Our first visit was fantastic. As a group of six, we enjoyed khachapuri, fresh salad, cold beer, and homemade compote in a cozy, family-friendly setting. We were so impressed that we returned, but our second experience was completely different. We ordered starters and main courses, along with drinks. The drinks and starters came out quickly, but the main courses were excessively salted. Two dishes were nearly inedible, and one was so bad we couldn't eat it even with bread. We didn't ask for a refund or a replacement; we just sought assistance. The woman in charge took the problematic dish away and then we waited over an hour for the rest of our food. When we inquired about it, we were rudely told that our complaint had canceled the order. A staff member then claimed we hadn’t actually ordered that many mains, saying it was "too much for six people." Being lectured about our order felt very disrespectful.

To make matters worse, we received the bill with only the unreturned dish removed, while the one we complained about remained, along with a 10% service charge. When we tried to resolve the issue calmly, the owner raised his voice and blamed us entirely. If there was a mix-up regarding our order, the right response would have been to ask us instead of placing blame. Instead, we were treated like difficult customers. It’s disappointing because our first visit showed the potential of this place. We genuinely wanted to enjoy it, but we won't be returning.

We do not recommend this restaurant!

We visited this restaurant two times. The first visit was great — the food was tasty. However, the second visit was terrible. The waitress, who is also the owner, didn't understand the language we used, which led to our order being wrong. When we asked about the missing dishes, they yelled at us, claiming we ordered incorrectly and questioned why we didn't speak Georgian. I'm a tourist from Europe and speak six languages, but she didn’t understand any of them. I stayed calm and just wanted to clarify what happened. In the end, they called me rude and said we were ordering too much for six people (only six dishes).

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — very unpleasant experience!

თავიდან ძალიან მოგვწონდა ეს ადგილი, მაგრამ მერე მე და ჩემმა შეყვარებულმა ერთად სელფი გადავიღეთ და პარანოიკი ქალი მოეჩვენა, რომ “ტელეფონს ცუდად ვატრიალებდით”, და ფაქტობრივად გაგვაგდო 🤣. არ გირჩევთ მისვლას 🤮🤮🤮🤮. ნეტა ფულიც არ გადაგვეხადა.

Была здесь несколько лет назад, и этот визит оставил странное чувство, что меня обманули. Обед из шашлыка, рагу с грецким орехом (за него отдельный респект), двух салатов и домашнего вина обошёлся в 100+ лари. Это действительно дорого и не так вкусно, как ожидалось. Рагу было отличное, но шашлык оказался жестким и с косточками, а салат слишком майонезным. К шпинату и вину претензий нет. Может, хинкали были бы лучше, но проверять в третий раз я не стану. Обслуживание приятное, но соотношение цены и качества отбивает желание вернуться.

The service is friendly, and the ostri and kharcho are delicious. The khinkali wasn't the best I've had, but still good. Definitely try the red house wine at 6 GEL per glass—it's worth it. Overall, it's a nice spot for lunch or dinner near the center.

You feel like you're more of a hassle than a guest.

Это место просто впечатляет. Еда потрясающе вкусная. Здесь вы сможете настоящим образом познакомиться с грузинской кухней. Почти испытала разочарование от ухода.

Неудовлетворительный шашлык, зато хачапури порадовали. Атмосфера приятная. Не все блюда на высоте, но в целом сойдет.
