Great attitude and professionalism. I've had my MacBook and iPhone fixed here multiple times, and each time I'm happy with the results.

Saviors!

I had a fantastic experience there; everyone was incredibly supportive and kind.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Despite claims of tackling fake reviews, what I encountered shows that the negative feedback is well-deserved. I took my laptop for repair, clearly stating that my top priority was to save my data. Instead of providing genuine solutions, the staff immediately pushed unnecessary services: they insisted on reinstalling the OS, which would erase all my files, claimed my battery was faulty, and finally suggested replacing the motherboard. It quickly became clear that their main focus was not on helping but on pressuring me into paying for costly, needless repairs. This behavior is completely unprofessional and shows a blatant lack of respect for customers. Even if there are capable technicians there, my experience shows that you can't expect fair treatment. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

My phone was acting up, almost beyond hope. You skillfully fixed the network issues with care. Now everything works perfectly. Thanks to you, my digital life is back on track! 🫂

A very supportive and helpful place.
