صراحة، الثلاث نجوم تعود للموظفين بسبب تعاملهم الممتاز. لكن عند وصولي للفندق، واجهت مشكلة في المكيف حيث لم يكن يعمل، والجو كان حارًا. وكانت المشكلة أنني حجزت لليوم فقط، وكان من المقرر أن أسافر إلى باتومي بالسيارة في اليوم التالي.

There were rats in the hallways downstairs at night. The breakfast was nice but extremely cramped and disorganized. It felt a bit like the game Overcooked, with the staff struggling to keep up with simple tasks, like refilling the coffee machine. Thankfully, I only had to stay for one night.

I cannot recommend this hotel.

There are three main reasons.

First, there was a bug outside my room. I didn't even know what kind it was, and when I asked the staff to remove it, it took a long time for someone to show up. I was worried it might get into my room while waiting.

Second, I couldn't find the hair dryer, so I called the front desk. They said it was in the bathroom, but it wasn’t there. I called multiple times asking them to bring one, and after about 30 minutes, someone finally arrived with a hair dryer that was located somewhere completely different. If they had just told me the right place to find it from the start, I wouldn't have wasted so much time.

Third, I requested a late check-out as a hotel group member, but staff still knocked on my door, asking me to check out earlier. There seemed to be poor communication between the front desk and the staff. Even though I checked out before the late check-out time, the staff treated me poorly, as if I was a bother.

Honestly, there are many cheaper hotels in Tbilisi that offer better service, so I can't recommend this one. As a member of this hotel group, I found this experience particularly disappointing. I have stayed at their hotels in Thailand and Singapore before, but this one had the worst service I've encountered.

Excellent hotel with tasty food and fantastic coffee choices. The location and view are also great. The only drawback is the red blinking light from the smoke detector during the night.
