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Gospodyni poczęstowała nas pyszną pizzą. Pokoje, łazienka, taras – wszystko piękne i w przyjemnej atmosferze. Czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wszystko było super. Maria i Andrzej z Polski.

Прекрасное место для проживания! Уровень сервиса — просто идеальный, с вниманием и заботой. Тихое местоположение с красивыми видами, всего в пяти минутах ходьбы в гору от собора Баграти. Определенно рекомендую!
